It’s all free and included with a wash.5 months agoNone other compares to other car washes. Quick and easy, great detailing equipment, with plenty of wash clothes. No sloppy suds or remnants flying on your fresh wax. 🚘What’s best about this location are the company members, Eric & Yaritza that go beyond their duty to assist customers.

Dillon is very helpful, glad he had the free carpet cleaning machine along with the addition air fresheners and car detailing vending machines to purchase so my car leaves clean! Definitely will be back!3 months agoI was here with my wife and father in law, we had the worst possible experience with customer service. My father in law is from out of town and was looking for a quick car wash, he paid 10.99 and the bugs never came off from the windshield. He spoke with customer service and the lady advised him he paid for the cheapest one and if he pays more it will take off the bugs off his windshield. He paid for 2 separate car washes, the more expensive was no help, windshield was still dirty. The lady complained and said his car was too dirty and we can speak with the manager if we wanted. Whatever the lady said to the manager made the situation worse, the manager came over all huffing and puffing like we were being difficult, not the case, these were simple questions and had the lady was able to communicate effectively we would have understood that no matter the level of service we pay for it is not a guarantee the wash will be effective. I do not recommend this place, horrible customer service, go somewhere where you are welcome.3 weeks agoCentre City Prkwy Superstar Car Wash is fantastic. Car wash cost me $45 which is outrageous for the job they did.2 months agoCar wash is great, but these guys rip you off in the oil change. Charged me $80 more than other valvoline locations. Family owned and third generation running the business which is cool to hear!I drove cross country from Philadelphia (where I own a detail shop), called TOT as they had awesome reviews. My truck was filled with bug guts, mud, and road debris from the 2500 mile drive. Called for a hand wash and they got me right in and were very efficient with the process. Beautiful clean facility and top notch work. Highly recommend!
2 years agoI cannot say enough about the kind and helpful staff. I’ve been using them for a while now but today was extra! I had an extremely bad bird poop attack on my car. Some stained my clear coat. And these guys…. They cared and they worked, and worked until it was good, perfect actually. I love that they care about my vehicle just like I do. Car wash wasn’t the best but it was included with my oil change. I’d still go back and give them another try.

I love Sophie’s when I’m in San Diego I definitely come over to use their drive-through car wash service, polite and professional staff close to everything good prices for mama😀
Soapy Joe’s is undoubtedly my favorite car wash ! The service they offer is top-notch, and the best part is that it’s budget-friendly. The costumer service is amazing!! Thank you to Tania for being patient with me and helped me with my membership, she’s awesome!! And let’s not forget about the delightful car scent they leave afterward – simply refreshing! I’ve been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
Shelby is awesome! She set us up with a membership for unlimited car washes during the month where there was a special if you purchased one that’s going to be the rate you’ll be charged every month and you can come back as many times as you like. She went out of her way to explain the program, and was very friendly, making it very difficult to say no. She definitely deserves recognition for her efforts! Thank you so much!
Update: sadly we had to cancel that membership because the company started charging us the full rate after the first month and special offer “expired”. They should really be more clear about what they are offering.
I’d say this is probably one of the older Soapy Joe’s, and I think the tunnel reflects its’ age at times. However, in the sense of space available and staff, they have it best. Their team members like Josh, and a lot of the other staff who have been loyal to this branch for YEARS, are the main reason I keep coming back here. Consistent and convenient
Been coming to this place for many years, even before it became a soapy joes. I would definitely recommend a touch less car wash or washing your own vehicle over this place…. but if you’re a very busy person juggling a lot and work, family life and need some where quick to wash your car and a low price or with a monthly membership I would recommend this place.
