4 weeks agoAfter 3 years of driving past Big Dan’s Car Wash and saying I was going to go, I finally went. LoL! Big Dan’s Car Wash sits right off the major road and is easily accessible. I love how they have the lanes split for in vs out. This allows for a smooth process if you are looking for a true in-and-out type of experience.Upon pulling up I decided on the “Shine It” package. Once at the machine, I was excited to see an attendant who made the process super simple and did everything for me. I was offered the monthly package and though I didn’t decide to sign up I can honestly say that the attractiveness of the pricing has me strongly considering it, especially since my car is white.
As I pulled up to the wash bay, the inside attendant guided me in. Once on the track, he sprayed my car and I went through the process. The process was super smooth and every part of the wash bay worked. As I drove out, there were ample FREE vacuum machines and I was happy to see that they all worked. Woo Hoo!
Once I pulled over and got out to check my freshly cleaned car out I was super satisfied with the outcome. The wheels were shining, there were no scratches, and there were no uncleaned areas. Also, one of the best things about the wash, the dryer almost dried the car 100% which I loved.
Based on this experience I will definitely be returning to Big Dan’s Car Wash. Also, the Monthly option is now on my must-have list!

From the moment I drove in, I was greeted by a friendly staff and was immediately drawn to the cleanliness and attention to detail of the facility. One of the standout aspects of the Car Wash was the exceptional level of service provided. The staff was prompt, professional, and eager to assist. The car wash process itself was impressively efficient, with a well-organized system that minimized waiting times. I appreciated the attention given to each vehicle, as the staff worked meticulously to deliver a thorough and high-quality wash. The machines are great here. The true test of any car wash lies in the quality of cleaning it provides, and Big Dans Car Wash certainly delivered in this regard. The vacuums is always working and the towels are always available. What we like the most about this business is that they do not allow loitering and people whose trying to hustle you to dry off your car. I have a large crack from the driver side to the passenger side. It would not roll up the car, so it kept slamming the windshield. The car behind me was still moving towards my direction. My car was not going over the ramps. I was so scared. I sat on the horn and it and took the attendant forever to stop the wash. When I went to the office to report the matter to the manager Patrick at the 7925 Senoia Rd Fairburn, GA 30213 location he laughed in my face. He was not helpful at all. Not only did he not help me, he would not provide me with the incident report. He lied stating that I was using my brakes in the car wash. That my windshield broke in the middle of the car wash. My windshield broke at the end of the car wash with the drying brush. He kept trying to start an argument with me as I tried to explain what happened. Very rude guy. I asked them if they would provide me of the incident report because I had something else important that I needed to be doing and that I would not have even stopped if I did not have to. He was so unhelpful and rude that he threatened me to leave, or he would have me arrested for trespassing. I had to call the police on him just to get any information. They told me I would receive the incident report within 24 hours. I have yet to receive it. I called corporate. They did not answer. I left a message. They have yet to return the call. I pay this company $160 monthly and will be canceling my membership!

4 months agoThey are nice friendly young men and women. They’re working. I gave the three stars because they left my hood unlatched (good thing I checked) and missed a lot of the really dirty spots. Like those spots are the reason I came in. I want that stuff off. They where professional but too fast.10 months agoVery quick location to get a washout even though it’s in Atlanta. They have 2 dedicated washout bays and 2 way bays.Stopped on 12/10/22 to get a washout and truck wash. Worst truck wash I have ever gotten at a Blue Beacon. Of course normal streaks front not rinsing well enough but the bottom of the truck doesn’t look like it was washed on one side and large portions missed on other side.
6 months agoThey did a pretty good job for the night crew.. truck looks way better than I’d did before.. also got a washout it could have been a little better but I will say that it was pretty dirty and looked like it had been sitting for a whilea month agoAndrew, Michael and crew took great care of me. I originally got a full wash (truck, trailer, undercarriage, engine and RainX on 9/14 @ 0300. 1/2 the overnight crew was asleep on their feet especially the checkout girl (Ms. Attitude). The right-side, back, front and trailer had large areas missed. I called in the morning and the day crew was polite and more than willing to help with my customer satisfaction. I am glad some people still have a strong work ethic.a year agoReally quick to get in and get our truck washed. Everyone was super friendly, efficient and thorough. Highly recommend this stop for your truck’s next bath. 😃

Great neighborhood car wash! Nice atmosphere. Clean and pleasant waiting area while your car is being serviced. Coffee and snacks are available from local businesses. It’s always a present experience taking my car to get washed and detailed at The Ultimate Car Wash & Detail.
So I come to this car wash all the time for the “standard drive thru wash.” I have always had a great experience with that so I decided to get the gold detail for $180. Let’s just say I was EXTREMELY disappointed. My hopes were high because of all of my previous visits but for the amount of money that I paid versus the quality it was subpar. When my car was finished I had to redirect the detailer at all the missed spots and eventually gave up because I could’ve just done it myself. My sunroof was still dirty, I had crumbs between my seats, stains on my seats which were supposed to be “cleaned AND conditioned.” I didn’t get many pictures because I went straight home and started cleaning my own car with a microfiber towel and dawn. Which by the way got it cleaner than they did. My suggestion is to use caution when paying for the high detail services, I won’t be wasting my money again.
Recently purchased a new vehicle. I’ve been coming a couple of times a month to have it cleaned and realized that a membership would be more economical so I went with that. This car wash is run efficiently from the 1st point of contact where you drop your vehicle to the inside where you pay to picking up your vehicle once it’s all cleaned and ready to go. I LOVE any service that makes my life easier and Ultimate does just that. There’s a coffee bar with pastries and sweet treats inside so you can indulge while you wait. Everyone that I’ve made contact with has been kind and knowledgeable about what they offer and I appreciate that. Looking forward to returning weekly using my new membership.
This is my third time at Ultimate Car Wash and I must say that the customer service has been great each time and has actually gotten better. From the person who checked in my car (I think her name was Ashland) to the cashier/barista to the technicians who cleaned the car. I paid more than I usually pay for a detail but it was well worth it. If you want your car cleaned with a smile then this is the place to go. I’m definitely coming back.
The Ultimate Car Wash and Detail far and away the best car wash experience in the area. The full service package was well worth the price as my car was returned clean and polished inside and out. The windows were clean and streak free as were the instrument cluster and nav/ entertainment center screen. The crew took the time to do a good job while I sat back and enjoyed a hot, freshly made latte with a nice head of creamy foam. The cheese cake slices and fresh muffins were tempting but i resisted. There are also cold drinks, tea and cookies available. All at a reasonable price.
