2 months agoLove this car wash 24 hours a day. When they come in the morning to clean up the management is very nice was washing my dishes because I had to clean my fathers house who never cleans so I just what to spray them off fast so they wouldn’t still stink as I put them through the dish water. The manager or who ever it was was quite surprised and all he said was that has chemicals in the water and wash so don’t eat off them. I was like I know but he was super kind about it I don’t think anyone else would have been. I love this place everything about always works and the machines have only taken my money once and not give me anything and when it did I told him and he gave me the product right away. Defiantly recommend this place..a month agoI went here for the first time and was confused by the pricing and charges to my card. Apparently it was a whooping $23 to wash and quickly dry my car.I have since been just paying someone else to detail my car.
The lot is dirty, offers no shade or designated areas for hand drying your car, very little maintenance has been done to the property and equipment and it doesn’t feel like a safe area.
a month agoThe owner was cussing at some customer because the customer yelled at the machine. Very unprofessional. The vacuum doesn’t have pain signage letting you know that it will keep going until you push stop. I ended up paying $6 to vacuum my car. I thought they were just generous with the time 😵💫😕😁11 months agoI’m a regular customer here, being a resident owner of a soft-top Miata means I can’t go to automatic car washes, but I love this place, super easy, quick, and not too busy. It’s well kept and maintained as well.4 months agoMy only complaint is that $3 per 3 min is quite pricey. Especially when the blow dryer there hardly has any power it takes almost 15min just to dry off the whole car with it. I spent $28!!! And my car still wasn’t fully dry. I will not be returning to this place. I could’ve paid someone to detail my car for that price. Insane

2 months agoI usually love Kaady car wash but the past few months it does seem like some of the staff do not care or point out possible trouble spots on your car before taking it through the wash. For instance, a month ago I took a Ford focus 2002 with a very small antenna on top that lies close to the roof, I didn’t even notice it was there I had just purchased the car. In the past the staff would have pointed out to me if something needed to be taped down or taken off. But the guy didn’t even seem interested that day and didn’t even mention it. It was not until I got home that I realized it had ripped off the antenna. I was not a happy camper. When I went back the guy said oh yeah that probably happened because it could be removed but I didn’t know it could be and I went to a parts store to find this out before I went back. The guy at the car wash said he didn’t know how to take it off anyway. He didn’t even say he was sorry it happened. Won’t go back to the Kaady car wash and cant recommend it any longer due to this experience. Really sad because I liked going there in the past and my family too.2 weeks agoGot my Yukon washed today. When I got home I looked at it and both sides Look great, but the front & back look like they weren’t even touched! Not sure how that happened , but for $10 I think I’m going to call and let them know!4 months agoVery nice car wash experience. You will have to choose your timings better as there is a huge rush most of the times. After wash you will have to park your car nearby to wipe off excess water. Some tough strains like insect hits on windshield or bird dumps may require a second round.4 months agoStaff are pleasant and know what they are doing, they made sure to ask if we wanted them to remove our antenna or if we wanted to do it. Brushes didn’t leave scratches and the air was enough to dry the vehicle. Free vacuum too is great.4 months agoThe quality of the wash has been deteriorating last few months. My car has lots of untouched areas and the staff is not concerned that it’s the wash not my car. Also, haven’t been able to use the vacuums lately because too many customers use the area to detail their cars. Management needs to address the diminished quality of their wash and ask people to vacuum only in the vacuum area.

Staff is very nice, no complaints with them at all! Only issues is the customers with no sense that the green go light means go!!!! Today a lady almost caused a car wash pile up because she decided to stop at green go light to look at her phone 🤬🤬 wich almost caused me to hit her and the truck behind me to hit me and then the entire wash track to pile up!!!!!! I had to honk 6 times at this lady before she slowly moved away !!! Some idiots don’t understand automatic car washes so I suggest having someone at end of tunnel to make these confused customers to move along so doesn’t cause car wash money due to pile up!!! Also maybe space out cars some because people like the lady in front of me today can cause major problems for stopping at end of car wash to check phone, and sit there!! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Always so friendly. The attendant gets you right in so you have no drama and the vacuum is free and powerful enough to get all the stuff off the seat and floor. My wife drives past another Kaady to use this one.
I’ve used this car wash many times, but recently got the unlimited wash package and use the mobile app. It’s very convenient and the staff are always friendly. I wish the could get my truck a little more dry, but they are no worse than any other car wash in that regard.
It’s quick wash if your car not so dirty – it’s ok. Also nice that they have a free vacuum cleaner for everyone. So it’s no so expensive to buy the monthly ticket. 👍 Will be better if they install the wash basins for washing rags.
They’ll take your car even if it is pretty muddy. Another carwash I have used for years lost my business by refusing to wash my not too mud caked car, but Kaady took it no problem and it came out clean as a whistle the FIRST time. Customer for life.
