I needed assistance and Edgar provided excellent customer service, I appreciate how he quickly apologized and tended to my needs; even though an apology wasn’t necessary. Highly recommend this location!2 weeks agoThe big $3 car wash has new meaning. It’s now the 3 minute car wash and even mentioned that their website also states that it’s still the 3 dollar car wash. It’s now the lite wash for $7.99 with sales guys showing you the benefits of joining the unlimited monthly car wash and this month’s special for it. It’s actually a good deal I signed up but after 30 days it goes up in price more then double and if you don’t cancel it get automatically withdrawn from your account via debit. Good thing is the vacuum is free and works great with plenty of space. They also provide microfiber rags as a courtesy to use while you’re there. Looks like it’s kept clean and cars come and go very smoothly. Great place yo get your car washeda week agoExcellent Car Wash, this place offers use of free vacuums and towels. The employee Edgar was very helpful he assisted me with getting into the car wash. I signed up on the monthly membership.a month agoCome here all the time for washes and have been to several others around but this one tops them all. The staff is kind, always around to help, and the manager Joshua will go out of his way to ask if everything is good or make it better if the car wash wasn’t up-to par. He cares about his job and his customers that come through, you can tell. Will continue to come here for washes, thank you Joshua and his team for great service! Keep it up!

2 months agoI brought my Tesla Model 3 to the car wash on Thursday (8/3/23) afternoon and purchased a basic auto car wash. During the car wash the machine hit the top of my car causing a crack over a foot long in the top portion of my front windshield. I drove around to the front and reported the damage to the female manager. She took pics of my car and gave me paperwork to fill out. She then brought out another manager (Craig Thiesse) who tried to say that the crack was due to a previous rock chip. When I asked him to point out the chip (because there wasn’t one) he mentioned something about the heat and cold water could crack the windshield and that they were not responsible for the crack. He gave me his name and email address after I asked for his contact info, but said that they did not have a phone number for the company. He then handed me back the “paperwork” that I filled out. I said that I wanted to file a damage claim with their office and he said they could make a copy, but that I would need to take it up with my insurance. I’m not sure if her made a copy, but basically just dismissed me to leave. I will not be going back to this car wash and I do not recommend anyone else using it unless you want to risk damage to your vehicle.9 months agoMy husband has the monthly unlimited car wash pass and goes a few times a week to different locations. This location is awesome!!! And is becoming a favorite. It has a longer tunnel than the one on Southern/McClintock. And my husband thinks it has better brushes.It’s such a fun experience with the different colored lights. And it does a great job washing the car.

And now I’m stuck in the car wash without it washing and now I have to circle back around.4 months agoI got the best wash you could get. Tire shine did not work. The wash didn’t clean the roof or the doors. Nice people working there, but not worth your time or money. It’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get what you paid for every time.2 months agoTrouble with the machine then I realized was same as my existing CF membership? Did not need to have paid a second time but attendant was confused, large wash with big area to vac after for free. I opted to drive without a wipe down and it was sufficient for a quick wash.

I tried a long time ago and the wash was great. Recently purchased a new car, and ran it over there to get a wash. The service is very friendly and I vaccumed ahead of time, the suction was great.
When I went through I was offered the one month trial which I accepted. I went through the wash, but after? My car was dirtier than it had been before! Spots ALL over the car, and it didn’t dry at all.
After a quick road trip to San Diego where we got stuck in a dust storm, I decided to give it another try. The car might actually look WORSE than it did after the dust storm! And the back? Nothing wet even touched it. Again, it did not dry. Very friendly, and a lot of potential in the idea… the wash is just no good.
Will have to cancel until I see improvements.

The vacuum station is great with pressurized air hoses and a wet brush to prep for the wash, but both times I’ve been through the wash my car has been left with spots and streaks
When all the items within the tunnel are working you can get a very good vehicle wash. The only problem is that the owners of this chain do not always stay up on the maintenance of each of the car wash sites in their coverage. So each visit will be a different experience in a way. The personnel who operate these sites tend to be as professional as they can given their limited experience. Yet I have found them to be courteous at this site and the other sites I have visited.

It’s a quick car wash that cleans your vehicle while your inside the car and when you leave the car wash you have the option to used their cheap rags to clean your car inside and out. You do have their vacuum to used which helps a great deal. I was surprised to used their rags to clean my car which was barely wet enough to wipe down my car seats and windows. When I went through the car wash the machine forgot to wash the soap off my car! That’s nuts. So I had to go in again to get the suds off. It’s fine if your trying to save a few dollars but the dry rags will not do it.
I had a couple of issues with an employee; not helpful and gave very confusing instructions on proceeding thru the line, I’m sitting I was met with attitude & rudeness! However the quality of the wash and the “extra incidentals” they provide kept me coming back… But… When it seemed necessary for me to cancel my membership with them, no one would ever answer at the number they provide, or the number they provided to my financial institution, but we’re messages returned AND the monies continued to come out of my account, even after leaving messages for them to cancel, so beware of that!
