a week agoRecently purchased a new vehicle. I’ve been coming a couple of times a month to have it cleaned and realized that a membership would be more economical so I went with that. This car wash is run efficiently from the 1st point of contact where you drop your vehicle to the inside where you pay to picking up your vehicle once it’s all cleaned and ready to go. I LOVE any service that makes my life easier and Ultimate does just that. There’s a coffee bar with pastries and sweet treats inside so you can indulge while you wait. Everyone that I’ve made contact with has been kind and knowledgeable about what they offer and I appreciate that. Looking forward to returning weekly using my new membership.2 months agoSo I come to this car wash all the time for the “standard drive thru wash.” I have always had a great experience with that so I decided to get the gold detail for $180. Let’s just say I was EXTREMELY disappointed. My hopes were high because of all of my previous visits but for the amount of money that I paid versus the quality it was subpar. When my car was finished I had to redirect the detailer at all the missed spots and eventually gave up because I could’ve just done it myself. My sunroof was still dirty, I had crumbs between my seats, stains on my seats which were supposed to be “cleaned AND conditioned.” I didn’t get many pictures because I went straight home and started cleaning my own car with a microfiber towel and dawn. Which by the way got it cleaner than they did. My suggestion is to use caution when paying for the high detail services, I won’t be wasting my money again.a year agoGreat neighborhood car wash! Nice atmosphere. Clean and pleasant waiting area while your car is being serviced. Coffee and snacks are available from local businesses. It’s always a present experience taking my car to get washed and detailed at The Ultimate Car Wash & Detail.a month agoI chose the $31 wash and tire shine. Wait time was short. During inspection, I noted several areas had been missed. When pointed out, they were touched up. Wheel guy was not thorough in his work. The roof was not clean and that was blamed on tree sap. This place was better when they first opened.a week agoI haven’t been here before but I am giving this 5 stars because of how nice this place is.In my opinion, there definitely should be more flex service Car Washes built exactly like how this Car Wash was built, but with at least 3 pay stations, at least one touchless in-bay automatic wash, large hand wash bays (for cars that have vehicles that can be hand washed), on-site auto body shops, and on-site oil change centers.

7 months agoI paid for the wash with the additional wax and it wasn’t really the best wash honestly. It left a residue that I was able to wipe off with my fingers and there was pollen still on my car. My tires were shiny and the vacuum was pretty decent however. And clearly you need a shammy to dry your car afterwards.3 months agoIt’s almost 12 noon. I’ve encountered a lot of people today. Nothing like the manager on duty or and the person who get you prepared to go through the car wash. These two have been the friendliest people i’ve encountered at a business in a very long time, but today, Just Friendliest people I’ve encountered. My car got clean and I got to witness people loving their service to the public. This location will do well.a month agoDeceptive and fraudulent practices! I pulled in for a wash and upon entering, a Swifty attendant asked me if I wanted to pay an extra $5 to have 30 days unlimited wash. I said okay, and she proceeded to quickly press all of the buttons on the screen. She did not inform me that there would be a continuing monthly charge and I did not agree to that. Months later I end up seeing a monthly charge on my credit card. I reviewed the terms of service which never acknowledged that I was being signed up for a monthly account or recurring charge. The terms of service also state that an account should not be activated unless a signature or acknowledgement of the on-screen terms of service was made- I provided neither. When I called, customer service refused to refund the charges and the supervisor even hung up on me. I’m having to do a dispute with my credit card and also reporting them on the BBB.3 months agoHate to hit this location with the one star but let me give the breakdown. Vacuums work well and still have good suction. But we are here for the car wash… currently one side of the brushes aren’t working. The right side brushes don’t move at all.Do you think they are charging half price for the half wash, nope!
Full price charge for only a half wash and soap streaks down one side. No signs no heads up nothing.
a year agoOne of the worst washes I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the wash poor, but the price was high. That’s a double negative that results in me never returning. Unfortunately, I recorded video clips instead of taking pics. These two pics don’t do much justice to capturing the low quality cleaning, but I’m unable to upload my videos to the review.I paid $24 with “extras”. It also smelled horrible at the car wash. I’m still unsure what exactly was going on, but I could hardly breathe it smelled so bad out there. An overall terrible experience.

This car wash is a SCAM. I purchased the monthly plan. It took TWO WEEKS for them to enter my information into the system. Every time I arrive, I have to wait 10+ minutes for an agent to help me get through the wash gate. The vacuums are TRASH. At least TEN of them don’t supply enough force to pick up dirt off the carpet… Please take your money elsewhere
The absolute best for a quick, quality, affordable carwash. I’ve been going here for years and now a monthly member and still a satisfied customer.
This place is good enough for the price. You may not be able to vacuum because they are always so busy. Be careful if you purchase the membership and cancel. I have been charged the full price two months in a row after cancelling my membership. Management is proactive and will attempt to fix it and refund the charges though.
T the car wash itself is great. There was a sale on the memberships which I got the highest one which used to be $36.99 but I got it for $10. My family noticed my car’s appearance immediately. My only con was with that membership sale. After a few months of my recurring $10 membership fee, randomly I was charged the original $36.99. I called customer service to fix it and she said she couldn’t and I had to call my bank I instead. Unfortunately had to cancel my m membership because I didn’t trust it anymore
This car wash doesn’t clean as good as it used to. I still have dirt all over my car. And it’s the 2nd time I’ve had scuffs on my car. Good thing i was able to buff them out. Shame it used to be good. I have to go back to hand wash only.
