a month ago**UPDATE – Last week I was contacted by All American Car Wash and informed they had identified an issue with the express wash on SW Parkway that was indisputably the cause of our flat tires. The individual that reached out to me has been very professional, has agreed to replace our tires, and has assured me they are taking the necessary steps to fix the issue.I’m happy to have reached a resolution and proud to know there are still folks involved with All American that have local ties to this area, not some large corporation out of touch with it’s customers.
After multiple conversations over the past week, I’m confident the leadership at All American is genuinely focused on making sure all their facilities are in good working order.
We realize no business, or person, is perfect and are willing to extend grace, just like we’ve been freely given. All we ever expected was fair and honest business dealings, which I can now say we have received with All American.
Local businesses are vital to our economy and provide jobs for our families, friends, and neighbors. The thought of honest, hardworking people’s jobs being effected by negative publicity has weighed heavy on my mind the last two weeks. Social media can have a devastating impact on a business’s reputation, but I truly believe it can equally restore faith and customer satisfaction through positive resolutions. It’s easy for many people to sit behind keyboards and fake accounts to put others down with total disregard for the consequences, but what this world needs more of is forgiveness and understanding. At All American Car Wash — Beware of All American Carwash on SW Parkway.
The tire guide at the end of the automatic Carwash hasn’t been maintained and this exposed piece of steel punctured both of our driver’s side tires on 9/9/23.
These tires were brand new Pirelli Scorpions, installed on 8/31/23. The General Manager informed us there was nothing they could do to help us, so we’re out the cost of 2 new tires plus the cost of an odd shaped tire from Sam’s to get us through the weekend, as well as a damaged wheel.
Update-The Director of Operations told me via phone the company isn’t liable because it had to be operator vault from turning the wheel before exiting the bay since they had 600 cars go through the wash that day and no other tires were punctured. There have been multiple reports of other customers experiencing similar issues shared on Facebook.
Returned to the car wash on 9/12/23 and it appeared as though they had modified the track to remove the metal point, see comparison photo.
5 months agoThe wash on my truck was great! The girl at the cash register & the guys that guide you in & do prewash were also great. The 2 young men drying were useless. They were sitting down when I drove out & they sitting down again before I drove off. They spent less than 5 minutes drying off my truck, so needless to say, there were water spots everywhere! I went home & wet it down & re dried it.2 weeks agoI’m not happy that they had a special last month that took $10 a month off their unlimited washes and then replaced my credit card number with their own fake number. So they could tell me my credit card had expired. The 2 cards last numbers didn’t even come close to matching. I talked to the manager twice. He’s a nice guy. He told me he’s sent emails to his supervisor. So I’ll use their wash as little as possible in the future. Be careful of any specials they have.4 months agoUpdate- I have tried calling all day to make sure all of the fast passes are canceled, and I have emailed, but none of my calls have been returned, nor has the email. Many of my calls went to voicemail.I have fast passes for my entire fleet of rental BMW’s. I had a last minute booking yesterday afternoon and ran up to the Kell location to get one of them washed. My gate wouldn’t open, so the lady came over to tell me the pass expired a few days before and that I needed to renew. I explained that I left my wallet at home- but had multiple fast pass accounts and was there several times a day and would come back to take care of it later in the evening. She motioned me through so I assumed it was a gesture to allow me to wash so I could get the BMW to my guest. When I got to the car wash, I was denied the wash. The manager came and I explained the situation- but he chose to lose all of my accounts rather than allow me the single wash (to be paid for later that day). Everyone there knows me, as I am there every day multiple times. I expect loyalty- and they chose to save the temporary $20 that would have been paid that day, but lose thousands of dollars in fast pass accounts. Bad choice for them, as they lost a loyal customer who has used their wash for over a decade. I am closing them all today and will use a different car wash and will no longer use the lube centers.
a year agoI was completely dissatisfied with my full detail in which I paid $110 for two of my windows were completely untouched and my seats were half done when I explain to the manager of my concerns he informed me that doing the seat is not a part of the detail I was frustrated because that is something that should be mentioned prior to someone paying over $100 to get their car washed I spoke with Alejandro Gonzalez and he informed me that they will give me a free car wash at the verifying everything that I stayed it was true I am absolutely disappointed I waited two hours and my car was not even washed properly yet alone detailed. I appreciate Mr. Gonzalez for attempting to make things right by offering a free car wash but it wasn’t until my frustration had reached its pinnacle that he offered to take care of what was done incorrectly I added the images below to show you all.

a year agoPaid for 20$ wash and when I came out from it my truck had a couple gouges in the side of it. Manager told me on the phone that there’s no way his machines did this and they would not be responsible. I told him if he didn’t want to be responsible to prove that damage was already there with the cameras and he said I can go look but either way we won’t be responsible. LOL what a joke. I went today and come to find out they had stripped my oil plug and they couldn’t remove it because I would need a new oil pan. The manager came out and went above and beyond to get it out and replaced it with a new one and didn’t charge me for it . I will only come here for my oil change !

I highly suggest not to use this car wash if you have a truck. It scratched my Silverado from the hood all the way to the back of the cab above the doors. Luckily a buffer tool took the color of the scratches out but there are still a few scratches left over when looking in direct sunlight at it. This is the only automatic car wash I’ve ever used and it’s a shame that it’s probably ruined it for ever using anyone else’s automatic car wash as well. Will not go here for a wash ever again
This review is mostly for the oil change side (although the last two $25 car washes I’ve gotten were terrible, not even close to clean). The oil change shop will absolutely try to rip you off. My teenage son went in a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and they tried to convince him he needed a brake fluid flush and an air filter. They had him thinking that his brakes were going to fail if he did not get it done. Luckily he called me first and I told him to decline and then I took it to a real mechanic and they said those things were just fine and did not need service.
Then my daughter went in yesterday and they convinced her that she needed a new air filter ($25 for something you can get yourself for about $12). I know for a fact that she did not need one because I just replaced it myself not too long ago and checked it two days ago and it was perfectly fine. I question whether they really replaced it since the one she had was still practically brand new, but I can’t check until this weekend because she was headed back to college when she stopped there.
No complaints about the oil changes, but the fact that they will knowingly try to take advantage of young people and rip you off to upsell something else makes it a one star business that my family won’t be returning to.
UPDATE: Less than a month after they talked my daughter into a new air filter, she went back for a safety inspection. Guess what they told her she needed again? Luckily this time she was educated enough to not fall for their air filter scam.
I paid $30 for a full wash package and a tip but my rims did not get clean. This has happened twice. So I asked the guys who dry the car and polish the tires if they could kindly wipe the two front rims off. He told me they didn’t touch rims and basically refused to clean them. Rude and unprofessional attitude. So I thought I would call and speak to management to let them know my experience, but no answer and no way to leave a message.
Only sad part, when I originally purchased my car wash included tire shine but the clerk said I could not continue with the service because now price was higher. I honestly have not checked to see if my auto payment has changed. Well, I will shine my own tires. I appreciate getting my car clean.
Hate to write bad reviews.. truly disappointed with amount of soap and quality of wash i get in this location. Even with all access VIP member compare to one on southwest pkwy. Talked with the manager all they say is ” if you’re not satisfied, you can go for 2nd wash”. Smh..
