3 weeks agoI paid $45 for interior and exterior. The interior was not vacuumed completely or wiped down, and trash was not removed. I would be embarrassed to turn a customers car in this condition but clearly there’s no standard. Don’t waste your money!2 weeks agoI have gone to this place for years and have noticed the detailers give less and less effort. Today they left a dead frog on my front grill and didn’t take the mats out of the far back and vacuum properly. $56 should be better. (Also windows still have residue and can see where they didn’t clean).a week agoFor a little fore context, I can frequently “ADHD hyper fixate” on things being just right. On the flip side, my husband is not this way. So many times it can be hard for me see that a job was done as well as it could have been; and my husband has to assure me that it looks or turned out fine, no one else would be as bothered by it as me. My car was never properly detailed when it was put up for sale by the dealership, and I’d had enough of riding around in someone else’s dirt, so I made an appointment & ponyed up the $90+tax ($96) for car seat package. And yeah I could see that something was done, the seats werr damp and there was dried water/sand on the hardware under the seats. When I first looked the car over I wasn’t sure if I was seeing shadows or just damp fabric but the seats didn’t look clean at all. So I asked my mom & my husband if I was just being overly critical or hallucinating. Nope, they both agreed that the seats had dirt rings. So my mom & I bought a little extraction machine and I went over them again. Well, you can see the results for yourself. I will not be going back. I’m also 82% positive that I had all 5 floor mats when I dropped the car off, but only got it back with 4…they said they looked for it but couldn’t find it.a month agoTerrible car wash! Almost $50 dollars for streaked up and foggy windows. They ask you if you would like for them to clean the interior of your car for an extra $20, then when you agree they ask if you’d like to upgrade to “the works” for $5 extra. All you get is a vacuum. I turned around and went back for an explanation and was told about all of the things they DO NOT touch. They didn’t even pull the mats out of our truck when vacuuming. Your vehicle will be streaked up, still dirty, the inside will stink from dirty rags and the outside will be wet still for $50.5 months agoIt has been a full week after I got my front driver and passenger windows tinted. Awesome job, I told them what I wanted and they did exactly that. Thank you to the staff at Park place car wash, definitely highly recommended to place to go to get your vehicle tinted and washed.

a month agoIf you’re looking for state of the art technology and tools to efficiently clean your car this is the place!!! Air blower, air for tires, cleaning supplies -and more can’t get better than this. Nothing compares close to this car wash in Gainesville. Shout out to Jacob and Devontae for being so friendly and welcoming. I even signed up for monthly membership which I think will be well worth it!!a month agoUpdate 09/2023: with so many positive reviews, I figure I will give a second try, maybe first time was a fluke but, unfortunately same result, completely missed the side and rear of the SUV with similar staining streak on the side, and it was their top tier car wash, definitely does not clean anywhere close compare to the lowest tier of the competitor car wash. Attached photo for view, it definitely did not have these streaks before carwash.Went to the grand opening free car wash promotion, unfortunately the car wash itself was not impressive for their top of the line car wash with ceramic coating. The wash itself did an ok job with top of the car including hood however it appears totally missed cleaning cars side as if it was not cleaned, worst of all, it added lots of oil splatters on the side!! Car was itself did not remove the bug splatters on the front end of the car, it does have nice feature like glass cleaner spray bottle, clean towels to use, very strong vacuum and lots of space, I would not recommend this car wash as it appears to scrub car dirtier after the wash with oil splatters. I do keep my car relatively clean usually and always garage kept, hand wax car once a month and usually takes car to the car wash further down archer road that does better job cleaning at the lowest tier car wash.
in the last weekMy family recently inherited our Grandpa’s old car and I wanted to get it deep cleaned since it probably hadn’t been cleaned for a decade. While I was at the vacuum station cleaning it, the employee of the last name Sprinkles constantly checked up on me and was very attentive. I was taking so long to get the inside of the car clean that he had to constantly change the old cleaning rags with fresh ones. I thought it would be a basic wash for free l, but it wasn’t. It was the premium package wash! The service was great ! Very friendly and helpful workers! Great cleaning equipment and best of all they gave out a complimentary gift that included a few necessities like car wipes and bottle pockets and great smelling car fresheners! Definitely worth the try!a month agoThis is an amazing wash! I highly recommend coming here! Evan was fantastic. The wash cleaned my truck perfectly! The vacuums were strong and they offer towels and cleaners to clean the inside. Definitely worth the membership!

1st time going the the facility and it was a very bad experience . Paid for the $16 wash that was suppose to include wheel and tire cleaner and no tire shine . Went thru the wash and truck was still dirty especially the wheels and wheel wells , and the front of the truck . I complained that my truck was still dirty and paid more than the basic wash option and the young male at the tunnel proceeded to tell me that they don’t have the ability to use pressure washers that are set up on either side of the tunnel on wheels or get brush any bug splatter off or dirt off before the wash . I told them every other car wash does a pre wash. They ran me thru the tunnel again and when I got out , left left tires had tire shine which I didn’t want and the right side had none. When I got home I had tire shine splatter all over the left side of my truck .
Horrible!! Don’t do it!! $16 and my car and its rims came out dirtier than they went in. I have a 2023 Lexus, and I normally wash it at a different car wash once a week. I tried this place for its vacuums, but I regret it!
My rims were filthy after the wash, and the vacuums were barely usable!! I tried three vacuums and none of them had an attachment. The attachments were stuck in the holder of the vacuum, so instead you just have this big clunky circle that has no suction.
I asked a worker if he could get an attachment, and he said they don’t have anymore, and they don’t have a tool to grab the attachment that’s stuck in the holder. Never. Again.
Take 5 stars! Super friendly staff. They actually have lots of clean towels. All the bottles are organized in the little rack. They even have a pre-washed thing before you get in to rub off the bugs from the front. You can get the real stuck on ones off and they’re open late.
Paid for the $25 service the wash absolutely sucks! The manager sent 3 employees to check and try to correct, but no luck. Final answer: Sorry so sorry! Travel somewhere else and don’t waste your money.
Be careful, I bought for $19.99/5 carwashes, I have used 4 so far from that deal, that was in August, and I just discovered that they have been charging my account with additional $19.99 each month since September. I had to call my bank to block them. Their equipment is very good, service so so.
