2 months agoAugust 13 the brushes ripped off my back windshield wiper and broke it. I filed a report. I have not been contacted by them about this yet. However, I have been back to the store 5 times and the manager/ leader is either unable to do anything or not there. I have called the customer service number no less than ten times. I’m canceling my membership. They don’t care.7 months agoMy first time taking my car through car wash, it’s a new car I was there this morning and regret it a thousand times. Can’t believe all the scratches my car got after it was out. Really disappointed 😞a year agoI edited my post because they let me go through a second time. I can’t do that every time so I think the wash could still use improvement. Like I said before though. The customer service is greatI’ve given this place a shot for about 3 months now. At first I thought the streaks on the back of my car afterward were because of snow and salt.
It’s because the wash is going too fast. It doesn’t rinse soap off of my car. Then my car rushes through the blower too fast and doesn’t dry all of the way. It makes my car look dirtier honestly.
The customer service is great though. If they improved the wash I’d give them 5 stars.
3 weeks agoI’ve been going to quick quack for over 2 years with a membership I went to go in today to get a car wash the money for the membership was taken from my account but they said it didn’t they then told me all they could do was cancel it or update payment Even tho it had already been paid lady didn’t even seem to care that it was paid. I will never return to another quick quack I rather go out of my way and go to a shiny shell car wash because from what I heard they have better customer service and better car wash in general super disappointed in there customer carea year agoUPDATE: Issue resolved! After a little investigating, the manager found it was some greasy equipment (he ran his car through and got grease spots as well) and fixed the problem! Super impressed with the quick quack customer service! Thank you!!We have a membership at Quick Quack and the Riverdale location is the closest to our home. The last three weeks (we get our car washed here once a week) the car wash has been leaving our car COVERED in like wax spots. We go through AGAIN, literally right after our car was washed, to try and remove them and it will just be covered in wax spots AGAIN, just in different areas. We’ve really enjoyed our membership here, but will go somewhere else if this doesn’t get fixed. And it’s just not our car! When looking at the other freshly washed cars, their cars are covered in wax spots as well! Please please please fix whatever is spraying the cars and leaving spots of slimy residue. I’d love to stay here, as we’ve been extremely happy in the past.

4 months agoI When I arrived I was greeted with awesome customer service!!. Sadly I did not care for this car wash at all my since my vehicle was just as dirty when I left. While vacuuming I wondered why it was not Not working. Come to find out The attachment to the vacuum was broken Off and just stuck back on. I won’t be going there again .a month agoI have a monthly membership here. It’s time sensitive, but I am always allowed to go back through if I need a second wash.2 months agoMy car always gets a great car wash . Place was very nice. A little pricey but they had amazing service so it was worth it. If the service was the same I would love to have one of these in Pocatello ID. Did a pretty good job of washing the truck. Inside of the tow mirror where it folds and that part of the door didn’t get washed that great but overall it looks good
Designed with one of the best customer experiences I’ve seen in a Carwash! 👍🏼 The wash itself is also fantastic with lots of high quality options to get your wash done right the first time. ✅
My only complaints are 1) the flow of traffic and 2) the price of the monthly subscriptions.
The wash can get very busy and have long lines. This usually wouldn’t be an issue, but the lines curve sharply and quickly go out into the street. 🚗 🚙 🚗 🚗 🚙 So sometimes I’ve passed the wash just because I didn’t want to wait clear out in the street.
Also, the pricing of the monthly subscriptions are also quite a bit more than its competitors (like Quick Quack). I also didn’t see if they offered discounts for adding multiple cars to the same account like competitors do.
If they changed these two things I would give this wash 5 ⭐️. The wash is well designed and well managed!
Wonderful place to get your car wash and the colors are outrageous from the soap and you get a towel in an air freshener and come over and vacuum in a whole car for the price of $20
I’ve been here tons of times. The employees are always helpful, the machinary always works, and my car always looks so good after. The prices are very reasonable with lots of options.
This carwash has everything you want from a car washing service. They have scent for your vents, rags to wipe down your car, mat cleaners, and a really great membership. I also really love the customer service. The workers are quick to cancel my membership when I need a month off. There are never any questions asked or uncomfortable moments where they try and “save” your business. It is super quick, easy, and efficient. It is easily my favorite carwash in the entire Ogden area.
