4 months agoWent through their car wash and they peeled some of the paint off on the front of my car. When I brought it to their attention the manager reviewed the video and admitted that they did peel my paint and at first claimed that my car (2017 Toyota 4Runner) had a recall on the paint and that they also noticed paint chips already on the front. I showed them documentation from Toyota that my 4RUNNER does not have a paint recall. I also told them that those “paint chips” on my front are dead dried bugs that their wash did not get off. After calling out the manager on her lies and lack of accountability, she says that they aren’t responsible for cars older than 5 years old. So if my car was 4 years 11 months and 30 days old then it would be covered but not at 5. She said that they have signs that claim the same, but from where you buy your wash you cannot read the signs. I’ve always taken car of my vehicle and to see it in this shape is tough to swallow. This sorry excuse for a business has no accountability.2 weeks agoVacuums are decent. The cleaning supplies mostly water. The real problem is all the missed surfaces i had to clean in the parking lot with said cleaning supplies. My truck wasn’t even dirty i was just in area killing time. Just a F150 and it missed around fenders,grill and entire back window. $20?a year agoNice car wash and it does a good job however the attendants don’t make it a point to help people get bugs off the front. Got out of wash and still had a layer of bugs on front of my car. Other than that it’s good. Fix that and I’d recommend it.4 months agoWe ran through the automatic car wash. Wow, they are great! We have driven 1,800 miles from Alabama and we were covered in bugs. The two in front really spent time cleaning front, sides before we entered the automatic wash. Please put one in Decatur Al!!! Best car wash we’ve ever been to!!!a week agoStopped here a whim after eating dinner. Hands down the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Got all the bugs off my haven’t-been-washed-in-two-months car.

3 months ago$25 minimum wash rate. $30 for the “best” wash. No one to dry it after (which is usual to have). Car was not clean after the wash.a month agoGot the Ultimate Kahana. The wash went well, but after the wash I was told to pull in to the vacuum bays and some one was to wipe the excess water so you don’t get spotting as your car dries in the sun. No one was there to help and there were no towels to wipe with. Used the vacuum and then went to find towels. Found some one who gave me 2, but didn’t offer any help with the wipe down. For a complete satisfaction guarantee this part of the wash was less than spectacular. When I expresses my experiences to the service advisor Aaliyah she said oh well, I don’t think it was intentional. She didn’t offer any solution to remedy the lack of service. Just oh well. Such great customer service. NOT!!! WHY SOULD YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE AND NOT GET IT.3 months agoAbsolutely Over priced for a poor result. Why is there no quality control person at the end of each wash catching these things.Instead we the paying customers have to.. This is the SECOND time I’ve come to this car wash. The first time I got the same results. I was hoping this time it would have been different.

3 months agoDid a great good washing my car, but they are a little pricey.a year agoShout out to the Wave Car Care Center in Billings, MT. We purchased the Ultimate Wash for $30 and when we went to get our car dried off the lady said to go back through because the front still had bugs on it. The manager ended up giving us a free wash and sprayed it down himself and dried it himself. He asked us if we could go back through again because he wanted to get the tire shine right and gave us another free Ultimate Wash! My car should be shined up and ready for winter now lol. Anyways the Wave is the best 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Not very impressed for spending $24 on a car wash then to look like nothing was washed in the front. I asked what they had to clean the front off better and the kid working says their bug sprayer works great but the pumps out. Still to charge full price for not get cleaned. We’re not going back there after being loyal customers for a few years now I will start going elsewhere.
When the guy tries to upsell, he should try this instead: how clean do you want your car? Get the cheap price, it will only get half cleaned. If you want it mostly clean, then you need to purchase an unlimited monthly pass. 😂🤣🤦🤦

Have you ever tried to scrub your car with a damp rag before you hose it down? That is how this wash works. The wash barely wets the vehicle before dribbling some soap and cramming it through several stages of brushes. By doing this, it not only grinds your dirt in, it also redeploys dirt from the car before you. It then sends you through a high-powered wash to hope the dirt comes off before blowing your dirty vehicle dry.
I have no idea why anyone would continue to put their cars through this. I thought they would fix things. Live and learn.
I paid $24 for the top wash and in my opinion it was not worth $4. My car is pretty much as dirty as when I came in. The wheels did not get cleaned at all. My side trim looks like it was not even touched. Wheel wells were filthy. The front end is still dirty, the windshield did not get cleaned at all. Do not use this place. It is not worth anywhere near what they charge. I would spend $5 at a quick drive thru one and get the same results.
The Mint offers good discounts and incentives to returning customers. I like the wash they give at a reasonable price. I use them often for my black car!
