3 months agoI washed my car today and it was good. They cleaned my car prior to the automatic wash. The price is comparable too. I always get paying 5 for 4:-) I think that works better for me than the monthly membership. Overall is good.a week agoIt was nice, washed the car then vacuumed it out. They have an air blower so you can blow the dust off the dashboard. The vacuums have different connections depending which slot you park in so you can move over if you want a wide one or small one.4 months agoService was good, my general complaint is in regards to the fact that you can’t cancel the membership through the online portal but must speak with a manager instead hoops to jump through to cancel your membership and it charges your card account EVERY SINGLE DAY to try to collect the membership fees making it likely that you will accidentally pay membership before you are able to speak to a person to get it cancelled. It almost feels deliberate when they also do not answer phone calls. They certainly make it easier to just want to wash my own car.3 weeks agoTook my truck thru here about a week ago and added some new nasty scratches down the drivers side from door to bed. The mast of rotating cleaning machine was right on the truck. Filled out a piece of paper with employee and I have not received even a phone call. If you have a nice vehicle I would hand wash it before taking it here.4 months agoMy car was damaged here several months ago by a disgruntled employee trying to fold my mirror that does not fold. He denied doing it despite the fact that it was done on camera. After several trips to the location, phone calls, trips to the dealership and doing without my vehicle for several days I was able to get it fixed. Now four months later they have still not canceled my membership and continue to charge my card. They continue even after I have been assured that the issue was handled and that the money would be refunded to me. Last week I was told yet again that it was taken care of and if by next week, which is today, that I would receive a refund in cash if it wasn’t. Today I was told that their policy doesn’t allow for that and they have no cash besides. Charging people for canceled services that were not provided amounts to theft. It’s almost as though they figure you will get tired of dealing with it and continue to pay regardless. Don’t waste your time with the online portal. I’ve tried that, by phone and in person. Nothing works. The people you talk to you act as though there is nothing they can do to help you. I gave the one star because zero stars was not an available option. UPDATE!!! After reviewing other reviews it seems like the situation I’m in is not uncommon. Others are having the same exact issue. The Better Business Bureau is even unable to contact these people. Maybe they feel like this is what customers deserve and no explanation is deserved or even necessary.

4 months agoExpect scratches and defects in your paint. Do not expect them to take accountability for any of this.My brand new car has scuffs along the hood thanks to this location and the manager took zero responsibility for them, after agreeing that they look like something a car wash would cause “except for this center mark”. The cloths they use are not washed correctly and have caused scratches in the clear coat, beyond normal wear-and-tear expected from an automatic wash.
Proceed with caution, it looks like an amazing place to take your car, but it’s just because of their outward presentation.

I truly appreciate the extra attention the associates give to my vehicle beyond the auto wash . I love how they treat the wheels and dry mirrors etc after exiting the auto car wash. Never leave disappointed!!!!a year agoI stopped by today to have my car washed and cleaned. They talked me into the ultimate package (most expensive) telling me they would wipe everything down with a special product including cup holders and door bins. I left and came back to pick it up not stopping to inspect the vehicle after the fact. That was my mistake. Once i got home which is over 45 minutes away I went to take out my bag from the back where they had moved it. I found that they vacuumed the front and part of middle row. They wiped down the front but did not wipe anything else down through out the car. I called the manager and essentially was told to take pictures, bring it back (seriously have you seen the price of gas) and they would look it over and correct what wasn’t done. Again. I live over 45 minutes away. I asked for a refund and was told they give no refunds. I will drive there and make them fix it. But will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.a month agoI usually visit Cruise In Auto Spa every other week. They are always very professional and do an excellent job with making sure you are pleased with their service! I have visited many express car washes before, but Cruise In Auto Spa is by far above the rest!! I would recommend checking it out!

Zips is the best car wash in town, hands down!!!!! I come here every time! It’s got free vacuums & multiple car washes that range from $10-$35 and they consist of washing and drying, wheels & wax and works& wow.. which is liquid glass, clear protectant, rain repel, waxing, triple foam, tire shine and then again you’re basic wash with the power dry.
Adam an employee that works here has amazing customer service skills! He is a people person and makes me smile every time! I would refer this car wash to anyone that is needing any kind of car cleaning!!!
I have had an account with this facility for years. Since Zips has taken over I have rarely had a car wash where something wasn’t broken in the tunnel, resulting in limited service or functionality. Latest issue is a broken pump which prevents them from using pressure washer to do prep before entering because they are using the same pump for both the pressure washer and the tunnel. The tunnel will have insufficient pressure for cars running through the tunnel if the attendant uses the sprayer to hit the bugs on my car. We have 2 new car washes within a 5 mile radius Ave I’m thinking seriously about switching.
I’ve heard pretty good things about Zips so I went to go get my truck washed today. When I got out of the wash, there was a film across my passenger side windows. My driver side front and back windows were clear. I attempted to wipe my window with a microfiber cloth rag when I got home, to see if that would clear it up… it did not. I bought the $20 wash, although it seems it was a waste of money. Cleaned up my truck, but left dirt splotches towards the back of my truck, and a film on the passenger windows. Overall not a great experience.
The windshield membership labels we purchased rarely work. The technician has to go to the computer, verify the name and let us in. The initial spray has gotten worse over time, there is no soap from the sprayer like there used to be. One of the top soap dispensers only releases soap on the driver side of the vehicle. One of the large vertical rotating brushes, barely touches the passenger side of the vehicle. We will be canceling our membership.
Unfortunately as is the case with any luxury car wash, they go into decline as soon as competition arrives. This is a $10 Carwash at best.
They have someone to harass you instead of maintaining the machines.
They always try to unload a membership on you.
This last car wash, the guy washing was on the phone and made me wait while he finished his call to let me into the wash. Once started he did not guide my tires into the slot so had to guess based on the sound of the tires hitting the metal.
Will not return.
