2 months agoPaid for the silver? Package, was supposed to have the inside cleaned and the door jams. Definitely did not clean the door jams, photos attached. Two stars, instead of 1 for the kindness of the staff and the attentiveness to the assistance manager noticing the back of my car was not vacuumed prior to me leaving – he corrected that himself and quickly. Just wish I would have noticed the other area before I left and they didn’t really clean, they just smeared the old milk and dirt on the door armrests.4 months agoPaid for the upgrade to clean inside of the car too. Horrible job it’s like they just swiped and pretended to clean but as you can see in the pictures, they left my car dirty and pretty much the same condition I brought it in. This is the second time they skimp out on the job.a year agoI paid for premium and the cashier at the front was rude but I didn’t care much. The car wash was okay but my main problem is how they left the inside of my car and my rims. They did a half job everywhere to the point I went else where to buy leather and interior cleaners and fresheners to make my car actually feel clean. I even had to vacuum the interior again. I would not recommend this spot to anyone and definitely tell you to clean the car yourself it’ll probably be cleaner that way.2 weeks agoMediocre at best, the full serve interior vacuum and cleaning is very hit or miss. They tend to simply wipe every surface rather than actually be attentive and clean it.The auto spa express on the south side of Frederick is far far better: much newer, the exterior wash is quick and well done (seems to have better and newer equipment). There is DIY interior supplies including great vacuums and micro fiber towels. (No interior full service option.) The whole place is nicely laid out and well appointed!
in the last weekWent to another auto spa (on 26) and I accidentally ran my wife’s brand new car through the car wash with the sunroof cracked. Bright Blue stains all over the headliner, what an epic fail. The manager, William at the Rt 40 location was not concerned and told me to come by.I was there for 2 mins before they took a look and got to work. 15 mins later it’s like it never happened. This level of service is extremely rare and I want to shout out to William and crew to say thank you for the above and beyond service and for probably saving my marriage 😂 I’ll be going out of my way to give business to this location. I signed up for a monthly membership and pay $39.99 a month for a super wash/free vacuum/clothes to wipe down your vehicle/floor mats washed & air hose to use on your vehicle to blow water off around the front and sides. Sometimes they special pricing monthly membership sign up! My first time through was slightly awkward. The turn directly before and after entering the car wash room are noticeably sharp, but now I know as so do I. Very happy with the automatic wash. Free vacuums bays are very nice too. Very compact operation but it didn’t feel claustrophobic. Recommended!2 weeks agoServices would be great if they only let PAYING customers use the vacuums ( they work great) As a monthly paying customer I expect to be able to vacuum my car after my car wash. Because vacuums are FREEto the NON PAYING public, there are often full and I cannot get in. At the Monocacy one I had to wipe off my car in the Chick Fe la parking lot. The same type of car washes in NC only allow paying customers to use the vacuums and towels.

Great wash, free use of the vacuums, mat cleaner, and towels! I typically go to the one on Monocacy, but stopped at this one today and was just as pleased. For $10 my car is clean inside and out. It is very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but I only waited about 7 minutes in the line to get through. The staff was very friendly. Definitely will go to this one again or the one on Monocacy. I really should just get a membership.
Best carwash I’ve ever been to in my life. Coolest staff of any place I’ve ever met.
Their customer service is AMAZING! We had a small issue going through an Auto Spa at a different location.
We reached out online for help, and the manager at this location jumped in and helped very quickly.
He remedied the situation, and even offered us a free car wash for our trouble.

Great automatic car wash. I use their monthly subscription for one of my cars and it always comes out clean and smelling nice. Timings are convenient and the free vacuums are handy.
This wash leaves pink spots (soap residue) all over my car. I used it on two occasions after purchasing the most premium membership. I only took it through a second time to see if this is a regular issue or if maybe it was the wax spray and I could just solve the problem by getting a less premium membership, but I was told that it is the soap and this will happen at any wash level. Now they refuse to refund me because I used the membership. Obviously I used the membership. That’s why I know it’s no good. I do not recommend this company. Terrible customer service.
UPDATE: The owner responded to this review, requesting that I call their customer service number. I called and got Megan Trout’s voicemail. But she is the one who emailed me earlier saying, “I can not honor a refund at this time since you used the membership.”
I spent $39 for the monthly membership, and I feel very ripped off at this point.
