That’s a great deal, especially in the winter!5 months agoALWAYS Check for things on the ground that CAN put a leak or hole in your tires at every car wash ! Even a bottle cap can cut the treed on a tire ! Which DOES start little . Which leads to wear & tare AFFECTING the steering/aliengment/ vehicle balance of the other tires ! LUCKLY this car wash had very FEW obsecults on the ground !! Even the attendants watched me & wondering why I was checking before entering the wash bay. NO CLUES WHAT SO EVER to what I was doing ? They MIGHT have checked the barrel when I left ?4 months agoVery kind and loving, Staff and I have been coming to this location for the last 2 years. I went there after they closed and used a self wash bay. The place was pretty clean and self wash brush seemed to be clean and operated as expected. One complaint I do have was the lighting in front and behind the bays was poor.

I highly recommend this place.9 months agoThis company broke the rear windshield wiper on my BMW X7 M50i and didn’t want to pay to fix it after the machine ripped it off. I spoke to the day manager Abraham and he said it’s my responsibility & they are not going to pay for it! I know all of the guys over there I tip extremely well (Just gave the guys $100 during Christmas) & I have a monthly Subscription there with their most expesnive (V.I.P) package! This vehicle is brand new & they messed it up pretty bad & won’t fix it! I’m definitely not doing business there anymore unless they make it right and btw there are scratch on my ledt rear fender from the wash as well. its a brand new car 2022 has only 6K miles on it! I went here based on my previous experience with an oil change from my previous vehicle. I paid for an interior/exterior with vacuum, windows and tire shine. They did a very fast vacuuming job, it definitely wasn’t worth the price I paid. They didn’t dress my tires, when I asked the person to please remember to do them, he said “we are very busy now”! Why charge for a service and they are too busy to do it ?
They are good but sometimes they charged for more but don’t give proper service. I paid $35 for cleaning my car but they didn’t do any tire clean up or shine and I asked for vacuum my whole car but they didn’t do it and they didn’t open open trunk. They are good but they charge you more but don’t give proper service.
Was very good up until last Saturday. The first guy that I saw when I first drove up, had the maddest face. Clearly he was not happy to be there. The guy that actually took my service order was pleasant. Areas that should’ve been cleaned inside of my vehicle (I paid for the works) were not cleaned. I was disappointed. You should get at least what you pay for. Otherwise I will not pay and do it myself.Right? May try once more .

My experience was horrible. I had an oil change, they never check my fluids, but on the paper they check it off. I drove to Boston thinking everything was good. My car started to over heat to find out. I didn’t have coolant. I try to call back to speak with Spencer. The lady who answered the phone. Said he was too busy to take my phone call( I have been calling for 3day straight) On top of that they didn’t wash my car properly. I will NEVER go back again
Horrible service. Car wash manager is completely rude and awful. Brought my car in for an oil change and got the complementary car wash to leave with my side mirror completely detached from my car. Manager does not want to take responsibility and lied saying my mirror was glued. I have a car wash membership in a different town and never had an issue could go as many times as I pleased leaving with all car parts attached, not to mention the images I took of my car have no a speck of glue.
