a week agoGot my car washed today, 10/22. Great customer service and wash, but for $21 after a tip, I feel that the premium wash didn’t clean under my car at all (which is what I really wanted) and I don’t believe the tires were cleaned or shined. Looks like they maybe ran out of tire shine as there is just one little spot of it on my front left tire. I’ll be back, but I’d really appreciate a discount next time!6 months agoI was a member here for years. My new 2022 truck ended up with very small scratches that ran down the entire side of the truck after. If you look at any vehicle that washes here in direct sunlight you will notice small longitudinal scratches running the length of your vehicle. The previous company did a pre wash to ensure that no excessively dirty vehicles went through the wash. I have seen many very dirty vehicles be allowed to go through the wash which I am sure leaves dirt on the brushes the touch your vehicle. I filed a claim and was told the scratches on my truck came from normal driving. Last time I checked air does not scratch your vehicle.If you like your vehicles finish I would avoid Mister (scratch and shine) and go elsewhere. Go to the Cyclone in PW or the new car wash opening on the south side by Culver’s.

a month agoWhen is the major reasons you come to a car wash like this is for the vacuuming and their vacuums are absolutely HORRIBLE! Literally, they will vacuum up nothing and it’s ridiculous. We pay good money for these memberships to be worthless when we actually get here. Honestly, I had heard from several people that they were no good and do not come here but I thought well I’m going to try and I will never be back.3 years agoGreat service. 2 weeks agoVery nice car wash! Super close to home which makes it convenient. I really like the fact they have towels free to use along with mat cleaning, AND free vacuums. In a world of high prices it’s nice to come across some free things. Champion is living up their name, & being champions. Oh did i mention the auto wash is Fantastic too? Most places I’ve gone to it seems it doesn’t do good but the one at Champion is great. Highly recommend the whole place !2 months agoI’ve lived in Arizona , Wyoming, & Colorado and this is the nicest car wash that I have been too. There were a vacuum & a high pressure air hose that were broken but I simply moved to another spot. The staff working we both pleasant & smiling. I’ll definitely return when I’m in Pueblo and my 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid needs a spruce up. The detail cloths are a really nice touch!!a month agoI like the car wash and the tire shine. I love the fact they supply the dry rags to dry your car, but don’t have any crew to dry the windows. The crew does wet your car and scrub your windows before you go through the wash though; which is a big plus! Other than that very nice and no sticker to go through as a member. Your plates are the member ID. I don’t like the vacuums. They’re not strong enough to clean my carpet. Only 4 stars for this car wash.4 months agoVery accommodating! The drivers side of the bumper on my jeep is cracked and they were able to still do the wash without further damage! Definitely will go back again! And they have Free Vaccums!4 months agoThe car wash was nice and slow, not rushed like others. They also have the unlimited vacuums with mat washers, cleaning cloths, and different sizes for the vacuum. Closer to home than the others so I will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for months and the customer service is excellent.
Great value for your money! I definitely take advantage of the limitless washes and free vacuum.
Much better than any drive through I’ve been to here. My tires look extra bright and I love the hand dry on the windshield and mirrors.
The vacuums are great for cleaning the car. The car wash is overall good. It could be better if they would start pre-spraying the vehicle as you enter the car wash bay. They, for some unknown reason, stopped doing this the last 3 months or so. Other than that, it is a good carwash.
I like this Mister Car Wash location. The setup and flow is logical, and I like how the car wash exits directly onto the street. Less of a crowd than the Fountain CO location I usually visit, and it got my car dryer than usual.
The cleaning quality of this place has gone down hill in the last year. The roller that is supposed to wash the top of your vehicle never cleans my car, the back of my car is always dirty upon exit. I have even mentioned this to employees and the results are the same. Canceling my monthly subscription.
In DECEMBER of 2022 the large roller failed and fell down the back of my vehicle (2021 Volvo XC90) an broke off my rear wiper and the mechanism that holds the wiper arm. The manager on duty took my info and said they would investigate the incident. A few days later that same manager called me and said after reviewing the cameras Mister Caswash was going claiming responsibility for the incident and gave me a claim number. I was instructed to send the repair invoice to a designated email with claim number attached.
I had Volvo send the invoice with my info and the claim number attached to the given email address on 2 separate occasions, there’s been no response. I myself have sent numerous emails, with no response. I have also called this specific location MULTIPLE times, with no answer and no return call to my voicemails.
I then drove to the location this Spring (I live 50 miles away) since I wasn’t getting any form of communication. I talked to the SAME manager letting him know the extreme lack of communication. He apologized for me having to come and assured me that he would take care of it.
It is now SEPTEMBER 2023 and the matter has still not been resolved. I have continued to call this location on a monthly basis and leave voicemails, again, with absolutely NO response.
