6 months agoThis place used to be good but it’s absolutely a waste of money now. One older gentleman basically tried to clean while 4 kids stood around my car and laughed, talked on my dime. My car was actually cleaner prior to coming here. It looks like they used paper towels due to lint being everywhere.a month agoWent here before and got good service went today and they took my Mo ey then said sorry it will be 1.5 hours to clean inside our car we know you paid for already. Offered a refund but charged me again and couldn’t figure out how to fix that! They just wanted to keep trying at $33 a pop and 3-5 days to wait for refund. Ultimately asked for cash back and got it! Maybe tell people before you take their money that service will take half their afternoon.3 months agoI have always had an excellent experience when going to Charlie’s Car wash. I use this carwash with confidence that my small car will get cleaned in its entirety. It sets low being a small car so not only does it get clean entirely front to back, it also gets clean top to bottom.a month agoThey are usually quick and thorough but today I waited almost an hour, for interior, and saw some cars come and go while mine waited. Also times where several staff were standing around when it felt like they could have started on my car. Missed many spots on interior. Disappointed.a year agoI’ve been trying to give the interior service chance after chance assuming that it was just an employee that wasn’t as good. But im at my breaking point this time. My back windows were not washed, my back windshield wiper is now broken, AND my back mats didn’t even get touched. I’m done with Charlie’s after 2 years of trying to stay loyal.

a month agoI come here everyday with my membership. They used to be great. Lately, the vacuums are never working. 9/10 they’re all clogged up and have no suction. It’s been this way the past few months. Cancelling my membership.a month agoTerribly experience. When paying for my car wash. An employee was outside helping. He pointed out a spider that was on the outside of my car. Proceeded to fling the spider (large, fuzzy, red and black In color) at me and into my car. He then told me after he flung it in my car that the spider looked poisonous. After this he asked for my credit card to pay. He didn’t apologize or show any signs of apprehension to what he did. On top of this, the wash of my was terrible and the vacuums have poor suction.a month agoThis used to be good location but several issues on my last visit!! On October 2nd, there were issues with the credit card machine and the manager had to come out. Then when I went through the car wash and out to the vacuums, I had to move my car FIVE times to find one that worked and when I did the suction was very low!! Another customer experienced the same issues. Then upon leaving I tried to call to discuss my issues and the number just kept ringing. Very disappointing!!!2 months agothey really need to clean the wheel wells better. I e got a monthly membership thru my employer because I recommended go car wash to them and that they had done a great job however now they’re starting to slip.a month agoPurchased the $18 premium wash. They didn’t get half the bugs off of my wife’s car. When she told them there was quite a few spots not cleaned, they said she would have to pay to go through again. What kind of a car wash doesn’t offer to go through again immediately after when the results are poor? Wouldn’t recommend.

Oh man, outstanding. Remarkable. Good, even. All positive adjectives can be applied to the Quick Clean Car Wash. Specifically the Lee’s Summit Location, right off of 291. Oh man. Goodness me. Goodness gracious. Splendor fills my soul when visiting this specific location. Joy overfills and bounds about my being. I love getting my car wet and soapy and clean. I love getting my car’s dirty parts cleaned. Joyous Location. Me oh my. Splendid.
This place absolutely is the best car wash in Lee’s Summit Missouri. Super friendly staff members Zack & Addy were more than helpful. Extreme pressure nozzle option lived up to the hype. Everything you need is here. I highly recommend this establishment.
It works and that’s it!! Soap doesn’t smell good and the bays don’t beep when your running out of time which this is the 1st car wash I’ve Ever seen without that courtesy!! So I spent more money than needed and I didn’t hardly get any time before it shut off on me. Not a happy customer.
