2 months agoIt’s a decent car wash. Only complaint is them raising the price from $5 to $10 for a 12 minute wash. I tap my card to pay for the wash which used to deduct $5 but the last two washes it’s deducted $10. I’ll be going elsewhere as $10 is twice the price other washes charge for a 12 minute wash.2 months agoA lot of truck friendly bays to wash larger vehicles, great water pressure, and here accepts credit/debit card swipe at the bays, as well as coins. Generally, it’s very clean. It gets crowded so plan accordingly. My only complaint is that I’ve had the spot free rinse water turn off on me twice before completing my rinse.3 weeks agoThis place can be busy avoid Saturday everything is real clean and manage well. Wish they shady area for drying car and doing windows.3 months agoThe reason I gave it 4 stars is there is NO shade to dry your car. Having a black car that just doesn’t work for me. Everything has always worked for me I’ve had no problems. It’s Got plenty of stalls and all kinds of vending machines for towels and cleaning supplies. As with every car wash I’ve ever been to the timer seems to be off. It amazes me how they all give you somewhere between 12 and 15 minutes yet when the time is up I’m at a differnt point of washing my car.I wash it the same way every time. The car wash with the most inaccurate time is the one in Norco on Hamner the last time I was there I had to start it 3 times to wash it that timer is bad.
This one I’m usually in the middle of using the brush so I’ll have to add more money but that’s me. I get out of there spending under $10.
I only go at night and it’s mellow as far as the riff raff goes but if it gets too late I always end up getting spooked out and just getting the hell out of there. I get the heebie jeebies all my hair just standing up and I feel like someone is watching me but I there’s alot of places in this area especially jurupa valley that give me the chills.

6 months agoFavorite place to get a car wash because of 2 things… 1) The top tier wash comes with top shammy that practically dries the vehicle. 2) The most vacuums! So, no waiting on an available stall to clean out the inside of your vehicle. There’s 32 stalls(2 designated handicap stalls in the middle row). It’s much better than a lot of other local car wash places that have 8-10 stalls, which is awful on weekends, and you’re just waiting in a line to get the inside vacuumed out.The only thing I wished they did was provide a complimentary air freshener and microfiber cloth. I know many other places provide these and it’s nice and convenient for people coming in on a whim to clean and don’t have a dry cloth with them. They have the vending machine selling them for WAY too much money. Think it’s like $2 or something outrageous for one.
3 months agoFirst time bring here and though I give this place a try since I’m new to the area and completely regret it, paid 20$$ for a car wash just to have the antenna and the the nut in the base ripped off by the wash. I will have to replace all the parts to get my stereo working again and I was not the only 1 with a problem that day, a gentleman that was in line in back off us had the rear bumper ripped off on his mini van. Guess I was the lucky 1.a year agoLove the way they detailed my SUV! Recommending them to family and friends :). My car looks so clean and you can’t beat the price. They were even able to get out some red paint that was outside of the car! Truly a happy customer will be returning!a month agoMoved back to Cali from VA, brought my car to get washed for the second time. I asked the manager if they could rinse one of my all weather mats because there was something on it that vacuuming wouldn’t get off. She condescendingly smirked at me and asked if I had a membership, then proceeded to tell me that they don’t do that. I asked her If I had a membership would they rinse my mat, she replied no. So then why ask me that question? She then suggested I get a full detail. I was even told that them rinsing my mat was a liability…as if putting my whole car through their wash wasn’t? I told them this would probably prevent me from returning to this carwash because I needed the ability to rinse my mats from time to time (something I never had an issue doing before now at other places). She replied that it didn’t matter, and they have “thousands of other customers” and then walked away. The managers patronizing attitude and her last statement is why I won’t be returning just to clarify. You clearly don’t value customers in general and the owner should consider hiring someone better suited for this position.2 months agoThis place has become a joke. I have been paying for a monthly membership for a year or so and not once I was every notified that they have increased my membership price. I have 2 vehicles that are on a monthly membership.When I asked why I wasn’t notified, I was told that they had signs put up everywhere. Which is a lie because we wash our cars twice a week. We saw no signs. Even the website doesn’t have prices. Plus their equipment are always broken. I’m paying for an ultra membership for equipment that doesn’t work. I will be canceling my membership and go somewhere else. You’re not the only one in the area.

Been to a lot of car washes over the years and I can wholeheartedly say this place is a step above most. If you looking for value and you actually want unlimited in the truest sense of unlimited washes then this is your place. I was a member of everwash for almost a year and was disgusted that unlimited washes with them meant 1 a day, but not Quick Quack! I’ve washed my car 4 times in a single day and they were happy to see me each time I did donut for another. Awesome staff, clean facilities, functioning equipment, decent hours, good price, and a pretty cool experience going through the wash itself which does a great job given it’s 100% machine.
As a member since early 2022, and someone who loved using this place until recently, I will say DO NOT come to this place! Two reasons:
1. The machine scratches your cars, especially big cars and black paints!
2. Terrible customer service & false advertisement.
We had two incidents with this place, in both cases they scratched our big car’s paint. It might not be easy to see in the pictures below, but all those little scratch marks with random directions were clearly caused by car washing machines, and this is the only car wash we have been going to.
The first time, we filed an incident report, several days later we got a response, denying their doing. We were not happy but okay maybe it was not, and we would give them another shot.
We went to vacation, and came back and went to car wash, more scratches happened! Filed another incidence report, and they denied again!
What is even more infuriating is that, they did not even investigate at all and did not ask about context and circumstances, and just flat out in denial. If they listened to their customers and analyzed the two consecutive incidences, it would be very hard to deny.
This attitude and customer service is absolutely way below par, especially they are operating using a membership model.
All they want is take your money and not service their members. And they posted they will be responsible for damages and when you do have damages, all they do is being ignorant and denial, which shows they do not care about their customers/members at all.
The responses given by Raul C and Mario P are all cookie-cutter responses, quoting the same thing which does not even make sense. And a simple Google and/or Yelp search, one can easily find MANY scratches incidences and their answers are exactly the same, more denial and ignorance!
Stay away from this place.
Follow-up after the “owner” responded –
Same old same old excuses.
Anyone went through your car wash would know what you said is not true. The ways the brushes spin absolutely cause this kind of pattern. Your brushes may spin one way but the way they impact cars are all different, I can literally see everything I go through the tunnel.
So save your lies.
Again, you chose to ignore the facts and circumstances about our cases, and blindly refused to care for your customers. We went to vacations and came back, nothing was happening (and we have cameras and footage to prove that) until we went through your car wash, then the scratches happened, these are facts. Only because of your claims about how your machine works does not deny these facts.
So if we keep going back to your car wash, have your team take pictures of the car before and after the wash every time, which will make it crystal clear that is your fault, are you going to properly apologize for your lies and cover the damages?
I bet you wont, cause you know it was your fault.
Dont go to this chain anymore, they are absolutely the worst.
I was impressed by the exceptional customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Amber and Chantel, both of them were super friendly and had a very welcoming/bubbly attitude immediately. They went out of their way to ensure I felt valued and informed about the service that are offered. Despite being busy, they maintained efficiency and professionalism, delivering a high-quality experience. Quick Quack Car Wash has gained a loyal customer in me, and I’ll be recommending them to others.
I recently visited this car wash, and I must say, the staff there is amazing, especially Brianna. She was very positive and patient, she explained everything, and took great care of my car. I’m really impressed with her customer service and would totally recommend this place for a great car wash experience.
My license plate frame broke in half .. the car is not being fully washed every time I take it there .. filed an incident report .. they denied because my frame is a third party and no membership refund but I can still go there until it ends .. do you think imma take my car back to you after YOU broke it!? .. my car will be better served and washed at another place where they have more respect for my property .. i don’t recommend this place for Tesla owners .. cheap car wash gets you cheap service
