a month agoGood car wash, affordable price.Management / ownership has low integrity. Gate closed on my car doing several thousand dollars damage. Mgmt refused to accept responsibility. Now working through legal process… ruined what had been a good experience.

The code was invalid and we were informed that the employee that told her this information was wrong about the time span of the use of the code and they wouldn’t honor the code. For this we won’t be back.3 weeks agoI really enjoy taking my car here to get shined up for the week. They have a fast easy pay option or they have a variety of car wash plans that you can set up. I have a membership and you can go through multiple times if needed but I’ve never had to do that. Great suction on the vacuum’s and great customer service.

2 months agoOur 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe sport needed badly detailed so we called Pro-Clean. First come, first serve. We dropped it off the next morning and had it completely detailed in just a few hours.As a driver for over 50 years, I am very pleased with the quality of detail that went into cleaning a grandma SUV. The car was pretty yucky. Looks almost like new. Wow!
Everything except the engine compartment was detailed. Well worth the money.

a year agoFirst off, I hate giving businesses bad ratings, that being said, being disappointed with the service I got on my first visit is an understatement, went in for a full service as the interior needed a good cleaning, my truck came off almost as dirty as it was before, they only water the floor mats, a lousy vacuum to the seats, and quick pass with a rag. This was a ripoff, not the way to run a business, I’ve gotten way better cleaning for half the price. This was a scam, I did not received the service I paid for, never going back.5 months agoExcellent service and so inexpensive that I felt compelled to tip. Hard working young people of all types NOT on their phones, but paying attention to the job at hand. My bug splattered SUV looked fab for only $15.4 months agoI paid $38 for the full service wash and the inside doesn’t even look like it was touched. It looks absolutely horrible. I thought I would give pro clean a shot but If you want it done right you have to do it yourself so I will stick to doing it myself. It’s impossible to find good work or services these days. So disappointing!3 months agoOriginally went to the west kimberly location which was understaffed that day and did not have enough people to do the inside, went to the east kimberly location next day to get inside cleaned and was surprised that they rewashed my vehicle and cleaned the inside at no charge even though I offered to pay. Both places the employees were very pleasant and did their very best. Thanks to all!

After multiple lack luster experiences elsewhere, East Kimberly saved my membership there. I was working on cancelling when I gave that location a try and I’m glad I did!

Unfortunately, there is no way I can give you NO STARS…ugh…
In January 2022, I came into your place of business to dispute a RECURRING MONTHLY CHARGE on my credit card…in view of the fact that I NEVER AUTHORIZED SUCH A CHARGE.
You told me it was a mistake, credited my card $64…and told me it would never happen again.
THEN YOU CONTINUED TO DO IT ANYWAY.
i have disputed these bogus recurring charges with my Discover card — and officially blocked you from my account.
I will be sending a copy of this letter to the Better Business Bureau, posting it on my Facebook page, and YOUR Facebook page, and I can hardly wait to write a Google Review regarding your sketchy business practices.

Since when don’t they vacuum the car and do the windows? The $25 was is basically the $10 wash with circus lights. The guy who is supposed to guide you in was on his phone the whole time and giving unrecognizable hand signal. Couldn’t tell if he was saying go right, left or forward. I have a hand signal for him and the owner that would be patently clear to understand. Car is still filthy. I didn’t know they had gone downhill so fast. What a waste!
Pay almost $40 a month an I never get my tire shine always have to go to east Kimberly which is an inconvenient
I enjoy a car wash with less people around me. It was ok but it would be better if it was a self sustaining car wash with just one person there.
