2 months agoService was fast and employees were kind. However I specifically asked for the services provided and was told they were going to clean the leather and all cup holders plus exterior and interior of windows and of course the exterior of the car plus tires. For $40 I figured the exterior should at least look clean. Unfortunately nothing looks clean, there are water streaks in the exterior along with dirt. Cup holders are still dirty and so are the leather seats. Interior of most windows weren’t even touched. Definitely not a place I would return to. It’s not expensive but I would have expected at least one thing to be done right.2 months agoI have a membership and pay for the platinum interior. The last few times, the interior has looked really bad. I’d asked them to redo, but I’m usually pressed for time. Sad, this place used to be the best.UPDATE: Went back for another wash and shared my experience with the team member who takes payment. They apologized for the experience, covered the wash, and ensured the interior was taken care of to expectations.
a month agoWe have all of our family cars on the monthly plan for exterior automatic wash, but yesterday I decided to also get the interior cleaned. I asked if they could also vacuum out the trunk and they agreed and told me to pop it open. When it went through the automatic car wash, we witnessed the trunk bobbing open and it got very wet inside. When the car was ready, there were a bunch of giggling kids, chitchatting with their backs, turned away from us. They had left a plastic spray bottle hanging from my door, and a rag with white foam was left on my dashboard. I handed it to one of the girls and said, do you want this back? They were so busy talking to each other that they hardly acknowledge us. Once we got home, we realized that the trunk was full of water, and the backseat and floorboard had not been vacuumed. It still had all the grass that was there when we brought it in. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience getting an interior cleaning at this location. I won’t be back and at this point I don’t even want to keep the monthly membership for our family’s cars for the exterior wash, because I don’t think they deserve our business.2 months agoI have a plan with Mister car wash, but I paid extra to have them clean the inside. They did a very poot job of vacumning the inside of my vehicle, then when they said my vehicle was ready, the inside had not been wiped down, I asked an employee if I could use the cleaning cloth he was holding, and he gave it to me, then he stood and watched as I wiped down the inside of my vehicle, never said that he would do, so I cleaned the inside of my vehicle. After I finished I gave the employee the cleaning cloth back, then drove to the front and found a manager, I told him they did a very poor job of vacumning then then did not wiped down the inside of my vehicle. He told me he was disappointed in his workers, but did not offer to take care of cleaning my vehicle, so I told him I was disappointed also.a year agoI have a membership in the unlimited club. I keep my car pretty clean overall. It didn’t need any vacuuming at all. I paid extra for them to wipe down the inside (dash, console, seats, etc) As you can see, that wasn’t done. I paid extra literally for minor window cleaning. I wound up taking it back and still all they did was wipe the dash. I give up.

5 months agoGetting the monthly premium wash is worth it! You can go everyday or every 2 minutes to wash your car for just $20! The customer service here is stellar! They have multiple locations in Abilene as well as other cities. 10/10 recommend.4 months agoWe love this location, the staff are always on point if we need anything. The wash is good and the vacuums always work here. It’s a little bit away from the city so it helps on the weekend or busy days.2 months agoIt’s just a better wash job than the OTHER places in town. Our car gets cleaner on the basic wash.3 months agoI ended up not using the wash because my car sits really low and I was afraid of damage but I called first and talked to the assistant manager here and he was really helpful and informative. Next time I come back I’ll bring my truck and run it through there.5 months agoPretty much the best $20 spent each month. The only thing missing is towels at the end.

Pretty good place to have your vehicle washed and vacuumed. The cleaning is nearly always inconsistent due to what I can only believe mechanical problems. Sometimes only have the things spin and I have a half clean truck.
MISTER CAR WASH, MAKES MY CAR LOOKING BRAND NEW(ceramic seal)AND ITS A 2010. I HAVE FUN GOING THROUGH IT, ITS ACTUALLY THERAPEUTIC!!! EVERYONE THATS THERE VACUUMING AND WIPING DRY THEY ARE SMILEY AND PLEASANT. Love it!!
I went thru yesterday for the 1st time ever. I forgot to take my magnetic signs off the side doors when I entered. I guess they came off. I have attempted to call them asking if they found them but no one answered the phone. I left my number. This happened Thursday evening in Abilene Tx located on Buffalo Gap road. The wash was beautiful and my car wash very clean.
First time here. Was in a car that wasn’t mine…was real nervous about going through the car wash. Wasn’t sure about any of it…I stated “I’ve not ever been here and it’s not my car” and “that I’m not sure what I want or need….wasn’t heard I guess .
I have no idea what I paid for or if I got what I paid for.
And just a side note:
the front bumper was in the back seat
My opinion…something should had been said about not having a full front bumper…and would not be responsible for any damage.
I was so worried about being there I wasn’t thinking about the bumper. I knew there was a bumper in the back seat. I never thought to look at the front of the car.
Bad form! I drove up to car wash payment machine with my $10 off coupon and the attendant scanned it. He selected the $20, premium car wash and the balance due showed $10, which should have been correct. Somehow, after I drove off into the carwash, my purchase was changed to the FULL $20 charge and that’s what shows up on my statement this morning. Not good!
