2 months agoGlad to be writing this review for East Central Champion Car Wash. Manuel, the manager was very helpful in setting up and optimizing my Plus membership. Moved to this area of town a few months back. Easy, fast and reliable washing for my Ford Ranger. Would 100% recommend anyone in the area to stop in for a quality wash. Convenient location with friendly staff.3 months agoAgain, convenient location. Comparably priced. I buy the monthly plan so I have unlimited visits a month!! Love my car looking good! Only downfall is the same as before, unable to vacuum and clean inside of vehicle due to handicap5 months agoSuper convenient way to keep my vehicle clean on the outside! Their monthly plan is extremely affordable!!! And I love that they have towels you can use to finish drying. Staff are always nice, professional and helpful too!5 months agoThey did a good job at washing my car, and the representatives at the site who helped me were phenomenal and so friendly. But, customer service outside of this has been extremely difficult. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the last week to cancel an account I do not use, and hopefully get a refund that was initiated a few weeks ago, but I cannot get ahold of anyone. The workers at the location are great themselves, but don’t expect great customer when trying to resolve account issues.a year agoI highly recommend this business. Quality service always every time I visit and use their facility. Byron, David & the gang are all awesome professionals and treat everyone with dignity and respect. The fact that their organization gives back to the community by supporting nonprofit teams, organizations, and charities through fundraisers is unbelievable. 5 months agoDON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Overpaid $10.78 for a basic wash and my truck is still covered in dirt! I called customer service and got hung up on immediately twice! Couldn’t reach anyone at all. Apparently I’m not the only one that’s had this issue after seeing the other photos.3 months agoI absolutely love this location! The people are friendly, the quality of service is great, the car wash actually gets your car clean (sometimes some places the brushes don’t always touch the car all the way so they don’t clean great), the workers keep the area clean, and there is never an issue I have had. I have nothing bad to say about this business, especially this specific location. Then, to top it off, one of the workers there, her name is Alexis, is the most helpful, sweetest, caring person you could ever come across. I highly recommend stopping by here if you would like to get a car wash and like hospitality!!!a year agoEdit : Came back a second time, paid full price for another “Platinum” wash. My jeep is, yet again, NOT CLEAN. Still covered in dirt. I’ve added a couple pictures this time.Original : Paid $26 for the Platinum wash and tip, but my Grand Cherokee was still dirty. The back had barely been touched except for a light spray of water so it was covered in brown muddy streaks; all the windows had a dirt ring around the perimeter; the bottom 6″ of the windshield was entirely untouched. The wheel wells and bottom side trim looked like I’d driven through mud puddles. I’ve gotten better results from $7.00 gas station washes. Save your money. 2 weeks agoQuality went down while price went up, and everybody wants a tip – for what may I ask? I still appreciate the free vacuums, but every other car wash offers the same thing. I will be trying other businesses, thanks.in the last weekIf they’d keep it up, it would get 5 stars. Air gun missing after wash used to dry my truck better then it does.

I believe this is the first review I have ever posted on Google but felt the need for how bad the customer service was at this location. It was hands down the worst I have ever had. I took my wife’s car through for a wash while on the way to Phoenix to trade it in. I have used this location in the past with no issues so I figured it would be the best place to go due to past history. I waited inside then went out to get into the car when it was ready. Immediately when I sat down I noticed a huge crack in the windshield, spanning from top to bottom almost. I was not mad and figured it would get taken care of. I got upset when the associate manager started looking at the windshield and blamed it on prior damage. He also blamed it on possible changing temperatures when it was 2 PM in the afternoon on a nice day. My wife’s car was in mint condition for being a 2020 model and instead of helping me out as the customer all the management team could do was blame me and say it had to be prior and that there is no way out happened inside the car wash. All he could do to counter the points I made was come up with excuse after excuse and never put himself in my shoes as the customer. I filed a claim, knowing that they would not honor anything, but did it just to see if maybe the higher management would do something. I took the car to Phoenix and had a new windshield put in. Then I realized sitting there while it was being installed, I had taken photos of my wife’s car that morning before going to the wash. There was zero evidence of damage to say the least. The chips they are claiming are in the top of the windshield where the tint brow is at and would be clearly visible in my photos. Finally, this morning I get a call from the store saying it would be denied due to prior damage. I asked for any proof or still shots from their cameras, which they said would have to go through the insurance department for and it would only be video. They have no still shots of the vehicle and could not prove that it didn’t happen inside the wash. Also, on top of these excuses, the general manager of car wash couldn’t even deliver the news, he/she had to have an associate manager call. They offered some free complimentary washes for the inconvenience which I turned down immediately. When this car wash was the “Breaking Bad” company, it was great. Now that it is owned by Mister Car Wash, this location could care less about its customers. If you want to take your vehicle to a business that puts itself above its customers, you have found the right place. I will not be back and will make sure to tell everybody I know how terrible of an experience I had. Thanks for the service Mister….
This full-service Mister is one of the best we’ve been to. They did a phenomenal job with our car. One of the guy cleaning the interior treated our car like it was his own. He spent a fair amount of time wiping down the seats, steering wheel, wheels and dashboard. Once we got inside the car we couldn’t believe how clean they all got it.
Instead of having to step inside the building to pay, like many Mister car washes. You have the choice to get out of your car or stay inside your car which is awesome. If you want both the interior and exterior cleaned, they have you step inside their building. But who wouldn’t want to see inside the iconic Breaking Bad car wash?
Inside they have a bunch of Breaking Bad memorabilia which is interesting to look at. We saw signed posters, pictures and even a vending machine with some Breaking Bad merchandise. One of the posters has the story behind them using the car wash in the movie.
FOR PAYING FOR THE MOST EXPENSIVE WASH THEY OFFER! WAS NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED LEFT THE INSIDE PRETTY DIRTY FLOOR MATS DIRTY DUST AND DIRT EVERYWHERE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
I’ve been here in the past, but not for a while. I was very happy with the job this time. The lady spent a good amount of time & did an excellent job, the cleanest I have ever had it done here. I did buy the maximum package this time, but still reasonably priced for the thorough job done.
Great for the picture terrible for car washing. We paid for the most expensive car wash and interior detailing. Definitely lives up to a bad car wash out of breaking bad that is for sure.
They wouldn’t do trailers wouldn’t do floors, didnt do seats and hardly did the exterior.
And they won’t answer emails that they request you to send !
