a month agoI had to drop my rating. The kid looked like he hated his life. Didn’t give incent. Didn’t wipe the back even though it is a white van and the back was crazy dirty from the rain. I ended up wiping it down but wanted to show how dirty it was so I left a lil patch to take a picture of it. I went back and asked and he said they weren’t trained to do that. I asked where the Mgr was and he said he wasn’t there. We shouldn’t be treated like burdens.The place needs better training. These kids could probably make people’s day by having some personality and they could get tips for making people feel welcome and helping them.
7 months agoVery clean place, efficient design car wash. From customers to employees, it’s so upbeat and welcoming. Employees are always, always eager to help with great attitudes and so attentive to your needs even though it’s just a tap of a button haha. So simple from the moment you enter and out the car wash. All around smooth stress free process to say the least. I almost look forward to stopping by, membership make it all the better and save you a decent amount of money annually seriously, even though I don’t have one(:a year agoThe friendly staff are not to blame for the corporate mishandling of this car wash. Since it changed hands, the staff is no longer allowed to brush or spray any vehicle. The photos show the underside of my vehicle completely untouched by the wash, and we pre-cleaned it before I arrived. This is not a cheap monthly membership and the quality is half of the value for what it cost. The “free” rags are not clean nor dry, and only smear dirt around. It’s not fair to their staff that they get complaints all day and are not equipped, nor allowed, to do anything to assist the customer. I’ll find a better company to support.a month agoLUV does a pretty good job. I have the lower tier on their unlimited wash program. I was very disappointed when I was informed that there is no monthly savings if I added our 2nd car! WHY not?2 months agoGreat place for a quick wash for your vehicle. The average “single wash” is only ten dollars. 💰 It is very easy to drive in, pay, & sit through the “wash cycles.” There are free “vacuuming stations” as you exit the car wash. 🚗

3 months agoThe staff working the Monday evening shift were amazing. First, the car was struggling to go into neutral, and so they helped out. Then, halfway through, we realized our bike rack was still on. They stopped the wash, had us drive out, but then let us go all the way through again for free. Chill guys, 10/10. Our apologies to whoever was in front of us3 weeks agoI drove up to the kiosk and as I was about to open my window the gate opened. I drove in and was ready to talk to someone but didn’t the guy handed me a rag for my dashboard and air freshener, then said your good and I rolled up my window and got a great car wash FOR FREE. The first one is free. They never saw my plates before. It’s a computer thing, it knows. Well after the wash I vacuumed and enjoyed my clean car. This is a great way to get me back. I was there today at 1232hrs shift 1. The gentleman who helped me did a good job of customer service. (Reward that man) since half of the reviews stated ‘bad customer service’, which made me hesitant to come. I had a dirty truck, but the wash was good and the water was powerful when rinsing it. The vacuum was capable of removing dirt from the interior of my vehicle. Definitely will be coming back 🤙🏽3 weeks agoWORST car wash I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time. There are better, cheaper places that actually manually soap the car sides first. No one to do that here so the dirt is still all around the bottom of the car. I paid for UV protectant that is now protecting the dirt left behind from the harsh rays of the sun. I can only assume this place was named WOW due to the shock of all the dirt still on the car after washing, since that was my response on seeing it. The staff were very nice tho 👌 at least there’s that for 1 star.

After spending $1500 at the mechanic, my wife went in today with our kids. The windshield was cracked during the wash and she was told that it’s more than likely not going to be covered by LUV. I went in and spoke to the manager who admitted that you aren’t even cautioned about potential damages until you enter the wash. He then told me that if it was a stock windshield “maybe” it would be considered. The manager had zero remorse for such poor business. Things have certainly changed. The crack (see picture) is approximately 24 inches in length. They claim it was the cold water. Not a chance. And if cold water is doing this to your customer’s vehicles, stop doing it! It takes a very poorly-run business to be so heartless towards people. I suggest taking your business elsewhere before this happens to you.
Very fast and convenient, great price. They offer $10 car wash and free self vacuum. My car was really dusty from dirt roads and I still had some spitts ,but I was able to wipe them off while vacuuming, they offered clean towels.
Henderson Public Service Announcement 📣 This place, LUV car wash, (Arroyo Grande and Sunset location to be exact / and probably all of their locations) allows faulty equipment to run in their car wash and it cracked my windshield all the way down the middle of it. This happened on the very first roller that came down on my windshield, as soon as I pulled into the car wash. Once I came out of the car wash and reported it, of course I was met with denial and “Oh yeah we don’t cover windshields on cars that are over 5 years old” – This “business” accepts no responsibility for their malfunctioning/broken equipment and sure are quick to deny any wrongdoing. Now you know, don’t make the same mistake I did. Just wash your car at home or in the self serve stalls off Marks and Sunset behind Terribles gas station.

I purchased the best car wash option they had for a 30 day period. When they had a special to pay only half price. They couldn’t get my information entered at all so I was only able to actually use the car wash a few times within that 30 day. They kept tell me it would be fixed it didn’t get fixed. The lady called me finally and said she found my account and that she would call me back the next day. I didn’t get a call back for almost 3 weeks from her I called repeatedly left messages didn’t get a response. The only thing I got from her was one free car wash Saying I hope this takes care of the issue when I had asked on multiple occasions that I would actually like to get 30 days worth of car wash considering that’s what I had paid for and did not and was not able to use as I was turned away when I would go in and try to use what I purchased even though I did show them on my statement where the charge went through in my bank And that I did not receive a 30 day pass as I was told, I would, at time of purchase, be very careful with this company as they do not honor, and or take responsibility for their mistakes
I hate giving a subpar review but wanted to keep this 100% honest.
Was super excited to try this car wash. Nice to see vacuum and towels were included in the price of the wash. Paid for the most expensive car wash (see receipt) and the wash didn’t clean the sides or rear of my car! Came out and still noticed the dirt and streaks that I decided to tell the attendant. He came out and said he’s happy to run my wash again. Very happy about that, but the second wash didn’t clean it that much better. Don’t get me wrong, the brushes and the sprays were hitting the sides of my car but it didn’t look like it was very effective. The top of the car looked great . My car is white so it shows when it’s clean (or still dirty). I decided to use good old fashion elbow grease and I used their towels. Truthfully, I couldn’t find any clean towels. I asked for a few and got them but all the towels in all the stations were used. To be honest, the towels that were provided smelled like mildew so I wondered if they were actually clean ones. I ultimately used the towels to clean most of my car that the car wash didn’t clean. The vacuum worked (thank goodness). For the $22 that was expected, I’m pretty bummed out that their operations didn’t provide adequate service. There are plenty of other places that do a better job for cheaper or the same service. Please keep that in mind if you decide to use Luv Car Wash.
