  BEWARE SCRATCHES Update to my previous rating. I spoke with the owner (Dave) about my experience and the fact that his car wash scratched my car so bad that the detailing business was without words. Dave was very long winded with stories of his experience as a car salesman and owner of a dealership, he spoke at length about other people’s raving reviews, which according to google and yelp, he was lying. I barely got a word in edge wise with all of his talking. Also, he called me Trey the whole time. He didn’t even bother to learn my name. Basically it boiled down to Dave saying he couldn’t see how his car wash had been the cause of the damage. He said this without even seeing the car and before seeing any pictures. He had his answer before he even picked up the phone. Take my word for it, don’t go here. Remember, my car is brand new off the lot. At the time it had about 600 miles. I hadn’t driven it any long distance and I keep it in a garage. The only thing that changed between buying it and our conversation was Dave’s car wash. He is the kind of owner who could care less about the customers concerns. Not even enough care to review the way his car wash works. Hand wash your car. See pics.

  Paint job on car ruined hundreds of tiny scratches do not go here thank god I took a picture before I entered the wash. After pictures here. If you decide to use this place you better take a before picture. Small claims. Not even going to upset myself by getting a run around conversation just going straight to fill out the documents Monday morning. You’re gonna need Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting. Calling Monday for a quote. And for everyone else In Washington, there is a three-year statute of limitations for personal injury, injury to property, fraud, and trespass claims; but defamation claims only have a two-year limit.

  Shout out to the Meridian Car Wash King. Took the Rogue through for a much needed wash and the idiot in front of us pulled his E-Brake. THREE TIMES. Causing us to rear end him, three times. Then drove away like nothing had happened with visible damage to his rear bumper. The employees shut the wash down a bit too late and flagged me into the vacuum spaces. There thankfully isn’t much damage to my front end but it’s there. The employee was amazing and very helpful. I wrote my info down for the owner and called PD to file a report for my insurance. The officer that showed up was equally amazing and didn’t downplay the damage at all. I felt bad bugging them for such a minor amount of damage but he assured me it was a big deal and needed to be dealt with appropriately.

  Idiot apparently didn’t realize there were cameras all over that place and I paid with a card and gave the police the exact time I paid for the wash.

  If you can’t handle giving up control of your vehicle to go through an automatic wash, there are plenty of manual options around.

  Came here many times before was ok but recent visit to this place left me disappointed. Called the owner and same story as someone commented he claimed it wasn’t from car wash and not his fault. Car was four months New came with same car here a couple of times, last time left crazy scratches all over car owner didn’t want to take responsibility!!! DONT COME HERE!! Better car wash on sunset! Or by walmart near by. The two/three dollars you save will cost you more in the end!!! Owner is rude, impolite!! BEWARE!!

  This is a place you go if you’re too busy to go somewhere else.

  The prices are a little cheaper than say Sunset. It the quality is definitely lacking.

  They don’t really have a wax, shine option. The staff always ask if you want to tip (upfront) and don’t get me wrong I’m a good tipper but asking for a tip before services rendered is always a little eye rolling IMO.

  There’s not a self wash where I can wash my car mats afterwards and there are only a few vacuums in the covered area.

  The location is pretty convenient which is good. Overall, it’s a meh. And if you’re seriously reading this wondering if this is your best option, I’d say there are others better.

  Kid with red hair/purple that greeted us was rude and should be fired. I asked what wash he recommended and he told me he pointed at the sign twice ” I don’t wash my car ” he said. Very unprofessional!

  I’ve gone here a number of times now to wash my car. So happy to have a car wash that will take my car with the cargo box on the roof, but more than that I’ve been repeatedly really happy with the service I get here. The staff has been really fantastic. I got a bike rack on my car since the last time I was here and the staff generously offered to help me take it off. The kindness and enthusiasm to help was totally impressive. That’s the sort of thing that makes me a life customer.

  If you have a nice car that you care about do not go to this car wash. If I would have known that there is a track that pulls you along I would not have gone here but you can’t really back out with cars behind you. There was a loud clank upon entry. The guy looks at me as if it were normal. We get to the end and the guy drying it is wearing a hoodie with a metal zipper and is basically rubbing it all over my paint. I stopped down the road to see if the clank noise caused any damage. It took a few inches of coating off of my left front wheel and destroyed the bottom of my fender where it meets the rocker panel. You don’t get a receipt so I guess I’m going to be footing the bill for the damage. If that’s not bad enough the car isn’t even clean. The wheels are dirty, there are bug guts on my front end and streaks on my windows. So much for my beautiful Cadillac.

  Great local automatic car wash with attendants to perform the initial scrub off and wipe dry and they are always friendly and courteous. You might have to wait in line for a wash but they process the cars quickly. I only wish they had options for cleaning the inside of your car as well. They always have done a great job on my car and there is a college fund tip box at the end of you want to show your appreciation.
