a week agoVery friendly staff, but every time I go the price of a basic wash seems to increase, the suction on half of the vacuums don’t work, and although paying more and more each time, I don’t think my car is getting very clean. I just brought in my husband‘s truck to be washed yesterday and the entire top of the vehicle had grime still on it. I re-washed it at a different car wash a few hours later and got a noticeably cleaner result while paying less. Their car carpet cleaning machines also need to be replaced, it seems like they’re broken half the time or aren’t working properly. They’re causing a line back up of people using the only good machine left. I would love to keep supporting my local Tommy’s Xpress, but at these prices and subpar cleaning quality I don’t think I’ll be back here.6 months ago***Update. I received an answer from *corporate*. (see below) In the response, they still do not take responsibility for the damage to my car done by Tommy’s Express car wash. All I can say is that, if there is damage to my taillights it has been caused by loyally bringing my car to to Tommy’s Express? It apparently finally taking it toll on my vehicle. My longterm patronage and membership certainly has gone unappreciated. I will make an effort to discourage friends and family from using them moving forward. Poor accountability by this company. Be warned…. I Cannot recommend using this car wash! After a few years of using this Tommy’s Car Wash on Forest Hill Ave my vehicles taillight was damaged by the brushes. Specifically a brush snagged a pointed edge of the cars stock taillight assembly. I heard a pop in the rattling of the piece traveling across the roof of my car. After notifying the staff of the damage, an attendant came out took pictures and basic vehicle information. I was told that in an investigation would be made and that they would look for the missing piece after closing. I thought the term “investigation” odd at the time, but whatever as long as they fix the damage the car wash did. After about 30 minutes I was called and told that due to my vehicles prior damage they would not cover the expensive fixing the car. I have owned the car for over 10 years and never had any damage to the tail lights. I expressed my displeasure with their response and was told there was nothing that could be done. After a conversation of well-rehearsed platitudes and robotic answers, I gave up and asked for the car wash attendant’s name and supervisor’s information. I was told by the attendant that he doesn’t like to give out his name and I’d need you to call corporate. My frustration with this is that a wholly unqualified frontline person has made the decision to cost me hundreds of dollars in repairs and won’t own up to it by providing his name. I will attempt to call corporate and see what can be done? Hopefully their response is more reasonable. I will update my Google review with “corporate’s” response. The carwash gets an “F” for customer service.3 months agoMy only issue that I have with this location is the suction power of the vacuums . It seems as if, every time I come they don’t work properly. I love Tommy’s in general, but they need to look into getting this fixed. Hailey went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a car that had been sitting for 3 years with mold, grass, weeds etc. She admitted that the car wash would only do so much so gave me a rag and some cleaner. Additionally she let me go through the wash twice. I don’t live close to this wash, but rest assured I will go out of my way to come here again.

2 weeks agoCar was is great, but customer service is superior. In a time where customer service is so rare this place goes above and beyond. My friends car battery died after going through the wash, and David tried to jump it and when it wouldn’t start he uninstalled and reinstalled a new battery. He was so kind and was so helpful when he didn’t have to be.a month agoTeryn and every employee there have been outstanding in my 1+ year of being an unlimited member. Cancelled my membership just now after my car was damaged for the second time. Not only that but the price keeps going up. Going to switch to Flagstop instead of paying more money for my car to be damaged at this facility.4 months agoThis car wash ruined my hood and roof of my car. There were many scratches that a professional detailer could not remove. He told me the clearcoat is damaged.2 months agoI love the employees personal care and customer service. Their knowledge of the machines and products and willingness to assist and share with ease vacuums are all powerful. Bathroom is top quality sanitized and aromatherapeutic. Water spout available for additional hand washing or other purposes. I’d go no where else. The one on Broad is much better than Midlothian IMO

Probably the worst wash I’ve ever gotten. We went here because we saw a ton of people so assumed it was THE go to car wash spot. We paid $14 for the wash. We have had better luck at $5 car wash spots.
The staff was great! But the wash was not. The pictures speak for themselves. After the wash, there’s a vacuum area. They didn’t work well at all. The suction power was extremely low.
I didn’t take a picture of the rims but you can just imagine they were just as bad.
They more than doubled the price of the service from $4 to $10 and it does not clean the car at all! It was still dirty when it came out. Waste of money, don’t go there.
My husband and I would recommend this car wash and would gladly give it a full five stars. service is outstanding and you are treated like they really appreciate your service today at 1:26 the employee named jack was very understanding everytime we come the service is always great. So if your looking for a car wash go car wash is the car wash to go to
Nice folks! My car was pretty dirty and the basic $10 wash didn’t do much so they sent me through the wash again and helped me wipe the remaining grime off the car
They also provide unlimited towels which is terrific
The vacuums are strong and the place is super clean
Convenient, priced well but the vacuums are weak…even the new ones. I stopped paying the month service because I would always have to go elsewhere and clean my rims, wipe the car down and vacuum…if I’m doing all that I may as well just pay a carpool to do it!
