2 months agoThis is the best carwash I’ve been to. Besides the quality, management is very organized. I’ve brought all my vehicles here after trying them out once. The Yellow headlights gone. Ask for their extra services. They have even helped me by removing some scratches I didn’t know were removable!! 2 months agoI go there often, because they have a great automated car-wash machine with multiple cleaning programs you can choose from, that seems to do a good job, without damaging your car for a change.Keep in mind that when you exit the machine, there will be two worker drying your car by hands, which is super nice. And also be sure to prepare a little tip for them as well.
The 10mn free vacuum area is nice too, and the vacuum have a strong suction and get the job done quickly. They even have an area where you can clip your floor-mat to clean them properly.

Best place to wash your car. The automated car wash is really good, and washes your car better than other ones I’ve tried. You have to take care of the interior, but there is a vacuuming system with a lot of suction power. Also they provide clean rags for drying and taking care of the final touches. Overall it was a great experience. You have to do some work on your own, but you save some dollars
I’m extremely disappointed with Quick Quack. I used to purchase their monthly membership and I always loved it. Until last month. On September 9th, their car wash brushes broke my side mirror (driver’s side). The staff person on site wrote an incident report and I took pictures as well. She said that someone would call me within a few days to discuss details on how I’d be reimbursed. My car is brand new and less than 1 year old. No one from the location has called me. I’ve called almost every single week and the manager is never on site. I’ve called corporate to complain and they said that they’ve escalated it to the store manager’s attention. Yet there is no update. It seems like this location is hoping that I’ll forget about this issue so that they don’t have to reimburse me for the damage they did to my brand new car. Which is very disappointing since I was such a loyal customer. At this point, I don’t recommend taking your car to Quick Quack. It seems like they genuinely don’t care if your car gets damaged. Which is unfortunate. It’s ridiculous that it’s been 1 month since the incident and I haven’t even received 1 phone call. Very poor customer service.
Long time member. Today i was turned away because my car was “Too Dirty” apologies to all the people who were stuck in that long line behind me that they forced me to back out. Too dirty for a car wash hilarious! I’d say skip this place there’s plenty of other membership places around. Employees were super rude about it . Now a lifetime non-member.

The problem is there is no sign that says cars with mud will not be allowed in. I’m sure it’s in the fine print somewhere. The customer service from the gals was abysmal. I wasn’t angry but definitely shocked and confused. The small glob of mud on the sidestep was small. A better response, especially after the confused look i had would have been, hey dude, we can’t let you in with mud globs like this one here. Let me see if my hose will remove it so i don’t have to try to back you out with the line of cars behind you all the way through the gate. Instead of what happened. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty but do expect to be treated like a paying customer you would like to continue to do business with.
Didn’t dry the car fully and the “drive” sign at the end never actually went on… otherwise, can’t complain much about the machine!
Just take note that fresh washcloths are not always available. We weren’t given wet wipes at the wash. Also, some self-serve vacuums have more sucking power than others!
