a month agoUpdate: I contacted support after receiving a response on this review. I was told to return to the Newport location to submit a claim, which I did. After about a week, I received a call from a very rude employee stating that my claim was denied because “the scratch on your windshield isn’t consistent with the equipment our washes use.” The scratch WAS NOT there before I went through the wash. So now I won’t just be using this location again, I will not be using ANY Sam’s ever again.I usually go to the fort mill location because it’s closer, but was in the area and stopped here. I got the basic wash and it left a large, shallow scratch on my windshield and scratched up my left side mirror. Will never go to this location again
a week agoThe place was fast, clean and affordable. I locked my keys, phone and wallet in my car while I was vacumning it. I didn’t have a phone to call for help. One of the girls that work there told me to go in to see the manager and he could help me. It was a Friday afternoon and traffic was heavy. The manager (Paul) was extremely hospitable. He googled me numbers and let me use his phone several times. I didn’t feel like I was burdening him at all but I am sure I must have been. There was an employee named Hunter who was trying to help me as well. What a great group of guys working at Sam’s Express Car Wash in Rick Hill. Thank you guys!!!!4 months agoI always go by there. On my way to work when I need Petro. Very easy access to and from Cherry Road in Rock Hill South Carolina. Always good Price as well.4 months agoPretty reasonable prices! Service was good with employees showing that they care about their jobs. Pull-in covered vacuum and drying stations with hozes on both sides of the parking areas. Inside restrooms that were clean among vending machines for food and car care products. Vending prices not too shabby (wipes and such for $1.00 and up.) Member and 1 time wash options with the ultimate wash feature being only $25 which includes hot wax! Definitely going back!2 months agoI was at the sams express car wash in Newport today 9/16/23 around 11am. Car wash was excellent, but I could not get a space to get a vacuum. There were at least 6 stalls that were not available to use. Once you drive out the wash and dont find a stall open, you cant go back once one opens. The entire reason I went there was to use the vacuums. Disapponted.

2 months agoAutobell is the best car wash company in the Charlotte area! My car comes out spotless every time with quick service and very friendly as well. They completely clean the interior of my car / far better than any other car wash I’ve been to. Highly recommended! Friendly staff too!3 months agoTotal waste of money! I could have done a better job myself for a fraction of the price. This was my first time visiting and I was excited to give them a try after a recent beach trip. I paid for the most expensive package and was so disappointed with the quality of work they did. My interior was half cleaned, there was no fragrance I paid for, and they didn’t even vacuum the back part of my SUV. Tried to call to talk to someone, but can’t reach a real person. I would suggest anyone save their money, go somewhere else or just do it yourself. Not worth the $40 at all!3 months agoFirst time coming here and was really excited to give them a try and am not all that impressed they missed a lot of spots and did not vacuum well at all my cup holders still had trash in them when I told them I wanted everything thing clean so am not happy that I wasted 40 buck on a half clean car. For the price I payed I suspect a clean cara month agoI’ve asked them several times to Clean out my cup holder area and it has never been done.For a 69.99$ monthly membership you would think these things would be done! Absolutely ridiculous7 months agoI will not be using them ever again! I was referred by someone who stated they were good. This was my 1st time going. As I was pulling after they cleaned my vehicle I noticed my front windshield had a crack in it. It wasn’t there before I came immediately drove back around ask for a manger advising him of the situation. Per the mgr Noah Petty. “our procedures you’ve to drive back through so we can see if thing happens again.” Well I go back through and sure enough I can see my windshield cracking the line got even bigger and is now down to the bottom of windshield. The manager took a photo before I went through and could clearly see the crack got bigger. He then advised me there was no evidence found and they’re not responsible for the claim. The customer service was unprofessional,unpleasant and he never once apologized, offer a refund any type of credit. He handed me a paper and said I could call the store mgr. I will never use their service again and I’ll advise anyone else not too as well unless they cracked windshields.

This car wash gets zero stars from me. As shown in the photos, it doesn’t even look like my car was washed. These photos were taken immediately after using the $20 car wash and parking in a vacuum bay. There was soap residue all over my car and it didn’t even take the normal spring/summer bugs off. Not even a few of the bugs were gone. Very disappointed and was a total waste of money!
The evident customer service gap at this establishment is truly disconcerting. Notably, Ty, an employee, took an unjustified and concerning action. As I was exiting the car wash, Ty stepped in front of my moving vehicle, demanding the return of a rag, and did so in a stern and aggressive manner. I promptly offered access to search my vehicle, addressing this person who displayed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Don’t they have cameras? Unfortunately, no apology was extended for the inappropriate behavior exhibited. The incident becomes even more perplexing when considering the management whom I assume was standing next to Ty with red and black hair, failure to acknowledge the situation and the aggression that was shown to me, the customer. This experience, coupled with the inadequate car wash performance, underscores the need for alternatives. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this establishment due to its glaring shortcomings in service and personnel conduct. I will not be returning to this location as it seems like high school antics were running this business…When you spend $25 on a car wash, you do not expect to be treated this way. I had to get out and re-wash my car by hand with a rag that I got from their cart with No spray. I had to ask for that as well, and I was victimized like I was punished for even asking. Awful. There are about five car washes in the area. Do you think this company would care about customer And quality employees.
The Best Car wash hands down! I love their customer service, they’re great! Very helpful and polite. I literally get a car wash once a week and it’s always a pleasure!
Fairly quick in and out. Not too busy. Lots of vacuums. And pretty colors in the wash. Don’t like how it messes up my mirrors. Easy fold I guess.
I’ve been coming here for years. A lot of competition in the industry but I still choose here for a quick wash. However it has started to drift away from the good service I once received. Could use a little updating to keep up with the competition.
