a week ago9/10. Car was trashed after a week long road trip. Just tried them today and their service is well worth the price and time. $55 and 45 minutes.3 months agoThe crashed my new truck. They called me just now and are saying it wasnt their fault. It happened inside when they drive it through their machine. Im filing a police report. The manager said this happens all the time!12 months agoI came down here even though it’s pretty far from home because there’s no “full service car washes” in my area. Only “detail shops” that are super expensive. So my car was in desperate need of a professional wash inside. I have 3 small shedding dogs so between their fur, dirt from our shoes and their paws, small rocks, leaves and mud, my car was pretty bad. For about $40 and an hour, the guys at Magic Touch car wash did a pretty decent job. So areas were missed between the driver seat and center counsel and under the floor mats up front. Overall…, I’ll be back and I would recommend them. But next time I’ll point out the areas I want them to focus on. Maybe that will help. If it does I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.3 weeks agoI routinely have Magic Touch clean my car. Today I had the High Tech Package. Although my car is 12 years old, they made my car loom like new. Excellent quality service and a reasonable price.2 months agoI have several suggestions to improve (micorfiber towels to leave less lint, roll the windows down to clean the tops, and open the gas tank to clean). But for $55, great job and looks very nice. Car detailed and wash was a great value.

3 months agoZero stars. Garbage quality work. Garbage quality service. I thought I’d give them another try after they broke my side mirror knob off without apology about 5 years ago. Paid $169 for wash, interior shampoo and detail. Waited almost 4 hours before finally walking home. Said they’d call when ready; never called. I could’ve done a better job in 20 minutes myself. Photos speak for themselves.Edit: full refund issued. Still, don’t waste your time or money here.
3 months agoNice intake guy. Explained things well since I hadn’t been there since the change in ownership. The lanes are a little confusing and not signed well. I got “yelled” at twice by the crew for “not being in the right lane”… I paid $100 for a hand wax and the “super interior”. The hand wax was really great and I’m happy with it. The interior, not so much. There was an older lady working in my car. They completely missed an interior window and the windshield is so streaky that I’ll have to take it somewhere else asap. In fairness They did ask me to inspect it but it’s really awkward to QA their work without seeming picky so I wasn’t comfortable doing that. I would recommend having your intake person do a quality check before your client takes possession. Overall i got the exterior value (I think that should actually cost MORE) but the interior cleaning was at most a $39 value. Nothing more than what they used to do. Disappointing.in the last weekWash man it the only place I will take my vehicles to be cared for! I have literally tried every other place to vacuum out my car, but there’s no place like Washman on Commercial st. I’m Salem to actually get everything out of the carpets! I have gone here 3 times in the last year and every time I leave feeling disappointed. I could have done a better job myself but as a working mom I decided to splurge and get a nice wash and inside clean out—-absolutely not worth the money! Not going back.

Good place for a quick wash but if your car is in a real need of a wash then it’s better to go somewhere else or do yourself. Even a small build up of grime from winter driving the car wash will not get the back of the car clean unless you are lucky enough to get someone to pressure wash the back for you. I just paid for their #3 hoping to get the dirt off the back and it’s just as dirty as going in.
I paid $15 for a car wash and there’s still dirt on the back tailgate all over. Even the fingerprints from opening and closing my trunk are still very visible and not washed off at all. They don’t do any thing to get your car ready to go through the automatic wash. They don’t even presoak or do any prescrubbing like they do at other carwashes.This is not worth it at all, it’s just a waste of time and money.
Got my car clean and prices are comparable to where I usually go. The vacuum I used had so little suction it wouldn’t suck up a cellophane wrapper. It was a complete waste of a dollar.

I’ve been coming here for a while getting my company vehicle washed because it’s got a ladder rack on it and their website says that they specialize in washing those type of vehicles. However as of recently there fancy maintenance guy thinks he owns the place and is refusing to wash vehicles that have ladder racks
