12 months agoDecent place to get a car wash. Stopped by here earlier today while kids were in Sunday school. The entrance to the place is kind of confusing but either way I drive in and picked a super car wash. I drive a small SUV and they charged me $22 for it. The car wash was decent. There is this ping glass walk way there you can see your car go thru the car wash. The equipment looks super old. In certain places along the glass wall, the glass is so dirty you cannot see thru it. Talk about car wash. You can pay via cash or card. They have a convenience store where you can grab a drink but some stuff for your car or grab a quick bite.They hand dry your car and the guy who dried my car did a good job. Overall this place is ok.
a month agoThis place used to be good! For the past months it has gone downhill! They do not clean your car properly, still leave spider webs, and bird poop. And they still have the audacity to make a face when you do not give them a 20 dollar tip! Don’t waste your time or money!2 weeks agoTerrible! Let me start with I paid for the most expensive wash. No one was there but two other cars. It was about to rain but my car was filthy. I pay, I wait.. I see.. my car had soap all on the back end and no one wiped it off. The attendant made sure to lock eyes on me to “show” me how slow and thorough he was being. Every time I looked over, he would look and start to wipe like he was into it. I go to my car.. NOTHING was wiped. He went over the glass like 12 times and that’s it. I had to walk around the car and ask him to wipe “dirt” off several places. Nothing was wiped inside either! Didn’t he see it? No, he was too busy watching me not watch/watch him. What did I pay for again? Remember I paid for the most expensive wash? He didn’t armor all my finish. He did the tires but not the rubber on the back of my car (suv). I had to tell him, so he brings the thick brush.. to wipe on my paint???? I said, no, please use a rag. He did. This guy was SO LAZY. I will NEVER go there again. Seriously a bad experience. I still gave a tip! STAY AWAY FROM THESE LAZY ATTENDANTS!a year agoThey forgot to raise the window before washing it! I just came from getting my car washed, and I am not happy of the result. After he gave me my keys and got in I noticed that my seat was wet! They didn’t say or tell me anything. I found out by sitting in my car. No one apologized, or talked to me about what happened. Never going here again. 2 weeks agoThis place is a scam… it’s says car wash is $3.5 but if you swipe your card it will charge $7 automatically for a 10 minutes wash and you don’t have the $3.5 option. Also, the vacuum doesn’t work at all and I paid another $2 for nothing.5 months agoI took my BRAND NEW luxury car there after owning the car for just 5 weeks. After washing it, I noticed my new black car was COVERED in scratches. All over!!! I don’t even see a phone number to contact them online. They look to be mostly on the clear coat I’m hoping, but this place should be held liable!I am infuriated. I worked so hard to finally get my dream car saving my hard earned money to afford it and after owning it for just 5 weeks my new car is now covered with scratches from going to this place to wash my car!!

2 years agoIt’s a nice and quiet place to wash your car because obviously there’s no loud music there. Loved that they also take credit card payments and the vacuums works pretty good.6 months agoThere was a little bit of a line but not to crazy.Price for the vacuum was $7 for 6mins on card (but it said $2 for 6min…. So I don’t get that part.)
Put in quarters because with card, they’ll take more.
a year agoThere are two self service car washes on this side of Burbank on Victory Blvd, this one and another less than a mile away going towards Magnolia. I prefer this car wash….it’s a dollar cheaper and less busy. It’s a little older looking but still a good, clean car wash with clean equipment that’s in good shape. There’s a car wash attendant too that makes sure to keep all the bays and grounds clean.

Fair prices, good bargain on package deals. Was very busy weekend but moves fairly fast, limited to 5 minutes vacuum use & not bad unless you have small kids.. you know. Recycled soft water leaves spotless clean surfaces, friendly staff the to assist from beginning and end of wash. Very convenient location and easy to find. 4 stars only because you get air freshener and wipes at supreme level.
The staff here is so kind and accommodating. My car was an absolute mess after we accidentally parked underneath a busy tree 🦅 and even though the first wash did a really good job, there were still some spots left that I was trying to buff out. They were so kind and let me go through a second time. Love the towel and air freshener that comes with the ceramic wash.
AVOID THIS PLACE. I should’ve listened to the negative reviews/ the ones warning about this place due to harm that may occur to your car. I, like other people who wrote reviews, was attracted to the prices and needed to find a local drive through car wash – big mistake coming here! The person who was guiding the cars onto the wheel conveyer belt (right before you put your car in neutral and go through) was not attentive, visibly just trying to rush cars through and could care less about doing it right or. communicating it. I could tell my car wasn’t on the belt right so I said something, to which he proceeded to ignore my concerns and wave his hand in a gesture that told me it was fine and to keep going. That ended up breaking the rim; I heard a loud crack and tried to stop but he told me it was fine and to go through as people were behind me and everything was fine. After going through I got out and noticed right away the RIM WAS BROKEN! so careless on their end and evident they don’t care about damaging peoples cars. There are even multiple signs around the car wash that state damages may happen to which they are not responsible for – that should’ve been a forewarning in itself – super annoyed I came here!!!!!

I noticed the machines kind of hammering my car while it was being washed. After going through I got out and did some vacuuming and went home. My son drive the car this morning and noticed that the gear handle was wobbly, he thinks it’s broken.
The owners of the facility should check what’s going on with their services before worst things happen.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for awhile, but came back in Aug for a routine wash and their machines completely knocked off the cover of my rear view mirror. I didn’t notice it until I drove away and when I came right back to let the employees know, they were kind and took my number and told me they would call me if they found the piece. They confirmed that they saw on the video footage that the piece had indeed gone missing during my time in their machines. I asked if I should report it to insurance but they reassured me several times that even if they didn’t find the piece, they would have their mechanic fix it at no cost to me. I never got a phone call from them so I came back the next day to check on the status. They told me they hadn’t found it and sent me an address to their “mechanic” and told me to tell him they sent me. The mechanic was a bit sketchy and not in the best area of Echo Park, but whatever I wanted my car fixed. The first thing the mechanic said when I told him the car wash sent me was “Again?!? If this keeps happening they’re gonna go out of business” He told me this has been happening A LOT. He surveyed the damage and took my number and told me he’d call me once the piece came in. A week and a half later he never called so I texted him. He had the audacity to ask me if I could buy the piece myself bc he didn’t know how to get it. I humored him and did some research and sent him some links a few days later. No response. I followed up a few more times. No response.
Overall, this car wash is shady. They deal with shady “mechanics” who will NOT fix your car after they damaged it. After almost 2 months of chasing this guy around I finally went somewhere else and paid out of pocket.
In conclusion a $20 car wash is NOT worth the hundreds of dollars of damage they will do to your car. DO NOT GO HERE.
