2 weeks agoI’ve been going here off and on for years with the basic wash, but got the mid-level wash yesterday and had lots of drops everywhere. It was late in the day and I had an appointment to get to, but as it dried, it left soapy residue all over. See my photos, which are hard to capture being a white car. I went back the next morning with my receipt, and they refused to allow me a rewash. It is obvious their car wash made my car dirty and would cost them next to nothing to give me another wash, but they refused. I left. I’ll never go back. Terrible customer service and stupid management that just lost years of future sales to me, and I’m a local.7 months agoGood solid car wash!5.Stars if they offered more services included or if the prices went down. Although they offer a Monthly Subscription which helps with costs but I don’t wash my car that often

Generally this is one of the most highly prized events of his day.a year agoMy mother went to this horrible business and the wash was reallly rough. Aside from it leaving water spots all over it resulted there faulty system actually broke the passenger mirror . When she noticed one of there employees fetched it from inside the car wash. She spoke with a manager and all she can say is they are not responsible for it even if there car wash caused it. Did not even offer a refund. Horrible service horrible car wash.4 months agoPlease stay away from this establishment if you’re pressed for time and can’t dry your own car to observe the damage. The car is not even completely cleaned there was still areas where the car was dirty. THERE WAS ALSO SCRATCHES ALL OVER THE CAR, THE SHINE AND GLOSS WAS REMOVED ON SOME AREAS AS WELL!!!!

My car comes out clean as a whistle and the vacuums are strong. I mean strong enough to deal with all the dirt and snacks my kids bestow on the cars interior. 😜Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful!

Definitely a very nice car wash. It’s very convenient to stay in your car during the whole process and not have to get out and have one of the employees get in. Being that it was my first time here, I was a little worried about the track pushing my car through, because I thought I may bump the car in front of me LOL but that did not happen. When I got there the line was long, but it moved very quickly. I like that there is a separate line for cash and for credit/debit card. I also was a bit worried because it was giving me a code and I didn’t have time to print a receipt or write it down. Thankfully, you don’t need any of this because the system knows what you purchased as you approach to go through the car wash. Overall, this was a great first time experience and I will definitely return. Another plus, when you vacuum your car, you have unlimited time compared to a gas station where it only goes for a few minutes and you have to rush.
I’ve loved this place ever since they first opened. Out of most car washes I’ve been to in LA county this has to be the best one. This car wash leaves my car the cleanest, never leaves a scratch on my cars, and the vacuums work the best still even after many years of being open. The lines are definitely longer than they used to be, but it’s for a reason.
I frequent Cruizers every week to get my car washed, and they never disappoint. It’s a great service for the peice, and they facility is always very clean. The employees are very nice and they even give you complimentary dash wipes everything you visit.
Car came out wet and the customer service was bad. Beto was so nasty and rude when I came to him. Apparently there is new management and they switched out the machinery. Another person also complained & Beto basically said that it’s “only $7”. Even it’s it $5 you come expecting a service and that was not met.
don’t come here i paid for a car wash and instead got my bumper destroyed ._.
