3 months agoThe customer service at the front desk was nice and friendly but the interior detail done was horrible and unprofessional. The service looks like it was rushed and definitely careless. Not a happy customer and I will not be back. I added a photo of my center console they said they cleaned as best as they can. I took a wet wipe to a portion of it to show that they really didn’t try or care2 months agoBeautiful job! We had it detailed and waxed. My daughter brought me to pick up my car. She said the car (we’ve had it for 6 y) looked brand new!! We have had our SUV also detailed here and again, an excellent job! Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful! Very poor car wash, outside no really cleaning, inner they not clean, don’t go there.2 weeks agoI had my car exterior washed and interior cleaned yesterday; driving into the sun my front window looked worse than it did before I had it cleaned and my dashboard was still dusty so I brought my car back today. An older man cleaned it this time and it is so clean it looks like there is no glass, which is how it should have looked to start with. I’m happy with the result, but would have been happier had they offered a free car wash for inconveniencing me!Since writing this post they contacted me and offered a free exterior wash, thank you!
a year agoDefinitely not what I expected. Very fast and very low service. I told them Not to put any shiny staff on the tires and at the end I left will Shine tires. They just took out the dust from outside that’s all. Inside only vacuum and not that good also. I’m adding some pictures of both of my cars. I will not use them again.

I will be returning for my next oil change as well. My husband also got his oil done here too and love it.10 months agoPLEASE BE WARNED! Their carwash is extremely rough on your car’s paint. See photos of the scratches on the ENTIRE side of a 5 month old car. I signed up for their unlimited washes since the car was new, using it on average 1-2 times per week. I’ve only used Jack’s carwash so there’s nothing else to blame. This isn’t my first car to take to an automatic carwash and I am perfectly aware that fine scratches and swirl marks are an unavoidable risk when going to automatic carwashes that use brushes but these scratches are way beyond normal. The photos do not show how nasty the scratches are in person.

2nd time I used them poor job by the car wash and the person drying after. This trip will used a free wash because they left swirl marks of dirt last time.
If they would slow the wash down a bit, and have someone out front not pushing like last time to get folks I’m and out but say hey re wipe this that would be great.
I paid 20.00 for the super kiss money is alittle tight not trying to sound like a cheap skate.
I really wanted to be the person to say I had a great service despite the reviews. My services was terrible and my car is still dirty. I ask to speak to a manager and short guy with blonde hair come over and said oh we can wipe it down when I paid for shampoo seats. They literally did nothing. Doors was still dirty there was still crumbs in the door holder. The most I seen that was clean was the front mats. By the brakes the floor was still dirty and the guy said, oh were not allowed to clean there.I ask to use the rag of one of the workers and showed him if they actually wiped the door it would come off. First and last time will I come to the Joliet location. I’m now waiting to see if they actually cleaned my seats or was it just wet and appeared to be clean until dry
Called ahead of time to make sure my car would be measure so it didn’t get stuck on their rails, no one measured it, my Z06 Corvette got stuck in their car wash, extremely unprofessional, damage to the underside of the vehicle, left dirty soap on my vehicle. Avoid this place at all cost if you have anything valued above $5,000.
SKIP their car wash.
They’re asking us to go through a 3rd time in a row because it keeps coming out dirty. It’s not like the truck was caked in mud or anything. You can kinda see it on the door. Front & tires are worse.
We had gotten an unlimited membership, and don’t usually have problems at any other car wash location, but the Joliet location continues to disappoint. Probably last time trying to give this one a chance.
This one kid named Yahir is really great with my car I brought it to get a detail and I saw he was working in on my car. Did a great job left no crumbs or anything! Definitely one of best employees ever
