2 months agoFantastic job under the new management. Prices are very reasonable when compared to a detail job at around 20%, but obviously not as thorough since you get in/out in 20 minutes. However, I went with the most expensive package and couldn’t believe how much I got given the price was just barely two times a normal car wash high end package. Any poor review of this place are from previous management or people who lack sense to recognize value. Highly recommend this place. Go big package and tip well. They work hard in 20 minutes.4 months agoI just left this place and paid $35 for this car wash only to find half of my car not vacuumed. The trunk was not touched as well. I used to come here all the time and they did such a great job but since the new ownership, I would avoid this place completely. save yourself the money, long wait times and stress.5 months agoSadly, the Rose Hill Car Wash has gone down hill since the sale. Yes payment has improved. But should I go back, I will never tip in advance again.Service was terrible. I paid for works plus. The exterior of the vehicle was left dirty. If I wanted a hose down, I could go to so many other car washes and have paid less. I am not expecting my car to be detailed but for the Works Plus I expect my car to be vacuumed after I watch as your crew vacuumed the car in front of me for 10 minutes.
Why did you make me wait an hour to cream the inside of my vehicle if the front window is still dirty? I watched 6 vehicles that came off after me finished before mine including a heavy duty full cab truck.
I also paid $10 extra to wash my floor mats but they are still dirty. Even worse after being told my car was ready my floor mats were not in my car. I had to find them and then was told by your crew to put them back in myself.
If this was one off okay. But I arrived with a friend and they were left with a dirty vehicle after paying for the works plus.
2 months agoJust horrible. Deceptive pricing, lack of attention to detail, an unconcerned manager named Raul who said dog hair was to hard to vacuum up. Total cost if you want your car actually cleaned is $50 dollars assuming you trust their ability to vacuum. Save money by driving into Bellevue & getting your car washed there, even with the gas prices, it beats this car wash. Huge disappointment, Complete scam with their prices.5 months agoSELL OUTS! I’ve been coming here for years!! They have gotten rid of the employees, trid the refrigerators, the intimacy and ambiance that was once raved in the local the newspaper. Its now a stagnant. Money making machine, like everything else. It was absolutely awful to see. Everything was replaced with chairs like a stale Bank of America. No more free toys for the children. There was no more free coffee because the coffee had run dry, and although there was a complimentary mechanical help yoursef machine, it, of course was unmanned and out of coffee in the 1st place. Which is WHY you keep employees!!! What a loss for our community, and yet here we are stagnant, with all these establishments to disintegrate and disappear. So heres technology taking over to save a buck. Better off at the csr wash down the street! Same service now!

3 months agoUpdate August ’23: second stall has been reliable for a while, but something changed and the place has stunk lately… Not sure if the soap changed or something needs to be cleaned, but it’s not great…Update: it’s still 4 stars because the unlimited plan is cheap, but I’ve had it happen multiple times where something (soap, wax, etc) doesn’t come out or partially comes out AND the left stall drips water in the already meager drying section.
Update: second stall is working again (for now). Wait times are a little better because of that.
Get ready to wait… If you can, I’d come in the middle of the night since it’s 24/7 (which is a nice convenience). Any time I come during the day it’s usually a 15-45 minute wait since one stall has been broken all but one time. Pricing is decent and the subscription is a great deal. Soft brush is necessary if your car is actually dirty (only available on the left stall). Touchless is good if you regularly visit or your car isn’t very dirty.

Since 2020 any time I’ve swung by at least one cleaning bay is out of order. The wash itself isn’t great either. There’s always left over soap residue on my car. They also went through a test trial for new cleaning system and then went back to the old dirty rubber washing system. I randomly stop by over the years thinking maybe it’ll be different this time and it’s not. Still one bay out of order and long lines.a week agoClean Planet isn’t only a terrible wash, it damages vehicles that the owner refuses to do right by. Look through the reviews, there are a number of damaged vehicles by this inept owner and staff.4 months agoLove this car wash! The technology to recognize my plate makes it easy to just roll up and select my wash (thats only if you have their monthly subscription). Live camera helps me plan when I go, usually before work since it’s not super busy then. But with how many cars I always see here it’s a busy popular place ☺️

These folks have cared for our cars for over 30 years. Pricing is clear and transparent. Over time, they have proved that they are honest about what needs to be done now, what is “good enough” but will need attention, and what is beneficial, but not essential. I drive 30 minutes past many other shops to come here and it is worth it!
First time using this company as they came highly rated, and for good reason! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable from the get go. Dropped off at 9am and picked up at 3:30pm which was a bit of a struggle as I have two young kids and only one car, but the service was extremely affordable and well done! Got pictures of the car and insight on everything that may need maintenance in the future but not added on as extra service on top of the oil change. Will definitely be going to them any time I need any work on my car done!
They did my battery and replaced my brakes. Did a great job on both, little pricey, but I’m happy with the service and the urgency they had. No wasted time, got me in same day for both. Definitely going back. Also when you have work done they include an overview of good, mid, and bad things that are going on with your car. Appreciated that
