The car wash worked fine, and the free vacuums and detailing equipment were a real plus.a week agoYou guys are always amazing!! Especially the manager & assistant managerI Honestly feel like like family or at least a good friend! But best of all, my car is always so clean!

3 weeks agoQuick car service /wash. I didn’t use all services offered. I paid $20 but don’t think it really cleaned my front window that well. Also no one really wipes the windows afterwards so I had to get out of the car. Not a huge thing but other places offers that which is a wonderful extra services. My 3 star is based on basic quality provided along with pricing. People were nice and it was a quick wash and no line the time I went. This was all OK. I will try a few other places nearby though and see what their services and price is.3 months agoErnesto, the manager of this car wash was very friendly and helpful! He gave me a free wash and was assuring in that I could get a wash even though I had lost a clip in my front bumper. Very professional and nice! I’ll be coming back here again and again. The vacuums were very strong and got all the dirt and debris out of my carpet. The mat wash did an excellent job and the station with clean rags for wipe down after the wash was such a nice touch!a month agoGreat service! a month agoBEWARE: !!!THIS WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE!!!I have been noticing long deep vertical scratches appearing on my back bumper. My last visit to this car was I heard a light “clunk” sound two times. After thinking about what I heard, I inspected my truck later and found two more 3-4 inch vertical scratches with a peculiar grease smudge. These are deep scratches and cannot be buffed out. I called and sent an email No Responses. also the was sucked as there was still loose dirt on my running boards.
2 months agoWas in the area and needed a quick wash, just normal dirt from weather. Got the $15 wash and was disappointed. For $3 less I get a much better wash at the car wash by my house. Dirt was was left on my car and dryer did not dry my car well at all. If you want a decent wash, skip this car wash and go somewhere you will get your money’s worth.2 months agoThis was a fast and convient car wash. Very spacy and organized feeling. Lots of vacuums and the ones I used had strong suction. I left one star off because of the price considering it’s a drive through wash. It was $10 dollars for the basic wash. The Wash seemed good, I just prefer hand washes for more detailed clean and less likely to recieve scratches( my vehicle is 10 years old). Overall a great experience.8 months agoWe bought a membership with Ocean Express realizing that, yes, they have a disclaimer on minor scratches that happen, but when the damage is well over $2000.00 and even our front liscense plate is missing, that is more than minor damage. Shortly after it happened, they closed for a few days for what they called “an equipment upgrade”. When the damage was reported and shown to them, they said it was “not their responsibility”. I’m all for supporting local business but when something like this happens and they are good business men or women, they should take responsibility for what they caused. When you see these pictures, you be the judge. I would AVOID taking your car here as the owner does not take the responsibility for serious damage caused by his equipment.4 months agoI have their monthly plan an it is well worth it! They upgrade their equipment in the car wash all the time. I would give them five stars if they would update their answering machine when they are closed. It’s a bummer when you drive there and find they are closed.

I love that I can usually get in an out without a huge wait. The car wash itself is good could definitely use some tweaking as far as the brushes and how it dries the car coming out of the automatic bay. Staff is usually really friendly and they now offer dash polish and glass cleaner with clean rags for you to use for free! They also have air compressors at every bay to clean out the hard to reach spots and vents!
One of the fastest and cleanest car wash in the Arvada area. Although sometimes the line can stretch nearly a block, the wait time is practically nonexistent. Cars come in dirty, and come out sparkly clean in an extremely fast manner. Nice crew too. I lost my front license plate and they were able to save it for me and return it to me. Highly recommend this place!
I love this car wash. The leadership has really improved. Last couple times I’ve came here the towels are fully stocked, bottles are filled. That’s always a plus for me. The staff is always helpful. Keep it up guys. Been coming here for little over 3 years now.
Car wash scratches beware!
I have multiple pictures of my new Jeep with a dash cam to support this claim. I just left the arvada location with multiple scratches on my hood, top, back end and sides. I did not enter your location to leave with body damage. After witnessing a man getting out of his car to check his vehicle i began checking mine for damage sure enough I can see my hood from the drivers seat very plainly. Someone from corporate needs to be contacting me ASAP. There is obviously faulty equipment inside the car wash to scratch a Jeep wrangler this bad.

I contacted the company online and business directly by phone and left multiple messages with my contact info. No one has responded or called me.
Employees must take there time when asked to pre scrub bug off a truck. Unfortunately my windshield got cracked!
I will not be returning to this location!
Pro… Being a new company took over their claims department was quick to approve and replace my windshield within approximately 10- 14 days.
