4 months agoFirst time at this car wash and I was not satisfied. I paid for the deluxe and expected a clean car. My wheels were not clean, I had water spots on the rear lower and front car. My back seats were not vacuumed correctly and my interior had dust spots where they did not clean. I have a black car, now when you see a guy cleaning your wheels, you do not use the same rag to clean your car! That scratches your car! Wheels carry hard particles of dust! I was really disappointed! Just from observing the guys drying the cars, they are sloppy and talk too much instead of paying attention to detail! There was a guy out there wearing a dress shirt with a clipboard and he should be the one observing them all! I will not be back! Please get with your team and train them correctly or you will be losing business. Have a good day!5 years agoBest hand dry car wash I’ve ever been too. Just had my CRV washed here and now it’s spotless!4 years agoI went in for their Wednesday special, and I am sad to report it was not worth it.By the time I had paid, my car had been washed! Within minutes my car was ready after being wiped down. The service is quickly and sloppy. The workers cleaning outside are pleasant and nice, but they need to pay attention to detail.
I called the manager and he said he would “check if it was clean” and to bring it back. From his rude and condescending tone, I was definitely not going to return and me car reassessed by them. Take your money elsewhere!
5 months agoit’s terrible experience, when we finish car wash then our money envelope on car is gone. After that we told to manager about the situation, manager is so rude at us, and didn’t do any solution. Unfortunately, we already buy the 10 times promotion package and the manager said cannot refund for that. 3 months agoI loved it. I paid $7 for the basic wash. It was great, the car was wash perfectly and dried. What ever little wiping down was taken care by one of the staff that is at the end of the wash waiting to wipe the side mirrors and the little bit of water left on the car. The vacuums are in good working order. I highly recommend this place.a year agoLove this place. Best car wash in town or even may I say LA. Price is great for the extensive machine wash. A+ from me.4 months agoA great, affordable, and quick wash every time.My car was unfortunately especially dirty today and the attendants were worried a single pass through the wash wouldn’t be enough to clean it off. Without me even having to ask, though, they went ahead and told me I could take my car through a second time with no additional cost if it still needed a little help after the first time through. It did. I went through the tunnel of clean again. And now my car’s looking clean and mean.

a year agoProbably the last time that I’m gonna go to this business. I always pick the platinum wash. I came here four times out of two months. The last two trips has been horrible. I noticed some dents from third trip and earlier. But that’s not all. The employees here are lazy. Especially the guy who’s job is supposed to wipe ur car after the wash. I did that job for him. Even the bird drops are still there that I have to clean my own. If you love your vehicle, please avoid this place.3 months agoFriendly and well run car wash. It has free vacuums for use after you wash. Probably hell to get in and out of during its peak hours, so coming early on a weekday is recommended.

Slow and over priced.
Paid for their cheapest plan, $29.95 Bronze (including car wash, sealer wax and air freshener). Watched the car went through the machine tunnel (same as the $6 machine wash that you can find at gas stations). And then they parked it all the way in the back with another black color truck for 40 mins. No workers wanted to go there to wipe the remaining water and bubbles off (It’s a big truck and workers seems to pick small cars first and hope other coworkers can go do the trucks). I almost wanted to do it myself so I can leave. Eventually waited for 60 mins for a simple car wash. 40 mins the car was just sitting there waiting to be wiped.
Nothing fancy, way too slow, over priced.
At the end, an elderly man went to my truck and finished the job. We felt bad for him. Gave him $10 tip and really appreciated his honest work ethics.
Nowadays, it’s amazing to just see people doing their jobs.
I wish I can give them a better rating, but I can’t. When the car is complete you give them a tip. I tipped the guy $20.00 dollars because he deserves it (busting his butt off in this heat, or so I think so). But when I did the walk around I noticed the windows aren’t cleaned. I asked him why isn’t it cleaned. He said it can’t come off. I told him this ain’t good. He tried to clean it off and said there’s nothing he can do. He knew I was pretty upset already( paid for the gold wash which is about $40.00 +-). So I stepped in the car with my daughter and just as we were about to leave I noticed the dome light on and the hatch door was not properly closed. So as I went out to properly close it, I spoke to another guy and he said it was acid on the windows that has etched onto it. Now hear me out here; this car is garaged (it’s my wife’s car, it’s new and my POS 4runner stays outside). So I don’t know what to say, I said forget about it, I’m done and drove off. Got home to inspect the car more now since I felt they didn’t do a good job( now if they did do a good job I wouldn’t question their work), and noticed other things they didn’t clean up on. Very disappointed, I should have just done it at home (gave them the benefit of the doubt). I’m done with this place. Been there a few times and kinda forgot why I don’t come by here anymore. A waste of $50.00 +- and my time. You guys gotta do better 😮💨😮💨🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡
Best service in the city. I drive 25 min to this car wash. There gold wash #2 is great. Their detail service is even better. I would highly recommend this car wash among any out there.
Best car wash ever! They were so detailed, I paid for the silver $33.95 and gave a $10 tip. These guys have a system and it works, never had a cleaner car! Would recommend this place to anyone! You can buy 5 washes up front and get a free one!
