If it’s healthier than filthy it still comes out clean and you have they give you free vacuum times you can wash your car pull over to vacuums and vacuum for free. a week agoThe workers have always done a great job but today was a little Extra Great!! At the start, where they take your order and do the initial vacuuming, the older gentleman paused and came over to us to return a 100 dollar bill that he found under the seat!! Very Refreshing to find Honesty in the World!!! (Yes, we tipped appropriately)6 months agoI can’t even begin to describe how HORRIBLE this place was. They SCRATCHED my front windshield after they were done with my car and the scratch spans 2 feet across the right side of it. Even more they didn’t fully clean the car. The INTERIOR HAS DIRT all over the floor since they only cleaned my mats. And there is MUD in places that they simply DIDNT BOTHER TO WIPE OR CLEAN AWAY. Worst yet is their customer service as they are rude and simply don’t care about you. After they scratched my windshield I confronted the staff and front desk to see if they could fix it/do anything about it or if I could receive a discount or refund but they simply said they couldn’t do anything about it and walked away. I would NEVER come here again and you should save yourself from this place as well.2 months agoIt’s definitely hit and miss here. I’ve had good experiences before but today they did a poor job. 2 months agoI was there today and they did a half a$$ job. They didn’t was the 3rd row mat cause no one apparently didn’t want to push the button to lift the seat. When I left the tires looked decent til they dried and you can see the dry areas on all 4 tires. The last time I thought it wasn’t good and today I thought I would try it again and that’s it for me I will not go back. My grandkids can do a better job

On 6/27/23 I took my car in to get it a full service wash with polish $15. My car is never detailed to my satisfaction so I finish it at home. This time I had a damaged mirror passenger side which I reported to them. They said it was previously damaged which I am sure it was not, since I detail my car myself. My co-workers said that this is the response I would get from them, and to expect it. I thought they were an honorable business. I was wrong. So much for customer service. As soon as I can afford it I will get my mirror fixed and I can assure you I will not be going back there again.
Top notch customer service – from the gal who greeted me as I pulled up to Jason as he helped with my cargo and making sure I had everything I needed for my first visit. The car wash itself did a great job. I love the vacuum set up. It wasn’t too busy on a Friday afternoon. I will 100% recommend this spot and be a returning customer for future car wash needs. Thanks again to the staff for making my experience a positive one!
I used to love going here. But after pulling up. I got denied. Because they said there was wiring hanging out from my tailgate. I assured her that there wasn’t. I tried to get out and look she said no. And that I can leave. That they won’t take the chance of damaging their machines. I pulled into Fred Meyers. There was nothing there. I’ve gone there over a couple of dozen times and never had a issue until then. My daughter has special needs and this is one of the things that gets her excited.
This is the nicest Kaady car wash around. There are around 30 vacuum stations, so you’ll probably never have to wait after a wash, to vacuum the car. It looks very nice and open. Their prices are standardized but for $15 getting the highest level wash, and being able to vacuum after, is a decent price. Since anything anywhere else, is going to be even more expensive.
Will return here often, whenever I need my car washed.
I’ve been taking my truck here for 7 years and still looks awesome 😎. My dodge is 11 years old, and still looks like new. The people who work there are friendly, polite, and always making sure the areas are clean and safe. Keep up the good work.

Always polite and happy to see you. My other car had a repair issue and they got it done, fast, friendly, and no hassel.
My only beef is they have done away with the buy 3 get one free option. Some months I go every week, and in the winter not so much so the buy 3 option works great for that. Please bring that option back.
