a month agoCraig and his team at Palms Car Wash truly outdid themselves in getting my Tahoe into pristine ‘sell-ready’ condition. I had an unfortunate experience with another auto detailer in town—they charged me double, rushed the job, and left my truck with noticeable dirty spots both inside and out. It was so bad that I insisted on a refund.Frustrated, I found myself driving south and stumbled upon Palms Car Wash. From the moment I arrived, Craig extended a warm welcome and attentively listened to my story. We went over the specific detailing needs my Tahoe still required, and he presented various cleaning solutions tailored to meet those needs. Craig even personally took the extra steps to shampoo my carpet and buff out some unsightly scratches on my hood.
The result? My SUV now looks better than ever—I couldn’t be more thrilled. The team at Palms genuinely paid attention to every single detail, which is precisely what you hope for when entrusting someone to detail your vehicle.
5 months agoNot only did they completely clean my car and make it look magical. These guys went above and beyond and helped me take off a bad paint spill with the exterior of my car! I tried touching it up with touch up paint which made it way worse but they fixed everything.Best car wash in Austin hands down!!
11 months agoBest car wash in South Austin!I’ve been coming here for 10 years and never been disappointed. Sometimes on Fridays it is a little bit busy and you have to wait in line but other than that there are so many free vacuum stalls and car wash stalls that it can even take a heavy load on Friday on a sunny day after a rain 😁😁😁
The detailing is also a great deal and for only $20 they will wash and hand dry your vehicle. This also includes the rims and the tires which really makes everything pop.
a week agoI love this car wash!!! I can wash my car by hand.. and they have free vacuums and air sprayer and towels and cleaner for you to use!! Always clean!! Can get busy when the weather is nicer but definitely worth it!!! They also have detailing services if you aren’t a diyer… lola month agoLove this place! Fast and easy with great service. Free vacuums after the wash too. They have every version of car wash – drive-through, self-service, and full service detailing. I love that they dry my car after the drive through!

3 months agoFirst and last time coming here. Not one worker was present to help or answer any questions about the separate car wash / interior packages. Had no idea they had a whole separate deal until the end would have been a better deal. But car wash didn’t even remove any bugs on my car or clean my rims one hundred percent. Main reason I am upset is because the main reason I came was to get a full detail done only to find out since I was not presented the option of having both done in one package I would have to pay separate which would have been a extra 28$ on top of the 25$ I had already paid. To put this in perspective the combo should be 44$ I would have paid over 50$ and would they have me give a tip again? Expecially for not cleaning my car all the way this is extremely expensive. I can get a hand wash cheaper then that and know they would do a better job. Do not waste your money on this place it will just rip you off.6 months agoI spent $40 for the platinum wash and there are still major things left uncleaned.The trunk wasn’t vacuumed at all [made the mistake of not checking until home] and the back interior was still dirty. We asked to have it wiped again, and the employee gave a no-effort wipe with a dry towel and said it wouldn’t come off.
The car smelled great and they finished much faster than the estimated wait, but it now makes sense why they finished so quickly [about 10 minutes]. The quality of work was poor and was not worth the money. This is a low-effort car wash business.

9 months agoEven though we spent 40 on the platinum clean (with the dashboard wax) the inside has so many stains as is they barely wiped things down. We used to come here all the time and it was great but now it even smells like old rags inside even though we requested new car as the scent. The outside windshield looks like it wasn’t wiped since there are dirt specs and the behind the backseat wasnt vacuumed (although I don’t know if that’s not part of the service)a year agoStaff was nice but horrible cleaning service. $40 plus I gave a $15 tip because that’s just who I am a customer. Ended up having to clean my car myself. I have a dog who sheds a lot so I understand it can be a lot but it looked like no one even attempted to vacuum my car or wipe it down.a month agoMy experience as a paying member was great up until my everlasting poor experience with David the rude Mgr and the other disrespectful ghetto staff, with lip piercings. I was promised an interior cleaning with my membership sign up. I wasn’t able to get this the 1st day due to having many items in my vehicle. The representative assured me that notes were in my acct. David stated “That’s your word against ours.” I left the business and DO NOT plan to ever return.

Self serve car wash, 3 bays, and 1 automatic car wash. Self serve is $2.50 to start for 3 minutes 30 seconds. Other car washes give you 4 minutes. Soap is good. Many macho customers. Good lighting. Could use a bit more water pressure.
Amazing experience! Be weary that you go into the car wash and the machine moves around your parked car. I got spooked and thought my car wasn’t in park. 😞
I usually go there around 8-9pm and its always empty. Their soaps and appliances are nice. It would be more logical if you were given a limited number of vehicle washing with a monthly membership system, because a quality car wash 4 times a month costs an average of 48 dollars. Other places offer premium unlimited washes for this price.
This car wash has more options than most car washes. You can hand wash it and they have a blower so you can
Dry it and they have the wheel brush. They have good vacuums and a vending machine that sells different car detailing accessories. Or you can go through the automated wash but, I prefer to do it myself. The place is always clean and they have a separate room to wash your pets which I thought was neat. I definitely recommend Jurassic Car Wash
Unless your car/truck is clean, go in this place to waste your money, after $20,00 lost my van still have the bugs and basically nothing was clean… they don’t have good products, the pressures is possible to rinse your mouth… I don’t recommend
