There are no words to express how immensely unprofessional your staff is. I was called out of my name, chased by two men out of the office as I was making a complaint, the person that bmy car in scratched my arm I have welps on it, the person inside is apparently unable to diffuse a situation. I no longer want an account with you all because of the lack of customer service that was rendered to me today. He ran behind my car to keep me from leaving and I was afraid that this big man was trying to assault me. I asked a simple question no resolve. If there was a negative here I would give you all less tha.n
Worst customer service experience. I only wanted to use the vacuums and was willing to pay for the wash. When I asked one of the workers he didn’t even look in my direction or acknowledge me and I saw that he was wearing earbuds in both ears. I felt ignored.
I’m not from here. I’m from the New England area and I expected better. So much for the so-called “Southern Hospitality”. I will not be returning to this place. If you’re not from the area I suggest you avoid this place and stick with the car washes at Circle K. At least there the workers are available at the store should you have any questions.

Ordered the monthly carwash, but was unable to get my fast pass yesterday. One of the attendants said he would talk to the manager. Haven’t heard anything back yet. 😬

This place has really turned things around! I had left a former review to reflect on my bad experiences and observations following the new ownership. Since my review, and others, it seems to me the ownership took our thoughts and concerns into consideration. The vacuums always work now, with great suction and no clogs in the lines. They recently added a detailing station stocked full with interior cleaner, window cleaner, and clean towels. The cleaner is a good grade and gets the job done right. The towels are always plush and clean. The cleaner is always available, the bottles are always full, and the towels are clearly being regularly washed and replaced. They even offer free air fresheners now, that smell great. The recently added military discount is much appreciated as well. I highly recommend and really love my monthly membership and what it entails. The workers are always friendly and staying busy any time I’m there. Which is multiple times per week. Thank you for the updates!
Anthony was great. He helped us from the moment we pulled up and explained all of our options thoroughly. We purchased a 6 month car wash and we will definitely recommend to our friends.
