a month agoThey scammed me! I brought the car good inside and outside, the only reason we left the car is because we had tape, they convives us to do burning man wash because they are an experts, they charged 300$!! And look how they leave the tapes!! And now we have to pay an extra 300$ at the rental instead of give them the car with the tape and pay just one time 300$! Since the people couldn’t leave BM those guys wants money not matter what so they take your car but they don’t do what they promiss that’s why the charged on before!a week agoWorkers at buggy bath did a very meticulous job cleaning our car inside and out. The only car wash place we go in Reno.Kudos to the owner who was doing a great job helping his employee getting the job done.

Highly recommended 👍🏽a month agoEDIT : Answer to the owners comment – I just went to a self car wash before giving back my rental and huge chunks of mud fell off my car. I am not making any mistake and I know exactly under which business I’m making this comment, your bad faith is just insulting. I counted 7 cars entering your place in 20min, you do not spend more than 15/20min on each car, you do not have glue removers, you do not have seat fabric cleaner. You just put some shiny product on the plastics and the tires, just to give the fake look of the clean. And this for $269.You want me to go on ? I still have a few comments about your crew if you want.
I hate scams, I hate people who can’t do their job properly but you lying to me and other people who are seeing this comment is even worse.

Note for Burners : double triple check your car.
They’re doing surface cleaning but they’re not going deep, they focus on doing the job fast, I’d say in 20min. I’ve found so many dirty stuff on my car the next day, I had to buy products and do many things again by myself. If you go to a serious place they’ll take your car for at least 2hrs and do a perfect job.
3 months agoVery Fast Service! I got the Super Wash and love how clean my car is now. The maze between washing your car and the interior work was a little wierd but they mark everything very well for drivers. I’ll be making this place a yearly visit, at the very least!

3 weeks agoKinda’ bummed. Did not vacuum console or inside of cup holders. Inside of windshield not washed well and is streaky/foggy. Bugs on front of vehicle are still there.a week ago$29 for mediocre external car wash (still left with bird poop), hardly vacuumed mats (not even the seats) and barely wiped hard surfaces (not sure they even did this at all). The only positive thing I can say is the windows came out clear altho the windshield has streaks.2 months agoWe had a monthly membership but they lost two of my floor mats. They did review the video tapes but they’re grainy (took a video of the video). While I don’t see the cleaner taking out the mats, not only are they grainy, we didn’t see the full video (starts w/car already pulled in), we don’t see the left side, and around 3 minutes into the video, we can’t see anything anymore. So instead of making the smart business decision & collecting $35/mo. in perpetuity for the monthly membership, they won’t reimburse me for the $125 I paid for the replacement mats. So I cancelled that membership earlier than I would have (we were going to anyhow b/c of poor quality). The quality of the express wash was marginal to begin with – you have to run it through twice to get it clean. And the full service wash was flat out bad. Plenty of places they missed. They go through it too fast, it’s just a once over. I wish Hutch’s had more locations, they’re way better. Anyhow, if you read the rest of their reviews & the fact that management does nothing to take care of customers, this rating should come as no surprise.2 months agoUpon arriving at this place I informed the guy what services I wanted. All I wanted to do is pay and wait for the services I requested to be completed.Instead, this guy pretty much convinced me not to stay, and kept trying to inform me about their membership that I had already told him that I knew about and was not interested in.
I went to a different car wash where they took my money and provided the services requested without making it so complicated. Will not return to this complicated place.
a month agoDrove in..they scanned my sticker…drove thru the car wash… drove out and went into the line to have car dried off..they asked for my receipt.. told him we weren’t given a receipt. Was told they can’t dry a car without the receipt… again we said we didn’t get a receipt. We told him obviously we did pay if we went thru the car wash. He again said no receipt, no dry. I got out of the car and walked over to get a receipt so they would dry off the car. Definitely will not come back to this business. I’ll drive over to Sparks from now on.

A great place to get your car washed. They do a great job and the staff is friendly. I have the monthly unlimited option. Give them a try
I have been going to this car wash for well over a year. Often they will charge you 2 times in a month. This month they charged me 2x for the 39.95 car wash. I called them and sent pictures of my bank statement she stated they would call me back in 24 hours. As of today it has been 4 days and still haven’t heard from anyone or got a refund. Do not use this car wash membership unless you want to pay double payments.
Fits our 2022 f350 platinum with 37×13.5×22 mud terrains and a 6″lift. (gotta fold in mirrors and keep it in drive instead of neutral tho since the tires are snug inside the tire rails)
Saves us a ton of time washing it ourselves!
Love this place! They also give you a free car wash if you go to their website online! Everyone is always so nice here
Had to go through twice because there were still so many bugs and grime on my car after the first time. After the second time through there was still a ton of bugs on the front of my car so I just scrubbed it myself. There’s 18 blowers at the end of the wash but my car was still soaked at the end and dripping wet. 22$ wasted. I won’t be coming back.
