4 weeks agoThe first time the attendant took my car in the machine to be washed, because of my phobia. I didn’t know it was a self-service place. Like the staff, however, I prefer to go to a place that does everything. If you like doing the self-service of your car, go.a week agoSam’s is a great automatic car wash. It’s my choice. Multiple options to choose from prices up to $24 they also have a membership that has a couple levels of use to choose from. The staff is friendly. They presoak your car upon entry and that was pretty cool. You also get free usage of the vacuums after your wash. They are automatic so no on and off issue and it’s not timed. They even check on you while you’re at the vacuum stalls to make sure you’re satisfied with your visit. We will definitely be returning for the membership.3 months agoHorrible, did not clean my car well still looks like it did when I went to get it washed and now I have scratches that I did not have before all over my car. If people are paying for a service they expect that service to be the best service possible.

a month agoAutobell is an excellent chain car wash, located in the Carolinas and beyond. The wash really really gets the car, spotlessly clean and the employees when doing the interior are very meticulous and thorough. I’ve been to a number of Autobell Car Washes and they all have really great service. If your club member you can get a wash at any time for only $25 a month. You can add extras such as interior for nine dollars interior and get the interior spotless – it’s a mini detail.These car washes are located quite plentifully, so there’s hardly a place where one is not nearby. This Autobell is located near the Concord Mall. They typically are fully staffed which can be quite a rarity these days.

a month agoI paid $43 today for their most expensive car wash service. This was my car after they were “done.” They were polite but extremely lazy. I will not be going back.6 months agoThe most expensive $32 I’ve spent on a car wash. Even for the cheapest one, you expect better than this. Tried them for the first time before getting a more expensive option, so yeah I will not come back. 1 kid checks you in, and 4 kids “clean” your vehicle afterwards. Felt like wasting zero energy in person complaining with kids when there is obviously no supervisor, so here is a bad review. I asked one of them if they vacuum below the seats, and his response was “I didn’t vacuum so I guess we don’t”a year agoI have visited this place 2 times and both time I went for full car wash$35.Here are my experience: – Most of their staffs are college students without any experience of cleaning cars. – they never look into your receipt to perform the work what you paid for. – they just do a decent vacuum. – They never clean everything properly and just wipes throughout the car using 2 towels and pretend like they are cleaning. – door edges, they never clean it. – they do not clean car wheel rims – No scents applied even when its part of the receipt.
I definitely give another chance to update my review. No value for money. Gud luck.
3 weeks agoI pay a monthly membership for the super unlimited wash. I only ask them to do the exterior, vacuum the floor mats, and wipe the inside door jam. They never have to spray and wipe down the inside, and I don’t do fragrance. They ALWAYS, without fail, halfway do this task. Their attitude when I pull in is like they don’t want to do it at all. Yesterday I asked the guy to dry the door jam so that the black gunk isn’t left behind. He said, “Yeah, I’m gonna spray it to get the dust.” Never happened. It was already wet and there was no dust. I just wanted him to dry it. For some reason, they NEVER do this when I ask. Waterspots left on multiple windows because they weren’t dried, and the tires weren’t done at all. I had to tell the guy to dry and tire gloss my tires. His response was, “Oh yeah.” I wiped down the windows myself on-site. Do you think they offered to go back over what they missed? Do you expect a tip? I’ve seen 5 people on 1 vehicle and you are thorough and take your time. Yet every single time, I’m treated like trash. It takes less than 2 minutes, and you think you’re done. I’ve discovered all of these Autobells are the same, and I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately I damaged, scratched all 4 of my hub caps from my car yesterday. I always come in this nice place Take 5 Car Wash, most of the time once a week, Monday. I came around before close to 12 pm and did my carwash. When I came out and dried my car from outside in the Carwash Place I realized all 4 hub caps were damaged, have deep scratches. I called my wife and asked her if she know what’s this about. I went home and she saw it and told me go a.s.a.p. back and complain. What we did and hopefully it’s come a good feedback back to us for a good solution. I am for a few years there a customer and I even enrolled my wife’s car last year too.
I think what happened was when the car is rolling forward the whole time to get the different washes, your plastic track rollers must not be in a good shape. It may have happened on the way out where the car gets dried. I am really not in a good mood because all four hub caps have been damaged as of yesterday’s wash.
I’ve been to a lot of drive through carwashes, but Take 5 takes the cake! The water is scented in the actual carwash. Tyler was exceptional. He made it a point to speak to every customer. He gave me some cute Take 5 air fresheners and all. I will be back!
Usually the best thing about a car wash is the fun colorful soap, but today mr jack made me forget all about soap entirely. Jacks the man and if the boss really reads this, thank him personally! A great car wash that is worth every bit of your time!
I have been trying to not resort to this and gave this company ample time to make right on the damage caused by their equipment failure but they have chosen to go the wrong direction.
After going to this place faithfully for over 3 years with a membership and never having a problem, aside form the downgraded results of the wash after they replaced a bunch of the internal equipment, I took my F150 in one day and in the middle of the wash felt a strong rocking of the truck about midway through. When I pulled out I immediately saw my antenna bent almost 90 degrees away from the truck, still attached though.
Firs thought, “ah shucks, there goes that antenna, no big deal though” but you can imagine my secondary reaction when I got out to straighten it back up and found the mounting bracket had ripped a nice hole in the side panel of the truck body!
I immediately stopped around front and Jose, the manager on duty, came out and took an incident report. He said the company usually takes care of these kind of body damage claims and that I should get 2 quotes for the repairs for him to file with the report.
A couple weeks went by and I did not hear from anyone so I started making phone calls. took forever to finally be told they were denying the claim because they have a sign that says they are not responsible for damaged antennas. I could care less about the $30 antenna, I want the $2,600 of damage to the body panel of my truck due to their faulty equipment !!
Never in over 3 years was I every told that I should remove my antenna, and I never had issue with it until that day.
Now here’s what doubled down on the ridiculous so called Customer Service for this company, owned by Driven Brands. After multiple calls to try to speak to someone in the management chain that made the call to not honor the damage claim, they decided to put a block on my phone number to not only the customer service line but the car wash location as well.
I considered taking them to court over the matter but instead I will just shame them online for their lack of morals and just plain bad business ethics, You damaged my vehicle, simply pay to fix it.
So Driven brands is headquartered at 440 Church Street Charlotte, NC with CEO Jonathan Fitzpatrick, and owned now by Roark Capitol Group based out of Atlanta. Driven Brands alone has under their collective umbrella: Take 5 Car Wash, Take 5 Oil Change, Meineke Car Care Centers, Maaco, CARSTAR, 1-800-Radiator & A/C, Automotive Training Institute and a few more non local shops, NONE OF WHICH WILL I EVER GIVE A DOLLAR TOO AGAIN now and I will actively steer others that I know away from them when asked for a recommendation.
You should have just honored your responsibility to your customers & clients and corrected the issue when you had the chance…
I have been a member over the past 4 years since the car wash opened and 4 years later I still few as if it’s day 1 because the team is friendly and hospitable. One of my favorite crew members, Shane, always goes above and beyond and for that I am appreciative to be a member of a customer centric organization.
