a week agobeen going here a little while and never thrilled but did ok. results from the other day will keep me away for a while. literally called the wheel express and does virtually nothing to the wheels or wheel well or underbody which the description also said would get clean.a year agoWe pay for the monthly plan, which is $19.95 and I can get a wash every single day. I go there a couple times a week, sometimes more. I love the convenience, the price and the quality of the wash. The equipment works effectively, and really helps in the winter with the salt and grime build-up. The crew there is always ready and welcoming, they wet brush the back end after entering the rails, and they are quick to help if there is a problem at the machines where you choose your wash and pay. Overall, I always have a great experience.8 months agoI’ve given this car wash too many opportunities in hopes of a better end result but I always end up disappointed. I purchased the $20.00 car wash and my car is still very dirty, so disappointing to pay twenty dollars and still end up with a dirty vehicle. I have been a regular on and off for years here, since they opened, and one day this kid refused to wipe my car down before the wash and lied to me about there being towels to buy after the fact. The manager was super cool and let me go thru again, and they really scrubbed my car down well the second time. I have continued to come back since. And i will be back more when it gets colder out for sure.a month agoI used to like getting my car washed here until today. One of their employees came up to my car to ‘help’ me pay. I thought it was strange and very felt uncomfortable with him handling my card. The machine is self explanatory, I didn’t need help. To make matters worse, when I was driving into the entrance, the two guys stopped me abruptly so one of them can scrub the front of my car with a large brush. Because the guy told me to stop, my foot was on the brake and my stick was in drive mode. I have a hybrid car so when I stopped for the brushing, it cut the engine. Mind you, I’m on the belt at this point. When the guy was done brushing, I shifted my car to neutral but now my car wouldn’t move. My foot was NOT on the brake but these two men decided to keep yelling at me to take my foot off of the brake. They were yelling over each other at me, which was very unprofessional and nerve wrecking. I had to move my stick back to drive and then back to neutral to get it to work. They had to me feel very incompetent for no reason. In addition, there was still dirt and smudge on certain areas of my windshield and windows. I’m never coming back here again.

5 months agoHIGHLY do not recommend this location ! It ended up damaging my husband’s van. We NEVER heard from they’re owner but they’re manager in which was no help whatsoever. The manager claimed that the owner said the damage was “due to the van having rust and being a 18 year old vehicle. it does not qualify to being covered under them”PLEASE consider another car wash as this one does not take accountability to its customers damages .5 months agoI went there and paid for the $18.00 car wash and it didn’t even get my car cleaned. I said something to one of the workers and he had me go through again. It still did not get cleaned. I have not had problems with this car was in the past. I don’t think I will be going to this again. For the amount you pay it should at least clean your car.a year agoI have been a member since 2021, this year they have been closed 50% of the times I have tried to get a wash. The last 2 times they damaged my rims and I have not heard from them. It was a really good carwash when it opened.3 weeks agoThese Kids don’t know what they’re doing there! I had to go through the car wash three times for them to get it right! I will NEVER go back there ever again! The kid refused to give me a refund! I asked him to speak English and the Kid assumed I spoke Spanish and continued to ask me questions when I did not understand a word! Total failure here with customer service!5 months agoGood carwash, competitive pricing. Love the free vacuum with no time limit. I like that there is a sign for people not to play loud music and nobody has played loud music anytime I’ve been there. Staff is friendly enough.

Waste of $20. Water spots, dust, streaks all over. I did the bug prep before and scrubbed really well, and chose their highest level of wash. My car had minor road dust and water spots with a few bugs to start, it wasn’t bad. It barely looks like it got washed.
My car was dirty and I needed it washed. A great experience! I was in and out in no time with a clean car. The price for a wash was fair and reasonable. I will be coming back.
PEDRO HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Always explains in detail when my wife and I have any questions or when there is any confusion. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Pedro deserves a raise!!! I have personally seen him cleaning and taking out garbage to keep location looking neat! PEDRO IS THE MAN!
Vacuums never work and the windows are always streaked with something greasy. Since being bought by new ownership, it seems like they are always closed on random days. They need to open earlier and have a consistent schedule. Clean your vacuums so they work and they don’t fall apart, especially for the $40 I pay every month. I don’t think it’s worth the money anymore.
Great prices! Dude, if you just get the $5 wash, it’s ligit and comes out same as $10 or $15….free vacuums are powerfull! I Highly recommend Rainstorm if you don’t have nice rims…never go through automatic with nice rims..the rails will scratch and ruin….
