2 months agoThis is worth the $8-$15 spent through the tunnel. Side of my vehicle are washed thoroughly. Towels and Sprays for manually clean and self-service is available after the wash that come with your payment or free of charge.The only issue I found was that the top of my suv. Completely missed the mark. Visible residue or dust gum can still be shown after the recent wash when you look closely enough.
a month agoIt never seems to amaze me this is one of the best car washes around…great service and personality’s.these guys are out here in the sun all day and still seem so energetic and nice…I really appreciate this it’s so hard to fine good customer service..I really thought it was dead but not here it isn’t…and not to mention Mr David pate is and amazing leader…keep up the good work guys! I had a membership here for about 3 years now and I come here Couple times a week to get my car washed, always had the best customer service here and the car looks fantastic!!! You can vacuum your car for free and they will pressure washer your mats! On hot summer days they will also give you a popsicle to help keep you! If you have any questions go see David he will take good care of you!!!2 months agoI’ve been to a few carwash facilities in town and this Whistle Express location is hands down the best. From the cleanliness to the management. This place checks all my boxes. They also have blow out tools to help clean yout your vehicles and you can even check and fill your tires on the way out. Everything works like new and I never have to worry about damage to my vehicles. Give this place a try, you won’t be let down. If you find David the manager. Tell him I sent you.a week agoI’ve always had a GREAT experience at this particular location, personnel are very attentive compared to the other similar type of car washes in the area.

a month agoMy daughter was helping us clean the truck and while vacuuming she accidentally vacuumed the button pictured. We asked Mr.Manuel if he could he could help us recover the button by opening the vacuum bucket and he gladly did. Thank you very much for your great customer service.3 months agoThis was just ridiculous. I just bought the most expensive single plan and got a car wash from this location. Please check the results on the picture. I want my money back, right now!Edit: 3 weeks passed, no action taken yet. Great customer service 👏
3 months agoWow! Came in from out of town with the family and the kids loved this car wash! You’d think it’s just a car wash but no the atmosphere will keep you returning! There was one associate there named Jordan I believe and he was very friendly informative and helpful. We had something stuck in our vacuum and he promptly removed it for us like it was nothing. Thanks for making my car wash and clean hassle free! Give him a RAISE!3 months agoI don’t know who invented Zlps car washes . And other ones that follow behind this franchise of car washes . They need more. I love it. I enjoyed my car. It looks like it has been thoroughly detailed . My only complaint is that I would like for them to do a membership machine . Inside or outside before you go through the actual car wash. It would save a lot of time and long lines, and more people would probably join the membership. But overall, I love this idea. Keep it going.

I’ll preface this review with the fact that I was utilizing the Zips drive through car wash on Patterson Ave. (Greensboro, NC) since it was Wiki Car Wash. I have always had the same roof rack on my vehicle and have never had an issue driving through the car wash. I purchased an unlimited wash membership with Zips in May of this year (2023). I’ve taken my vehicle through the wash every few weeks since getting the membership. Today I went to get my vehicle washed and was stopped a told I could no longer use the service at this location unless I removed my roof rack which is bolted on. He advised me that I should have referenced the signs sitting well below eye level that would only be visible to someone driving a two seat sports car that sits two inches off the ground. Being that I purchased this membership less than two months ago at this specific location, I asked him how long this policy had been in place. He said before I purchased the membership. I then asked why they would sell me a membership (again I purchased the membership at this location) when I visibly had a roof rack on my car and they had a policy against it? His response was that he was the manager and he was shutting this conversation down. I guess that made him feel good about himself because I didn’t ask for a manager. He then proceeded to tell me to go to another Zips location. I don’t have an issue with the car wash having a policy against roof racks. That’s their prerogative. My problem is that this location willingly sold me a membership without referencing this policy and plainly seeing that I had a roof rack on my vehicle. In addition, the high and mighty manager of the car wash was completely unprofessional and provided no real answers to any of my questions. Every organization is entitled dictate the policies that are in their best interest. However, there are much better ways running a business and the management at the Patterson Ave. location is severely lacking. This individual was the epitome of the statement “Good help is hard to find.” Hopefully he gets some training or goes back to taping down the windshield wipers.
Very great experience at this car wash. A young lady who goes by the name of Diamond helped me with explaining all the different washes they have and had a very positive attitude while doing it. Will definitely be back!!!

Got a car wash here today. Parked to use the vacuums only to find that no vacuums were working. I asked about the issue and the attendant said they don’t run the vacuums if there is a chance of rain because water may get in the vacuums. She said I could come back any time this week for the vacuum. I stated that it might not work out for me to do that and I wished they had a sign notifying patrons before purchase. There hadn’t been any rain for 7 hours so this makes no sense. If this is a company policy, it should be stated before purchasing a wash so the buyer is aware. Very disappointed with this place.
I currently have a monthly membership here. When it used to be Wiki Wiki, the people were of better quality meaning they would spray the car off real good along with taking the brush and lightly washing the car before it went into the car wash. Today, I go through it and a tall skinny guy steps out and guides me in and walks back inside and stands there doing nothing. Also, the last dryer roll mechanism does not work at the end of the wash. There are no spray bottles out for each vacuum bay anymore either. I am looking to cancel my membership at for next month. These kids/young adults have no idea what quality work looks like and based on the owner who monitors it does not either. Very disappointing.
