2 months ago• This particular location somewhat frequently closes randomly when the hours states that it’s open (picture is from a Friday 8:20 am). • Wash quality is decent. • We enjoy the network membership of unlimited washes. • Vacuums used to be frequently broken and towels out of stock but this seems to have recently improved at this location.4 months agoI come here all the time and they keep my car looking great! They are always really fast and hassle-free. The vacuum bay is always pretty busy, but people have been surprisingly considerate, I’ve never not been able to get a spot when I wanted one. Plus my kids love looking for the hidden duck, and my dog enjoys the experience too!9 months agoI love going to Quick Quack. My account works at all places, and I have been able to go get a car wash pretty much wherever I go. I realized I already left a review. I have been to so many different locations, but the Saratoga is my favorite. I love them all, but I really appreciate the positivity and more. The new towels are not always dispersed everywhere. 2. The wash is great, but the drying is not quite as satisfying. 3. The price is a little hefty for top two tiers. 4 months agoGood wash for older vehicles that are in bad shape but don’t use for newer cars or trucks it broke off my stock automatic running board off my new truck. Filed a report with them was promised a call within a week this was February 25th, it’s now the middle of July and no matter how much I call or stop by I have been promised a call from a manager and still nothing. Better to use a higher quality car wash for cars you care about.a month agoWe enjoy coming to this car wash a few times a month. At this car wash you pay a monthly subscription and you can utilize the car wash as often as needed. This is a touch car wash, as well as a self-serve car wash that includes vacuums, and some of locations have high pressure air sprayers as well. The staff are always friendly and very helpful and there are a myriad of locations throughout Salt lake and Utah counties.Depending on the car wash, sometimes there aren’t any towels, and on occasion I need to run my car through a couple of times to get it clean, but overall we are pretty happy with this car wash.
4 months agoI love this location! The employees are super nice and are always willing to help! Love the shine it gives my car!a month agoI can finally cancel my membership. Other options have finally popped up. This wash scratched up my hood a while ago, and the manager said it was the towels that scratched it!! This wash is great for cars that you don’t care about the paint getting scratches. I will never come here again. The best part is the management did nothing about it, and I was just out of luck….3 months agoI went twice in 1 day, then came back again the next day. The staff never applied a “pre-spray”. Each time the car came out with bugs on the front and dirt on the back and lower side panels. The vacuums are nice. A monthly pass is nice, but no matter how many times you go through, the car is still dirty.

I don’t even know what I payed for, the guy was incredibly pushy for a membership and I’m glad I declined because this is by far the worst car wash experience I’ve seen.
Don’t even waste your time. Quick quack destroys your car. It will scratch, dent and rip your car apart and management will never claim any responsibility. Don’t waste your time or money.
Edit: quick quack uses a generic response to all claims against them. It’s never their fault because the “pattern” is not what the marks should look like. Except, the marks on my truck match what they are suggesting they should look like. Again, don’t waste your time or money.

I came in today and Caleb helped me and gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at any car wash I’ve been to. I’ve been before and always had okay experiences but Caleb made it so much better. Will be back soon for another car wash!
Went to this location and drove into the track that pushes your car and heard a whole bunch of cracking noises. Got out and saw that the track completely destroyed the wheels on my car. Talked to the kids that worked there and no one knew what to do so they gave me their managers number and I have called and texted who ever the manager is and have gotten no response. Been to multiple other locations and have had no issues. Don’t go here unless you want your car wrecked and or ignored if you try and do something about it.
Update:: Their policies make sure that NOTHING on your car is covered. So once again if you don’t wanna jack up your car and feel confident that they have your back, DONT GO HERE.
