2 months agoWould appreciate if the girl with blue hair manning the door wasn’t so rude. I stopped at this location to ask if it was touch free or not and she treated me as if I was stupid so I did not spend my money there and went to Ultimate Car Wash instead. It’s a shame people can’t just be kind people anymore. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I had the car wash club membership for many years but in the end its just not worth the money to keep it. I’m still a loyal customer & I will continue to use their services!4 months agoThe power of the vacuums do not do a good job. And the air blower in car wash did not dry car at all left spots all over.

a year agoI went through their carwash and I know I got the basic but I would expect them to not scratch up the car and they were resistant to help with the manager claiming that the carwash couldn’t have done that even though there is very clear evidence of damage that could only be done by a car wash, and to add insult to injury the wash didn’t really clean the vehicle all that well with bugs still covering the grill2 years agoJust bought the most expensive Interior/Exterior “Platinum” plus power wash car mats for $40. That’s 5 of their employees pay for an hour. They spent 3 minutes on my car with pathetic results and no follow up from management who was unavailable. See the pics and receipt attached. I am glad to have a membership with these folks.a year agoFirst you got rid of the interior cleaning option at nearly every branch and then today when I stopped at this location there’s NO DRYER. The water just drips off. Yuk! There’s also no stoplight or no person to let you know to exit. This was such a GREAT franchise when you first opened. I jumped right on the monthly interior wash membership and told all my friends what a great service you provided. No more! Now, it’s degraded into a minimal service at best.

This was the worst service I’d ever had, normally I get a $8 car wash. But I upgraded and paid $14 for a car wash they did absolutely nothing, normally they spray your car off to kind of help loosen the dirt that was not done this was a day there was a lot of cars in line for service. So I watched as the cars rolled in and out I didn’t get out and check my car when I got home the front of my car and the areas below the doors look like nobody had ever touched them. I called the car wash service to let them know and to this day have not got a return call back I will not go back again. There were people just standing around who worked at the car lot on the outside but it just doesn’t do the service it used to do. You can’t see it really well but there’s just dirt all over the front some of it I wiped off myself because my car looked kind of awkward but they really did a lousy job this day.
The staff at this establishment are incredible! I’ve never been there and not gotten a wave and several smiles. The workers inside, starting the wash always talk to me and are very good at their job. I often get the crud buster pre-spray and my wheels pressure washed before entering the actual wash. In the metro, stop by this location whenever possible!
Over the years quality of service is declining. Id rather go anywhere else . And pay 5x as much to get a quality detailing done. They were not busy. I paid for the premium service and had a $50 bill to tip as it is important to be as clean as possible to bring my son home from the hospital. I really appreciate what they have done and can do when they care. So sorry if you feel cheated only giving a $20 tip for a service . Having children destroys interior of cars. They have all the tools to vacuum and clean messes. I don’t that’s why I brought in. Is what it is but the many blatantly skipped spots they didn’t want to clean are the reason I’m leaving this review and never going back . There is a reason I stopped doing the member deals years ago and this just confirms a good decision.
I don’t normally leave review ls but my truck came back so clean today I’m ecstatic. I can not tell you how dirty it was between two toddlers and gravel road dust and it came out like a new truck inside and out. Great job and strongly recommend!
Paid for the platinum wash. They did not get carpet clean, bugs all over the front and hood, wind shield was a mess. Asked them to redo the windshield and they left many bugs and smears. Went directly to a self-serve car wash and did it myself. Very disappointed, a complete waste of money..
