3 months agoThis my favorite car wash to use and I live roughly an hour away! 7 Flags has a very convenient drive through automatic car wash, however I have a large van that cannot go through the automatic washer because of its height. I use the car wash where you drive into the stall and do it yourself! The do it yourself can be paid by swiping a credit card or by using quarters. Paying with a card will get you 15 minutes for $5.00, if you pay in quarters you have the 5 minute option for $3.00. The brushes are always kept in nice shape, the stalls are kept clean, constantly monitored by staff. Vacuums are available, but I am unsure of the pricing. The soap, conditioner, and wax all smell really nice. There is also a lube shop which I have never used. This place is always popping you may have to wait just a few minutes for services! Front of van picture shows soap via brush and rear of van picture shows conditioner via own sprayer hose.3 months agoI wish I had photos of before and after. I really enjoyed this car wash. The attendants were super helpful. They even seen how dirty my car was and let me go again. This will be the wash I go to going forward. Also their brushes did not leave scratches on my car which is important for any car but especially a black car. End results I was happy and I recommend5 years agoI just moved to the area recently and I needed to find a new place I could trust with my oil change and a great car wash place! I certainly am happy so many recommended 7 Flags! First off – when you get in line at the oil change station (where you want to start to get a great deal) they come over and greet you very friendly and ask if you would like coffee or a water while you wait!! WOW!! Talk about excellent customer service! Then when you pull in the guys and gals who do the work while you sit in the car are also friendly and courteous!! You drive over the bay – they are under your car doing the oil change while the other tech checks things under your hood and shows you. My air filter was filthy !! Then when they are done – you go get in line for the full service car wash! The car wash itself is a super nice one – and then with the oil change you get the interior all done also. They did an excellent job on the windows and vacuuming on the interior. Last time I tried a different car wash here and they did a horrible job on the windows 😕 I have found my new favorite place !! Thank you 7 Flags – you are doing it right!!3 months agoJust came here and got the “managers special”. Thought I was getting the surfaces cleaned and vaccumed for that amount but looks like they just wiped most of the areas off. I would have thought for well over $50 after tip the surfaces would have been cleaner. Car was just dusty and not a big car. If the pricing at the front end wasnt so lengthy to figure out I might try again, but for that price I will just do it myself next time. Employees were nice and place was clean.3 months agoI actually like it better than the one down the street across from Dave’s hamburgers. The reason why is they actually power wash your car before going through the carwash. The only thing I wish they had was a place to dry off you vehicle. The spots out front are always taken up. I think I will start using this one.

in the last weekJust got my Toyota sequoia washed paid $70 for a hand wash. Got home took a closer look the truck is filthy!! on the outside. Unbelievable I won’t go back there and I’m not going back to get another wash. How about do it right the first time!!3 weeks agoBad customer service. Bad carwash. Poorly trained on putting cars in neutral. When I walked in the girl at the register rolled her eyes and held her hand out without saying a word to me.
I thought she wanted the items I was buying so she could scan them. So as I begin handing her the things I’m buying she SNATCHES the receipt from my hands. 😂
Meanwhile the carwash attendants had no clue how to put my car in neutral. Which is OK because the car can be confusing – but I asked the guy and he confidently said he’s got it. Cool, he knows the drill.
Then he got stuck on the track when he couldn’t put it in neutral. Which could damage the track or the car.
Once it was all said and done, the car was not anywhere near as clean as I’d expect from a place like this.
See my after photos below and judge for yourself.
3 months agoI have been coming to this car wash for many years and I have never had a bad experience. Many of the bad reviews seem to be from people who have not had issues corrected before leaving the car wash. Yes a couple of times they may miss a spot but they have no problem taking care of it when I point it out to them. The fact that I can still get my big truck washed here for under $40 is a great deal to me when other detailers in the area are asking more for less work. I’ll continue to be a customer here as long at they are around2 months agoReally good at what they do!! My go-to in Fairfield. Never had a single issue and my vehicle always looks amazing. Excellent at the headlight restoration!!!4 months agoMy car was very dirty and long overdue for cleaning. I got the full detail service and it looks and smells amazing! My 2014 car that carries 2 dogs looks almost new! I couldn’t be happier!

I love this car wash! I got the monthly pass so I go 5-6 times a week! Every time I stop by to get a wash, I get excellent customer service, I like when an employee remembers your face and McKenna is a exceptional example of that keep up the good work!
Great staff, really great car wash, I was surprised how good the tire shine worked. They also have towels for you to use once you’re car wash is done. The vacuum almost worked too good was able to complete vacuuming the carpets pretty fast. Would highly recommend you stopping by.
I love this place, everyone is helpful, friendly and interactive. I just came in for a quick vacuum and Cassie was super accommodating and she is highly relational. She extended grace and helped me with technology. You do not just get your car washed here, you get genuine connection and it makes washing you car feel sublime. Thank you to the wonderful staff. Kindly, Ultima:). Thanks!!!
Dani helped me out. She was very friendly and professional aswell as patient. I had many questions about signing up for membership and I love it. The compression air is great aswell to get into those hard to reach areas and fans, the vacuum works really well. Overall compared to other car washes near the area this is the best one I been too. I would give it a 10/10!
What is going on? This place WAS a great place and I gave great reviews before but the pass three times I went, every single employee has been super sad or super mean or depressed. Then on top of that the car wash smelt like throw up and I am not sure why? Is it not clean? and then after going to the vacuum area tried two different blue air blowers and they didn’t work at all. I just can’t believe you guys are lower than a gas station wash. Wow why so horrible?
