6 months agoThey always do a great job. Prices are 23.99, 28.99 and 33.99 mini detail is 89.99. They send your car through an automatic wash then they hand dry it. They have massage chairs inside, games for the kids, snack area. Benches to wait for your car, you can sit in or out I roughly wait about 20 to 25 mins6 months agoCame here for an interior deep cleaning and exterior polishing for the first time. You can’t beat their prices! The men here are so hardworking and humble, I was very happy with the results of my car. My headlights looked brand new compared to how they were. They seem to be quite busy throughout the day, but patience is required for great results! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good hand carwash.a year ago💯 impressive!!! They went above and beyond! We brought our work truck for oil Change and a car wash and they also fix the back brake tail light. The mechanic on staff Harry is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and experienced!They even washed it with the steakbed on it! We also brought the Chevy Silverado and it had a Fender bender in the front bumper. They were able to use a solvent to get the scratches off ! Tthen on top of it when they detailed my landrover they gave me a ride to and back from my Business.
I I’m doing 4 cars within a matter of days. If you really care about the quality of your car wash this is definitely the place for! 5 stars for sure. Highly recommend. Hand washes are exceptional!
in the last weekWe like this car wash we come here a lot they always do a nice job they’re not the cheapest in town but it is a hand wash. We like to drop off the car and go next-door to Jovi’s and get breakfast and after breakfast and come back in the car is done.3 months agoNot only did they do a lousy job on my car, but they forgot the air fresher, didn’t secure my floor mats and somehow managed to make peel my paint on the hood of my car. I didn’t realize it until the following day. I will never go here again.

2 months agoEverytime I take my vehicle to them they never do a good job the outside looks decent but the inside is not even wiped they don’t ever clean cup holders or wipe the doors down I don’t think they wipe anything. I just left the car wash and this is how my car is looking. I don’t recommend them at all. $30 for nothing I could have done better than this8 months agoExtended wait times and subpar results…no better than taking your car to a gas station automatic car wash. Your car will dry in the sun before they get to it…and then they wont wipe of the water spots. This place used to be a good spot…now I couldn’t suggest them. Thought is was just a bad day the 1st time …but gave them multiple chances because they are closest. Wont go again..so dont waste your time and money. Photos are after I’d asked the workers to wipe of the water spots…7 months agoTake your business to 2266 n sierra way instead … that’s our families go-to car wash ….but it was closed today so I went to Sparkle car wash. The first time I went i had a bad experience but I decided to to give them another chance !! I shouldn’t have !!I paid the most expensive wash. Seemed weird that my car was out in 20 minutes. They tell Me it’s ready and I go check, my car is a big mess. It included shampooed carpets, they weren’t even vacuumed correctly. I had to go ask for them to be shampooed and the worker gave me attitude , acting like I’m a Karen for asking them to do something that I paid for … I had to beg him like 3 times to wipe the cup holders . I had asked before hand If it included wiping down the cup holders , they said yes . I had to beg him to do it and he still left it nasty. My seat covers were not wiped down. I also had to ask for my air freshener because they had not done that either …. The guy said he thought it was a regular wash, not the Diamond Wash so Honestly I don’t think he even did 1/3of what he was suppose to. Waste of my time and money cuz now Im home wiping down my seats and cup holders myself!! Don’t come here ! I didn’t even take pics of the back of my car which had trash on the floor still
a year agoI have been taking my car for a car wash at this place. They have been doing a good job 👏 and they are friendly people.5 months agoI saw no white people. I want a white person to wash my car. This is demeaning to Mexicans! Throw in some diversity. Maybe I feel like having a black guy wash my car, who knows? But this is caca. Good job on the wash though. You’d never tell on my ’96 Sentra though😏🍻

Love Matt’s carwash but recently every wash just doesn’t dry hopefully they adjust there machine soon or will lose a membership 3 to be exact will adjust this rating if anything changes.
It’s good, just sometimes my windshield wouldn’t be clean very well and sometimes it had some of the cleaning chemical residue. My true issue is mainly the drying process. My SUV never gets dried up good. Besides that, I do enjoy going to this car wash. I tell everyone to go to it.
I have a monthly service plan and it’s awesome. I love going to get my car wash and vacuuming myself since I’m very picky when I used to go get it done and seeing trash parts here and there. Employees are friendly here too.
Managers were great when it came to my initial complaint. However I just paid 3k out of pocket for damages to my brand new car that were caused by the car wash. I’ve been trying to reach the general manager but have not got a call back.
Update: Someone reached out but now won’t respond.
