6 months agoGreat carwash. Most of the time there a a line but it moves quickly because employees are quickly to help with payment and moving the line. They gave free vacuum services once you’re done washing your vehicle. Trash cans everywhere, very handy when you’re cleaning your car. Definitely worth the money.in the last weekI recently went to Blue Wave and realized that the ‘basic’ carwash increased in price from $6.00 to $9.00. The customer care agent, David, saw my surprise and explained how the most affordable service included bonuses that the previous $6.00 wash did not offer. He took the time to assure me that the price had not only increased but that my vehicle was getting a better wash.After my wash, as I was vacuuming my vehicle, David, offered me and the other customers hot wax towels. It was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning.
a year agoMy wife surprised me with a Blue wave membership for Father’s day. While I was taking a nap, she drove my car over to 700 Trenton Rd. Bluewave put a sticker on my windshield, this sticker is detected by a scanner, so when you drive up to the entrance gate it opens automatically. Once you drive thru the car wash, you can park at the vacuum cleaners and clean the inside of your ride. I like that they give you a blue towel to dry with. Once you soil the towel you can exchange it for a new one. This place makes cleaning your car a snap.3 months agoVery good customer service! Thank you to Marco for helping my mom out. She struggles to speak English, and he was the only one who spoke Spanish there at the time. He was very helpful to my mom and convinced her to get a membership since she goes there often, and it’s been very helpful. He had the best customer service and always had a smile on his face. When she was struggling to pay, he helped her within seconds. On top of all of this, he noticed my baby having a tantrum so he gave him a lollipop to lighten up his mood, and he was so content after that! Good job bluewave!a month agoReally like this car wash but they have stopped using the soap and wax they were using I don’t see the same results and my tires aren’t getting tire shine anymore they were doing an awesome job I don’t know what’s going on.

My options i have i dont see the light sometimes, the wax, example.7 months agoThey legit are stealing peoples money! My husband had a charge on his card for the longest time and we never knew where it was coming from. My husband had gone to wash his truck and ever since then they had him under a membership!?! How? I understand if we had sign up for one and had the actual pass to get our wash whenever but not even that and we never signed up! To top it off they only refunded him I month which should have 3-4 months! Check your bank statements and look for any charges that come up under Go car wash. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been coming here since they opened and loved the vacums because they have good suction. But today one of the roller (wrad) broke my mirror and because of that my door got scratched the manager D.Leal was good about it. He mentioned he would keep up with the incident report and will contact me on the next 2 days I really hope they fix it. I will update my review with the outcome. In the next few days…UPDATE THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME.. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE THEY ARE DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.. I HAD COME HERE SINCE THEY OPENED AND MY FRIENDS AMD FAMILY HAVE USE THIS LOCATION FOR MORE THAN 6 YEARS AND EVEN HAD A MEMBERSHIP.. WE WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE..
And is not even about the money is just that they did even offer any solution they just told that my case was a denial and thats that. I have purchased tow mirrors now and is just hearth breaking that they dont care to offer any solution..
It was the worst….but funniest experience. I literally gagged in my car and I couldn’t even open my windows , 😭….the smell of sewer was 🤢🤮. ….I hope they get their filters cleaned soon.
Car always comes out spotless and no scratches. Love the idea about they supply you with towels.
They keep changing the billing system and don’t tell us.
I just paid a few days ago and tried to use my car wash today and had to go inside due to their system being changed.

Clean place. Wash my care fairly well. Think they need to shoot more bug spray on cars at the beginning. Good pricing for the plans they have. Like that vacuuming is included. A plus is the towel service they include as well. I recommend it.
