5 months agoCar Damaged | Horrible Customer ServiceI pulled into the first parking spot (with vacuums) on the righthand side of the lot. The car stop had a bolt sticking out of the top, and the parking spot also had a small pothole in front of the car stop. Because of that, the underside of my car got caught on the bolt, breaking my bumper and pulling off a part of my front side panel.
The response from the manager was pathetic – no apology, no offer for resolution, no commitment to fix the parking spot so it doesn’t happen again. The manager just stared blankly at me, said it was “driver error,” and that there was nothing he could do.
The owners should expect litigation if they’re not willing to pay for the repairs to my car and pay to fix the parking spot so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

4 months agoI paid for a blowout service and detail. Usually this takes about 45 minutes, today, clearly they just took my money and gave me a regular wash and dry. After reclining the seats, in which they did NOT vacuum, I see this area wasn’t even touched, so had to go back and have the seats vacuumed again. Today the car wasn’t blown out, nor was the interior properly cleaned or detailed. I just left saying, lesson learned. I asked the young man in charge outside, why wasn’t my car in the back where in the past it was blown out, he said, sometimes it’s done in the front when the back has to close down. This will be the last time I bring my cars here for sure!! If you use this service, inspect your car before you leave. Go to another car wash if you want a proper blowout and detail.5 months agoI love coming here. They’re super dog friendly. They provide treats for your fur friends. I’ve been a member here for almost a year now. I think or longer. Everyone is so sweet. Also my car always looks fresh on the outside and inside. If you have any concerns they take care of right away.2 months agoThe last time I went was years ago and I remember thinking I shouldn’t go back. Today it was an easy right hand turn and I really needed a car wash for the weekend. I bought the $3995 special which I guess included some kind of hand applied wax and a deluxe interior exterior.The entire wash took about 20 minutes, and you could tell it only took about 20 minutes. I spent about a half an hour re-cleaning the interior… Stupid things like a cup holders and the arm rests were missed.
I have no idea if they do the actual wax or not, looks like a few other reviews weren’t certain either.
The bottom line is I will go back to the pump and go at Oakland Park and Dixie highway, to get a better car wash for less money! Those guys are terrific!
2 months agoBeen here a few times in the past with great experiences. Today I paid $60 and they finished my car in 10 minutes! I had to then ask the attendant to finish the job, because he hadn’t done everything i had already paid for. Less than 10 minutes later, i was again told my car was ready again. I Told the gentleman at the front. He didn’t seem surprised or concerned when i shared the experience.2 months agoI set out to have the inside of my car detailed … wash seats and rugs … I specifically asked if the stain on my seat would come out and the man checking me in said absolutely. I left the car with him and went inside to pay. 2 hours later I come back and the seats are covered in plastic .. the guy checking me out tells me seats are still wet so I leave covers on and drive home. Later that evening I take the plastic cover off and see that the stains are still there … parts of the seat weren’t even washed. I immediately emailed the location with pictures since they were closed and this morning left a message for the manager to call me back. No response! $179 for a basic wash! Don’t waste your time or money!

After going through the wash you can fine tune your car yourself with your products in one of the vacuuming areas where they have air, microfiber cloth and glass cleaner.
$10 for a car wash and free vacuum to be honest really not a bad deal forreal i been going here for a while now. I recommend here
Rip off! Paid $17 for the same $10 wash. This is just a drive thru wash with no frills. Car is still dirty. Went mainly for vacuum. All vacuums either out of service or being used. Went to wait for an open vacuum but the vacuum attendant told me to leave. Don’t waste your time or money.
They have a good price for joining the club to keep your car looking good. They have a system that identifies your license plate immediately and the gate opens to allow you into the car wash. With the unlimited program, I am able to keep my car looking clean always. The free vacuum cleaner is a great bonus.
I have a monthly membership with LUV. I am having a great experience so far – I love the fact that the process is automated, the washing process is fast and effective. They have towels and windows cleaning products in case you want to do a final touch up.
