a year agoNone of these vacuums worked. Apparently they don’t dry cars in the morning. Staff would not answer questions, and were rude. They also said the manager was here and when we tried to speak to the manager they said he wasn’t here. They kept contradicting themselves. They were all just texting on their phones walking around the place.4 months agoCar came out mostly clean. Vacuums have good suction. No towel to wipe off water that was not blown off by their dryer. I was around the area and said why not pass by and get it washed. I paid 17 dollars for the full service and it was terrible. Parts of my car look the same way it was before going in. It left scratches on my car that I am sure it didn’t have before going in. The place was filled with potholes I tried to avoid one and fell into another one which I couldn’t see due to it been in a dip around the exit. Some vacuums weren’t even working I got to one and had to move because it didn’t work. It was just a really bad experience.7 months ago30 minutes stuck here. No cars have moved, no one comes out to explain what is going on. Carwash is broken, AVOID!!!

a year agoStaff was super friendly but the services itself was horrible. I asked for a carpet shampoo/ car detail inside and outside and I did not get that. After inspection the back row was not even cleaned (Vacuumed/shampooed) the windows on the passenger side were not even wiped down. Mind you I took my car to wash the day before at a drive thru car wash and I vacuumed it a bit. So I really expected them to concentrate on washing my carpets and they did not do that. I did call and they did ask me to take it back which I did but I was still disappointed with the end results. The bad thing is that it was my first time there and I will definitely NOT return.a month agoThis is a late review but my aunt and I came in August 27th and Cruz went on and beyond and did a phenomenal job we really appreciate his worth ethic and employees like him deserve a raise. Choose Cruz next time if you want a good clean, definitely won’t be disappointed! Made our sandy car from the beach look new and made our drive back to Nebraska super comfortable! Hand it over and relax in their large comfy den area on those great big sofas watching tv and munching snacks while they detail your car for a fabulous price. Always looks fabulous inside and out. Got the inner door wells and the inside of the gas cap area. I always check. Shiny!a month agoThey always do a great job cleaning the inside and outside of my car. Many of the folks working there only speak Spanish so it helps to know what package you want in Spanish ahead of time.2 months agoLooks like they didnt dry it right. Alot of dust. And the stain is still there. Not worth the 80.

Waste of $25, car still dirty- no colored soap, doesn’t look like any chemicals came out like I had cheapest wash. Tires were dry like no tire shine. I asked if u go thru again will it clean right and guy said I don’t know. Told it’ll cost me another $25 to go thru again and I’m better off buying membership. Like I’d pay $50 and not sure if my car looks good. Went across street to GO and they washed me for free when I showed my tires and bug poop still on car. Only reason not zero stars cause vacuums worked good. Going to GO now.
Recently remodeled, prices went up from $6 to $9. This is a small drive thru car wash compared to the one in Harlingen that is longer. Theres hardly any shade to dry your vehicle but they now offer free towels to dry your vehicle.
Please Avoid Carwash, I took my car recently and the spinning brushes took my whole rear bumper off. Luckily it was hanging off by one side and it didn’t get crushed by the car behind me.
My brother took his car, and the car wash literally ripped the rear bumper off. All because he wanted to take advantage of the $1 a month deal and ended up costing more than a dollar, a rear bumper loss….. Manager made a “report” but who knows if they’ll even do anything. Just want to advise other people of the potential damage it can cause to your vehicle.
My son took his car to get washed because of the $1 promotion and ended up coming home without a rear bumper. The car wash seems a bit too harsh on the vehicles. I don’t recommend this car wash…
