2 months agoI thought this place would be be better under the new name (assuming it’s new owners). It has only gotten worse. Paid $27 for the”best” wash. Couldn’t imagine how bad the basic wash is. No dressing on tires. Wheels still dirty. Undercarriage and fender wells dirty. Low suction on the vacs. Bristles worn away on rug beater. Mat washer didn’t work. Left there feeling like I was ripped off. Too many options in town to run a sub par operation. Never again3 months agoVery nice car wash. The market st location definitely washes cars better than CB Rd location. I even had an employee (Joey) come out and ask if I needed anything else while I was vacuuming. Good value.3 months agoMatthew was an amazing help for me today while at the car wash! Apparently I left my key turned a little too far and my car died at some point while I was vacuuming. Matthew was prompt and so nice about my inconvenience especially during the heat of the day. I had never gone to a car wash that requires you to drive onto a ramp and was nervous so an employee offered to do it for me(LOL) The manager even cleaned my mats and assisted me with the machines. I am a member for years and was about to cancel due to the old owner disallowing staff to secure my side view mirrors, forcing me to get out and do it. Also, most vacs were broken and not enough trash cans around the bays. The trash cans could still be improved upon in number, but overall staff seemed nicer and more helpful last two visits. Jarrell is very attentive checking on people’s experiences.2 weeks agoI came in today for a car wash and the car wash was good but the customer service was even better by Sonia, Who was by the vacuums, and made sure that I had everything I needed with towels and sprays. She even checked on me before I left just to make sure I got everything I needed five out of five all the way around and I’ll definitely be back for her amazing smile, and even better customer service.a month agoI have been going to this location for a car wash for the past 2 1/2 years. During that time the car wash has changed hands. Now a Whistle Express Car Wash, the employees are doing an outstanding job keeping the car wash operating and just being there for the customer. Took my new truck 3 times before leaving a review, I tried to avoid it. I hate leaving bad reviews because we all have bad days. After 3 visits, I’ll let the pictures speak. This was the “Master Piece” service plus a generous tip. Was basically rushed out the nicest way possible when asked to look over the work at the end. The staff seem really stressed out and over it. Hopefully it gets better! FYI the windshield does not have hard water stains, it was never touched. Was able to clean it in one run myself, along with everything else I had to finish. Not worth the $$, do it yourself.
Buff Masters – Phillip and team, 5 Stars +++ Amazing attention to detail when adding PPF (Paint Protection Film) to my brand new Tesla Model Y! Not to mention the full car Window Tinting and UV Blocking film. They not only tell you everything to expect in great detail “up front” but they exceed expectations. A MUST try, you will be glad you did!
Stuart et al at Buff Masters does an absolutely fabulous job. Everyone is so friendly and detailed oriented, we love it there. The staff did a tremendous job of applying Ceramic Pro and our Chevy Suburban LTZ has never looked so nice. (Not even the day that we took delivery from the dealer). Update July 7th, 2023 – Well I just wanted to again, thank Samantha, Stuart, Phillip, Dave and the whole team that recently treated a second vehicle (white, 2019 GMC Yukon XL Denali) with Ceramic Pro. It’s incredible how nice it looks and just yesterday, out of the blue, a lady walking by commented “what a beautiful truck”, when she walked by in a parking lot at Long Leaf mall as she was admiring our red, 2011 Chev Suburban LTZ. Tracy and I just wanted to thank you all for your work. We also really appreciate the Masterpiece car wash all the time. Recently we had a friend in town from AZ and bought her the M.P. car wash and she was tickled pink. She said that her Honda SUV hasn’t looked like that since she bought it in 2019. Thanks guys. I didn’t because of my experiences years ago with the original owner. I didn’t realize Buff Masters was under new ownership. Now I’m understanding the low scoring reviews.
On Friday, June 9, 2023 I called to setup an appointment to wash/wax and buff light scratches out of my hood. I was told they open at 9:00, but I could come earlier, so I got there at 8:10. The manager looked at the vehicle and said, he could buff the scratches out the hood for $50 for a total of $144.40 to wax the rest of the SUV. They didn’t start waxing my SUV until after 10:00. I had assumed they would wax my SUV inside the building, but they waxed it in the Direct Sunlight in near 80 degrees temperature. As the detailer was finishing up, he waves me over to take a look. The first thing I ask him was did he wax the top of the SUV. He said yes without hesitation. Shaking my head, because I knew it was a lie. I stood nearby and watch the whole process. I walk over climbed on the running board and noticed they didn’t even dry the roof and definitely didn’t wax it. It had water spots and runny dirt. He said, oh we sprayed the water up there before waxing it. As we walked around to inspect the rest of the vehicle, it was dirt everywhere as shown in the pictures. They didn’t clean or dry the rims, the wheel wells or the door jams. The guy waxing the vehicle was attempting to get it cleaned up, but the manager came over and told him he needed him up front. When I got home, I pulled my SUV in the garage and noticed the scratches were still there. I called the shop, spoke to Samantha and asked if they could pull my SUV inside so that they could see the scratches. She said, bring it back and we’ll take a look. I took it back asked for a manager and spoke to Stewart, he was real nasty and very defensive from the beginning. He told me it looks good to him and that if I wanted the scratches out, I should get a new paint job. I told him, if he didn’t want to fix the scratches, he should refund my money back. He refunded me the $50.
I highly recommend you read the detailed reviews on Buff Masters, they’re dishonest and don’t take pride in doing a good job. Stewart the manager gets very upset when you hold them accountable. He’s nasty!!!

Didn’t get what I paid for! Paid for a master piece and wasn’t nothing wiped in the interior of my car just vacuumed the only put shine on my tires they were still dirty it was a complete rush job
