3 months agoI’d been a monthly member with Go for years (Belfonte also) and would also visit Tidal Wave after I dropped the membership. So one day the car needed a wash and I decided to try Charlies. Not quite what I expected, actually lame and average at best. Very few items to actually wash the car, I was surprised to see such few pieces of equipment in the long tunnel. The ‘washing’ back and forth device had me concerned it was grinding in grit and debris from the dirty car as it swished back and forth. The blow dry was hit and miss so I turned the corner to see about self service drying area…well there are vacuums but they don’t offer towels. For the basic $10 (I think it was $10) you don’t get hardly anything. For your members, try Tidal Wave, the $10 wash is very comprehensive, includes tire shine, awesome dry and a self serve area with supplies. Sorry Charlie, your place is average at best on a good day and really no value. Now if it was a $6 basic wash I could understand. If you want to see how you can improve, visit your competitors and see how they do it.2 months agoBrand new vehicle, only washed at this location. I notified the manager and he said “his brushes didn’t do that” but “submitted” a form for investigation. I have been patient for months but have not been contacted. My vehicle was two months old, and you can literally see brush strokes. Also, the first time I washed my car I saw the same manager inspecting another car for claims of damage. Months to investigate or simply not submitting the form is unacceptable. If you care about your vehicle don’t wash it here.4 months agoTook my car in through the wash. I got the ultimate wash. The wash stalled a couple of times and sounded very rough on the drivers side. When we stopped. I checked the car, and the wash had chipped the paint on my car twice on the driver’s side. The car is brand new, so I know the chips weren’t there before. I know they’re small chips, but that’s still unacceptable.5 months agoI’ve always had pretty good service here. Sometimes, they have to shut down for maintenance during the day, and I have to wait a long time to get my truck washed, but I like how they wash it. Also, I one lost a plate from another car I took there, and they helped me find it. It took a while, but they didn’t give up until it was found.2 months agoFor about $25, a team of 4 hard-working young people descended on my car with rags, cleaners, vacuums, and blowers and thoroughly cleaned my car. They were diligent and tedious and spent their time caring for my vehicle on one of the hottest days of the year. What a special treat for my car!

3 months agoRecently updated, used to be Otto car wash. Pretty well maintained, prices are average and get decent time for cost. Card readers worked to pay for the wash. Haven’t tried the new upgraded automatic wash, but the previous one when it was Otto’s was pretty good with good prices too. I have always liked this spot and with the updates it’s even nicer than before.5 months agoIt was late about 10:30 pm they are the only 24 hour carwash that’s open 24 hrs within a 20 mile area? Dryer needs corrected it doesn’t dry well even if you exit slowly.8 months agoThe place was clean, well maintained and all of the equipment worked as it should. Separate brushes for tires and car body, A+ for that. Unfortunately, it’s also rather expensive. I normally take my time and pay $12-$14 for a wash. An acceptable price for a thorough wash. This place cost me $22. That’s just too much. Looking forward to spring so I can start washing the car at home.6 months agoThis is been my go-to car wash for years. Never had any issues idk if because it has new owners but I was totally ripped off first I put $5 in the change machine and it only gave me $2 back then I use the wash bay to clean my floor mats only used 8 minutes the machine said I would only get charged $6.25 when I looked at my statement I now have a charge for $18 and some change I tried contacting the car wash via email there is no posted phone numbers or anyting only an email this is been almost a week and I’ve heard nothing back

I honestly have to admit I love this car wash it is one of the best top car washes out of Kansas City and Independence area. Ms.Jackie,Ms. Kat and Ms. Donna as well as the manager and the gentleman that are in the tunnel are the best employees of car wash could ever have, every time I come up they make me feel welcomed, I’m very happy with their service they are wonderful great people and I believe in my heart they honestly truly deserve a raise or a bonus for the hard work that they do and the best customer service that is provided. Also to the hateful customers that give these wonderful employees a hard time you guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves because at the end of the day these ladies and gentlemen are the best people I’ve ever met in my life and you should treat them with more kindness and respect because they do work hard for it.
This is always my go to car wash. I like the pricing options and they do a really good job. The vacuum area is clean and tidy and overall the service is excellent as well! Kat is fantastic with her awesome personality and great customer service!

Love this place. They monthly membership pays for itself big time just after a couple washes. We have all three of our vehicles in memberships. And it’s the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Tabatha was so helpful and the whole staff is always so friendly and happy. They always used to give puppy treats to our dogs too if they were in the car. It’s a cute little family here. 😄
