a week agoI’ve been coming to Westborn car wash for years now. The wash crew is awesome. Some of the guys have been here for a while so I’ve gotten to know them. They do a great job washing the car. And since I wash my car a lot the $20 wash program has been the best thing I’ve done!! Look into it2 months agoVacuuming is free and the prices are reasonable. The lines moved quickly even with heavy traffic. In addition, the front sprayers were able to remove majority of the bugs from my windshield and grill. Furthermore, even with a basic wash the professional and courteous staff took the time to dry my vehicle. Excellent first time experience.in the last weekWestborn is clean, close to home and easy to use. The staff does a great job toweling off the car and the free vacuum is amazing! 2 months agoAt first I didn’t want to write this review but they pissed me off, I went to a car wash a few weeks ago and ended up with three damages in the front hood and two damages on the top of my brand new car. I reached out to them and let them know about the issue. They asked me to send pictures of the damage, but when I did, they told me they had to check the car in-person. A representative reached out to me and gave me the address, date and time. I canceled all my plans that day to go and fix my car, but 20 minutes before the appointment, the representative canceled and rescheduled it. I was okay with that and rescheduled for next week. I drove 55 minutes to get there, but the representative said that I couldn’t come in because he was too busy. He rescheduled again, and I had to go back and forth with him, which made me tired. The next day, I went to their car wash and let the manager know about the problem, but he was being so rude to me. At the end, there was nothing I could do. Seeing my car in that situation made me so sad. I don’t know how their business is still going on, and the city of Dearborn is not taking any action. At the end, shame on the owner of this business. You’re nothing more than a scammer.2 months agoVery bad experience, these guys are fraud. I was told that only 1 month membership will be charged to me and I can only pay by card. I have been charged every month and their people are so rude in talking. They are not even giving me a refund. I signed up for a monthly car wash and my first time I noticed that there was some small scratches and I didn’t mind it because they were unnoticeable. I then decided to go and cancel my membership and he told me I couldn’t and I had to go to the website and do it there. So I told him fine and went in to wash my car.(worst decision of my life) After I finished with my car wash I headed home and I seen big scratches on my hood and trunk that were very noticeable. Took my vehicle there today to get mud off that was mostly on the side bottom, both sides of my car. When I got home I saw that most of the mud was still there. Obviously the 2 guys at the start of the wash did not spray it well enough. When I got to the end of the wash there were 4 guys who “dried” my vehicle. Not one of them told me my vehicle was still dirty and just dried my car around the mud. That’s just wrong. This was my first time there and it will definetly be my last..

Car wash looks nice customer service okay. But the quality of cleaning. Paid for top quality cleaning and looks like they just washed it with water. Car looks not clean.
Never experienced better customer service at a car wash. The staff were all so nice, welcoming, and helpful. I called asking if they had hand washing but luckily their car wash has an automatic touch-less option, which was perfect for what I needed. They even sent me a video of how it works and ensured I’d be taken care of before I got there. Thank you Magical Touch!
09/21/23 UPDATE:
The management team from Magic Touch reached out to me in order to make things right. I returned to their other location that’s a little closer since I live almost a half hour away from the original location.
The manager was very attentive and passionate about making things right. The follow up and customer service was 100/100 so I definitely appreciated that. The van looked much better this time around.
Many business get complacent or lazy when they’re successful but the great ones rise to the occasion when things don’t go right the first time and Magical Touch stepped up. So I’m gonna add another two stars from my original two star rating.
END OF UPDATE
I had high expectations after reading many of the reviews and even more so when I arrived to a fully staffed facility and no cars in line. I figured I’d have the luxury of a few guys spraying and attentively looking over my van. Boy was I wrong. I purchased the Silver package which included a tire shine and wheel wash and shine among other things. I generously tipped the crew after they towel dried and applied the tire shine but was really disappointed when I got home.
Keep in mind it was a beautiful dry and sunny day so none of the dirt you see in the photos occurred on my drive from their lot to home. They earned the the second star only because I was greeted upon my arrival and the crew “seemed” professional otherwise it would have been a one star rating.
Love them! Best carwash around by far. Leaves my car shiny every time!
Ask for abbas at full service
Abbas did a great job with my interiors. He was able to pick up my car and drop it off too, he was thorough with the interiors and is decent enough priced. The only place I did not feel satisfied enough which I realized later after he had dropped off the vehicle, was that he missed the places where doors close.. it may have just been an oversight, so I will definitely recommend him and I will also use his services again.
