2 months agoSo let me start off by saying that the staff is super nice. Now that that’s out of the way, I paid $22 for their top car wash, and my car came out looking like this. I didn’t notice until I was about a block down the street because I didn’t get out to dry my car. But for $22 I expect way more. I ended up washing it by hand in my front yard when I got home. I reached out to them on Facebook with the same pictures and did not receive a response.. so purchasing a membership is a hard pass for me.a week agoEduardo and the other workers was so helpful and nice. They helped us with our car wash experience and membership. We will be a regular customer from now on. The car wash itself is very tidy and cleans our vehicle really well. We recommend this location. Thank you!3 months agoIt’s a good car wash for 12 bucks. It’s a better deal to get unlimited washes for a month. I drive by there almost every day so I keep my car very clean, very easily. Each wash also comes with a vacuum token included, so if you have the time you can spend 5 minutes vacuuming. I can’t vacuum my vehicle in 5 minutes, so I usually end up asking for another token, which they’ve always been happy to give me.5 months agoEmployees are trained well, always helpful and friendly. Seems like a good place to work. The wash itself does a good job, I just polish up the spots it misses after while at the vacuuming area. Definitely the place to visit to keep your car clean in the summer.a year agoPaid for the $20 premium wash and left with scratches on my car. Don’t know how much the damage is yet but very disappointed. I read all of the reviews and was very hopeful to get a good wash for a great deal.

4 months agoAs much as I hate self car washes, this was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is they barely give you any time to wash a vehicle to start and you have to keep swiping your card to add more time which really gets costly for a self service wash. It also makes you feel very rushed when it’s timed.Overall pretty decent wash though.
a year agoMy daughter buys the monthly wash pass for Brown Bear. So i decided to go to Brown Bear to wash my car today for the first time. I always thought they were a drive-thru car wash so I was pleasantly surprised to see self-serve. The signs were easy to read. The bays were clean and working. I got my car in, no wait. Must have got there at the right time, the place was hopping after I pulled in. Vacuums worked, wish they would have sucked harder, but they did the job. Haa. Instructions were easy to read. Even for me, I usually like to go in and read signs after the fact! Hahaa… you can pay cash (turn cash into tokens), or use your card, and push the green button to add time. I mean really, it was easy. I got in and out of there pretty easy. It’s in a good location. I wish I would have known about this place earlier. I think I’ll be going there from now on.5 months agoOMG I cannot believe how expensive “do it yourself car wash” has become, It’s $4 every single time you swipe your credit card and you have to use a credit card. Every 2 minutes they want you to keep adding time by pushing a button and that charges you another $2 another $2 another $2. I think I spent $20 to wash my car. In the old days I used to use these do-it-yourself car washes and was able to wash my whole car for $3. I don’t think their worth it anymore. You should just get out a bucket, soap, a rag, your hose and wash it your self!!a year agoPros: everything works and each individual station takes debit/credit card which allows for faster service. Areas are regularly cleaned including the surrounding parking lot.Con: There are no signs stating not to occupy the car wash while occupying the vacuum station. Everyone is under the impression that if you are using one you are entitled to the other when you are ready. Some customers need the car washing station and some need to vacuum, no one car needs both at the same time.
To finish, this isn’t all of the time ofcourse. During the busy months some just need to wash their car. I’m sure this was a rare situation.
2 years agoThis is a very bad washing machine. The machine took me with payment for me (my money) and did not want to turn on (not working). The money takes it and does not react. I called the support service on different phone numbers, but they do not communicate with customers (no compelled). I left paid money and did not receive any service! I’m not happy with this service! I gave money and the car was not washed. Troubleshoot your hardware!

Did not clean my vehicle the amount a $14 wash should. The grill and front bumper are all still dirty, mirrors aren’t clean, and left black marks all along BOTH sides of the truck. I had to scrub them all off after. Barely cleaned my truck. Not recommended.
I am a regular customer for this brown bear car wash and I have a monthly subscription too. but nowadays the quality of wash car is bad. They need to improve their quality In service.
Always come out with an amazingly clean car. I just wish there were more of these around. Moved to Port Orchard a couple years back. Still Always stop at this one when I’m in the Auburn area.
Great car wash and Mohamed did an amazing job handling a problem I had with my car. Very cool, calm, collected and friendly! It’s always a breath of fresh air when people deal with customers and dont act like they are a nuisance but you can tell he really cared to solve the problem. Thanks again!
Pretty great place to have your car washed, the next best thing to a hand wash and detail, its nice because there is a membership and you can go to other locations to use it if needed. Friendly staff, towels to dry your car, vacuums and garbage cans.
