3 weeks agoLong story short, the engine of my car is shot and I’m stuck 500 miles away from home because of Drive and Shine. I’ve tried contacting the store manager Dylan who had the district manager Michael Hillman reach out to me who did NOT help at all. After about 5 emails back and forth he simply quit responding. I’ve attached photos of the issue, the last time I came in for an oil change the lube tech simply shoved a new oil filter up into the top of a previous oil filter. After a certified mechanic checked it out, he said it was shoved in there so tight it created a seal strong enough to allow me to drive away but eventually keep the oil from reaching the engine and causing the engine to seize meaning Drive and Shine is the SOLE reason my vehicle is undrivable. I offered a peaceful solution to Michael before turning to litigation and posting about my experience yet he has chosen not to respond. That being said I HIGHLY recommend NO ONE uses Drive and Shine for their oil change needs. The first photo shows the extra oil filter top stuck up in the oil housing, the second photo is the warped and cracked top of the whole filter (we ripped it apart, but put it back together with a zip tie), the third and fourth photos are of the whole oil filter zip tied back together and you can see the second oil filter top in the background on the box still.in the last weekIll never use this place again. Got an oil change there a few times and it seemed ok, but then i signed up for the car wash service. Later on i decided it was too expensive, and wanted to cancel it. Well, i signed up for it in the drive through with no issues, however good luck cancelling it. They wanted me to make an online account to cancel it! How stupid is that! I want jothing to do with them ever again, and their regional manager was no help at all. After threatening to sue if they stole anymore money from me, they finally stopped charging my card like 5 months later. And the dude tried to make it spund like he was doing me a favor by making me an account and cancelling it through there for me! The fact that they want you to make an account just to cancel is ludicrous! He did say i would get refunded the months that i hadnt wanted them to charge me, but that never happened either! This place sucks, i would never go there again.a year agoThis was a birthday gift! I got the Gold package. Brian greeted me with an inviting welcome & was very clear on all that would be done in this detailed package. I had 2 birthday surprises of upgrades & just couldn’t believe my beautiful car, especially having the engine look like new also! Highly recommend this place! My paint feels like glass, just gorgeous!! Thanks guys for EVERYTHING!!4 years agoDetailing package worth every penny. Inside and outside like new. My car sits outside everyday…..10 years total….and it looked new…..like off the showroom floor. What a great gift for the person hard to buy for!! I could actually see out of my headlights…..a year agoI paid $25 to have the interior of my car cleaned. They rushed the vacuum over parts of the interior and left a lot of dirt. The windows are all smeared inside and the dashboard is still dirty and smudged. I would go back and have them redo it except I’m not willing to wait in line again. The pictures show the result after they “cleaned“ it.

a week agoThis is a good car wash they give you a towel to dry your car and 2 square scents to put in the car. They also have free vacuums and air just in case you need air in your tires. Let’s not forget if you are looking for somewhere affordable to was your car prices start at $4 and it do a good job. They also have a $20 monthly pass, and it is perfect for the summer.a month agoService wash closed at 8:07pm. Self wash paid $3 for 3 minutes to wash. Wow! Then there was a truck blasting music, giving me a headache, so I went to the west vacuums & they’re shut off. I’m disappointed with this place. If I come earlier the guy who takes $ at the full service wash isn’t friendly. There’s another Easy Clean by Rts 30 & 41 that hires friendly workers. Its a nicer place, too. Got my car cleaned 2 weeks ago the beautiful smell hasn’t left the vehicle 20/102 weeks agoThey went up on price $2.. You get 2mins 45secs for $3 where as it was $1.75 for 3mins. Time ran quicker.. I put $5 in got 6mins by he time I walked to the sprayer I was at 4mins 32secs..HOW? They cheating you out the time. There is no way in hell it took me a minute and a half to walk from the front of my car to the middle of my car. No notice for pricing going up. Other customers should not have to suffer because you have ppl using your FREE vacuum service without washing their car. I been coming here for 12 yrs. I shall not return. Will be going to the car wash on Torrence where it’s still $1.75 start and 15mins for $5. Spent $6 and my car still dirty.. Unacceptable

My car was damaged and the car behind me and they are not responding to my emails. I also have video footage of my car before it was washed the shut down the wash to check for any issues. They are avoiding repairing any damages.
Do not sign up for the automatic payments. They will forever charge your card and you can’t cancel. Don’t fall for the scam.
Vacuums are very hit or miss. 6 times outta 10 ur gunna get one that doesn’t suck at all. Car wash is good however the drying part at the end doesn’t to a great job so you still have to manually dry tough to reach spots. Staff very friendly so that’s a plus. 3 and a half outta 5 stars ✨
I use this car wash twice since buying my brand new Toyota and I was a fool for using it. This car wash has damaged my car and also smudged grease onto the side of it. I would stir far away from using this car wash…
