a month agoKaweenie recommended Vic’s Express Car Wash and Detail Center to get the Toyota Corolla a nice scrub inside and out. Boy oh boy I was impressed! It was hard to believe this was my car.I wish I took a before picture, however rest assured the staff here are extremely talented, friendly, and hard working. They can get rid of any stain or gunk from those tight crevices in between your seats. 💺
I pulled in and they were so kind to help guide me since it was my first time here. You wait inside where they have magazines and greeting cards for you to browse through.
Despite it being extremely busy they were able to take care of me in under an hour. Holy cow 🐮 I was amazed. I definitely recommend this place if you need a good detail done on your vehicle for a great price. Thank you so much for your hard work and services because I for sure left with a smile on my face. 😊👍🏽🚗✨

The even got the black rubber scrape off of my white bumper from my garage door hitting it. The service is fast and easy. I had a coupon for the full wash and shine. Only $15 plus tip. 2 weeks agoI’ve read many negative comments about management and operations. However, they do hire some gems. Jason helped make sure my car was clean and taught me how to keep my paint intact. He is a real asset to the team. I wish I could do more than write a review. He easily turned my bad day around with his excellent customer service. Wish every employee was like him. Good day.2 months agoI had an oil change on July 21,2023 at 530 pm . After a month and couple of weeks. I went to give a friend a jump on his vehicle, once we got his vehicle started. I slam the hood shut and seconds later my friend was like ,what’s that coming out your truck? I was looking and it was oil running down in the front of me. I was like what the hell, after the mechanic look at my truck he stated he did your oil change? I told him Rain storm in Bolingbrook. He stated that the oil rain out because no seal or it was properly tight, meaning the bolt. So not know before hand I was riding around and the bolt was loosing. This happened 2 weeks prior to today. The manager was a complete failure. No communication skills and blame me for the result of there not doing the job correctly. Now I’m out of 2200 bucks no one has contacted me from corporate and he stated they refuse. To accept responsibility. This company was the last to change my oil which I have receipts showing it. I’m beyond piss and know one cares. I have to say unprofessional and I need answersa year agoI took my card through the washer as usual and the management try to blame me after my car went off the railing due to a malfunction on their belt. I’m completely appalled after four days no one has contacted me from the national office as stated by their manager. I’m currently filing a lawsuit due to these damages to my Chevy Tahoe. This is sickening on their behalf because they should have sent someone from their insurance company to repair my vehicle.5 years agoI drove my car through the Domark’s Car wash in Bolingbrook today and as I was in the tunnel, I heard a loud thud. Upon exiting the tunnel, I found that one side of my rear spoiler had been completely broken off. I talked to the manager, Jeff, who refused to give me his last name, and according to him, since my car is more than 10 years old, they are not responsible for any damage. He also said that they had recently been bought out by True Blue Car Wash and also could not give me the number of their corporate office because he claims not to know it. The website of True Blue is no help at all because it does not even list a phone number for corporate. I had recently bought a monthly wash plan, but, I am now regretting it! I think this place is a scam.4 months agoI called and made an appt and then a couple days later I called to confirm my appt and they said they needed to reschedule it. So I rescheduled it a few days later. When I got to the shop, no one was even at the front desk, so I had to stand and wait. Then they come tell me that they actually can’t detail my car today either because the detail guy isn’t in until later. Unorganized and unprofessional.

Fast, effective, and busy. Whenever I get my car cleaned here I know it will look tip top sparkly clean! Although the lines are long, the wait is usually very short, only about 5 minutes. Employees are located at the pay machines and at the entrance to the wash to guide you. Overall a great value!
Great carwash and very cheap. Brushes dont scratch the paint, and the employees there are nice and helpful. Overall, it looks very maintained, and they want to have this place stand out. Memberships are a big plus, especially when they are on sale. A 40 dollar membership for 5 bucks!!!
Went there on 10/30/23 around 9:30 am and asked the young lady to help me with signing up for a membership and she was very nice and helpful. The vacuums are great and the wash does a great job
Great wash and powerful vacuums. The wait can be a little lengthy during the midday rush, but not terrible. They recently changed their monthly options and made things a little more expensive, but they’re still very competitive rates
Love the little water containers with the brushes so you can get the hard dirt off your vehicle before you actually go through the car wash. Unfortunately it went from $3 to $5 for your basic wash… Welcome to inflation 😝 still it is one of the best washes town.
